Wow, not been here for awhile. Visited the store recently on Election day, they have expanded. The store is now 4 shops back to back. Some items are pricey but depends on what you are looking for. I came for the net/mesh rolls. They used to sell them in rolls and you specify how many metres you require, no longer. Now they sell them packed in plastic wrap or packaging and the lengths are fixed.

I am able to find almost any hardware items I need through them. Have been purchasing my hardware items online and also at their choa chu kang outlet numerous times although I do recommend to visit their shop physically to check on stock availability. Friendly accommodating staffs and willing to answer your technical questions. Price is reasonable for some items compared to some other DIY or hardware stores.

They didn’t have what I came looking for, but they actually had much more! I was able to pick and buy things that were more helpful to what I needed to do than I had originally intended to buy.
Besides content, the staff were helpful, very patient and kind in giving directions and overall mannerisms. Definitely recommended for wall paint and home facilities.

Good prices but don’t go there for advice. Went here to buy paint and seek guidance on ways to coat a bare ceiling. The “paint specialist” was seriously confident enough to recommend me to buy 1L of oil based undercoat and 1L of ceiling paint – which is an absolute disaster because mixing oil and water based paint will make a HORRIBLE mess (Go see what happens online when you do that), and 1L of paint wasn’t enough to cover the room (there were patches and now I have to buy another can of small paint – which is close to the purchase price of a 5L can of paint already). Therefore, Strongly advice going here to purchase goods but do your research online with Nippon paint or something – those are where the real experts are at. Not the shop specialists.

I guess you have tempered your expectations of a “flagship store”.
Wide variety, absolutely huge! You can spend a long time just browsing. From paints, screws nuts and bolts, lights, plumbing, plant soil, insecticide, etc.
But it is terribly messy. Layout is confusing. Stock cluttering the aisles. Wonder if it is intentional.
Prices are not competitive.
