One of the product(Microwave) came damaged, and Laksman was quick to help us get a one-to-one exchange for it.

Sales staff in this store are just talking amongst themselves, don’t even bother to serve customer. I was looking at various TV models, spent 15 minutes there and not one sales staff approach me. The store wasn’t crowded at that time as it was just before noon time. Finally I bought a TV from Singapore expo. This store is very unfriendly.

Sometime we might think it make sense to just buy IT product online and skip regular store like Harvey Norman. Who don’t want to save $10 to $30 more? But what you miss out with online retail is that consultation service provided by the Sales person onsite who can truly help tailor your budget needs to specific product.
And that was my experience shopping at Harvey Norman for my Wife’s laptop. Was served by Jie How on two separate occasion and was never under pressure to buy. They make sure we are well informed on our purchase decision.
We eventually settled for a laptop a was pleasantly surprised by his dedicated attention even after payment to make sure the laptop is flaw free and setup correctly for us.
I am à 3 time returning customer and they never fail to impress me. Good job!

We had a very good experience with Ken, who sold us the tv and soundbar. He knows the products well and listens well. He would recommend products that best suit our needs and value for money rather than the most expensive ones. The one less star is for the tv mounting service. The guy who came the first time was not experienced and simply told us our wall cannot have a mounted tv as there’s a metal plate behind that he can’t drill through. We then found out that it was partly due to the swiveled mount we chose which he could simply recommend for us to change to a simple bracket. In the end, they sent a second guy who interestingly could mount onto our wall with the swiveled bracket. Throughout this process, Ken was the one who helped to facilitate and even paid out of his own pocket for the transportation of the first failed mounting service, which he didn’t have to.
So, this guy does not just care about taking your money and disappear, but really wants to ensure you enjoy the products you purchased and follows through till the end. Thank you very much Ken, kudos to you, the best sales person we’ve encountered!

Printed photos here. Didn’t catch her name but the lady in charge of the photo printers was very patient and goes the extra mile. When I went in the morning, the printers were down. She contacted me in the afternoon when the system was up again. She also patiently guided me through the whole process. The pricing for photos is also very reasonable. 50 cents for 3r, 80 cents for 2r (and i believe it was 40cents for 4r but not sure). Always come back here to get my photos printed

A good place to shop for your required electronics and house stuff. Granted, it is not the cheapest place around, nor are the sales staff the most knowledgeable about every single product it is selling. But they are knowledgeable enough, to provide you with sufficient information to make informed choices.
Good if you wish for a relatively hassle free shopping experience and don’t really wish to do detailed groundwork before you buy a product.

Just to note, you can always bargain the price at Harvey Norman. Bargain with the sales person for the price you wanted. The sales promotion mostly happening on the weekend.

My first time purchasing a gaming laptop for my son. Didn’t came with much information. The sales person Stephy from Yishun branch helped me based on some basic requirements that my son shared. We managed to procure the Asus FA507R TUF gaming. Certainly hope my son will enjoy it.

Northpoint sales guy is ok and respect our personal choosing time. He cannot be pushy so to leave us a comfortable range to decide ourselves.
Your sales girls at Northpoint went out of being customer service helping a “very cannot make it” Aunty customer over her unfit plug or whatever after she bought equipment from your store. Helping her politely.
Your delivery team are helpful and courteous and informing too. You should spare them spare masks and sanitizers to protect them too.
