Toys galore!
There are usually good deals on TV’s and other electrical items. Staff don’t normally hassle you which is bonus.
Their household electrical stuff are more interesting and updated than their furniture department.
Their furniture selection at Parkway Parade is dull and dated. Despite occupying almost the same unit space as the electrical appliances, the furniture there looks dated. Super waste of space! No wonder there were only 2 or 3 people browsing. I have never been to their flagship store at Milennia Walk, but the one at PP sure is not attracting much buzz.

Thanks to the professional service provided by Ivan Chie, I had a good shopping experience at Harvey Norman.
I wanted to get a particular printer, but it was out of stock. Not only did Ivan recommend another two printers with the same functions I wanted, like most sales staffs from anywhere will normally do but just stop there, he also took the extra effort to patiently share more about these printers.
Ivan’s positive attitude continued when we told him we wanted to discuss first and return to buy later. When we went back to him to get the printer, he explained to us things from basic maintenance to prolong the lifespan of my new printer to procedures for after sales service etc.
We appreciate Ivan’s friendly and detailed attitude which showed no business is too small to him.

Bought a electrolux washing machine but installation not done properly. Was told not their fault. Decided to return and refund. First they rejected refund, then they claimed delivery charge could not be refunded. Only got my full refund after some threats of legal action. Bad experience. Will not buy anything that require installation from them.

Very good service from the Sale Person Andrew when I was urgently looking for a new fridge. Friendly and give good advice according to our needs and knowledge of current fridge we had at home. Also able to be flexible to arrange delivery within 2 days due to the urgency.
We bought a Multi Door Fridge from Harvey Norman and the sales person that attended to us was Bryan. He was patient to explain everything to us and his product knowledge is very very good.
I have to commend him for his after sales service too. Despite being overseas he came back to ensure the change of delivery date was in order for me and even move a very fridge just to show the side where the power cord is for me to plan my carpentry.
Highly recommended to shop at Harvey also, Bryan is the person to look for to answer your queries.

I visited this branch last week to print some photos. When I was there at 12 noon, I was told that the photo kiosk staff was on MC due to a positive ART test for that day. The branch manager Sam Soh came and see me and informed me that he has rostered another staff to come to the branch to take over the duty. As he didn’t know when the staff was able to reach the branch, he has suggested that I come back another day instead. As I was already there, I have asked whether the staff will arrive around 1-1:30pm? he told me likely. Then I went for lunch and came back around 1pm. Sam met me again and helped to call the staff to check how soon she will reach the branch. All these time Sam has kept me informed and also arranged for me to wait at a comfortable place. When the staff arrived at 1:30pm, Sam ensured that my print job received priority and also gave me a discount. I was very impressed by Sam’s personalized service despite this was a small photo print job and he is the branch manager. The quality of the print was excellent and the price for the print was very good as well. Highly recommended and thank you Sam for your excellent service as a branch manager!
