    位於GEM, 裕廊東。地點還不錯,也有其他的餐飲在當中。炒飯,好吃;炸魚與薯條也好吃,辣椒棒。其他的,去品嚐試試看吧。

Your typical Hans, value friendly meals with standard thoroughfare. One thing I like and I see it as an improvement is the availability of some popular local food like Hor fun or mee Goreng.
Place can get quite crowded especially during meal times so I reckon there’s still a great following for this brand restaurant.

Superb service from the staff on night shift of 20 Feb 23. I have dietary restrictions (can’t eat sausage and raw food). They went the extra step to give me alternative ingredients even though I told the cashier lady that it was not necessary to replace. Exceeded my expectations for a cafe chain. Thank you.

I ordered fried egg, bacon with topup for wholemeal bread. Upon collection everything is cold. Quite a few times already at other outlets too. Hans management should look into how to improve this. Toasted bread that is cold becomes hard n dry.

A quick view of the menu for everyone here. Food is alright I had their western and I wouldn’t be wow like it’s the most amazing thing I had. But still ok, the good is their ice lemon tea is nice. And cakes are decent, good for chilling with friends but somehow I feel the queue are always very long despite food serving feels like IKEA style or army cook house.

But still can’t complain it’s pretty decent 😉

It’s been a long time since I last came to Han’s.

The service staff were friendly, smiley and the cashier even informed me of promotion that helps with decision making.

Food wise. They used to serve real garlic bread but now it’s like a dry garlic bread lookalike biscuit, which is hard and dry. Corn soup was bland even for someone who doesn’t take heavy sauces. The renowned Hainanese pork chop has only 5 pieces as attached in photo. It should be called Hainanese tomato sauce with a side of pork chop.

The iced Milo was lukewarm as they made the hot Milo in the plastic cup then add ice in. I wouldn’t be complaining if I’m eating at a hawker shop charging half the price.

If you decide to make a name for yourself for being a step up from hawker selling hawker food. I can understand the price difference but the standard must be on par with the price and a level above hawker food standards.

I often don’t agree with people when they say “Food used to taste nicer” when they patronise old establishments. But I really have to agree on this for Han’s.

Hygiene issues in the restaurant. Lack of staff coming out to clear the tables. Food is overpriced, tasteless and boring.. Menu is the same for a decade and clearly needs to be revamped. Quiet during lunch hours on a Sunday, and the only customers around are the elderly folks looking for a place to have coffee. Atmosphere-wise: stale and outdated

    Good pies and coffee.
The dark cherry pie was crumbly and moist. It melted in your mouth and was extremely delicious. We also ordered an eclair which was really creamy and sweet. It had meringue in the middle. We ordered Kopi C Kosong as well as an iced Milo. One thing however is that the hygiene needs to be improved. The tables need to be wiped quicker and more efficiently. The ground needs to be mopped and the crowd needs to be controlled.
Overall, a good place to have coffee.

Pretty decent place to have lunch with a decent selection of food. The line is usually short so you won’t spend most of lunch hour waiting to order.

It usually takes about ten minutes for your order to be ready. So you have some time to relax a bit after eating instead of rushing back to work.
