Bagus is the halal food court which is beside Kopitiam, the non-halal one. Though both outlets accept Kopitiam user discount cards which offers 10% discount on all food & beverages.

There is a wide variety of food shops too like KFC, Subway sandwich, cake & bubble-tea shops.

    There’s a 24h Giant Supermarket at the highest level 3 & 7-Eleven on the 1st level.

There’s another newly-opened halal South Indian food shop which is quaint, faces the rooftop garden & food is nice too.

There are other daily basic necessities shops like hardware, bookshop which offers photocopying & book-binding services etc.

There are open & enclosed parking spaces, beside & behind the building respectively.

I had coffee n brunch there at kopi tiam as i was in the neighbourhood. The chinese food stalls were located in kopi tiam for non muslims while muslims can opt to eat at bagus. Depending on your dietary preference, there could be something for you. Weekday crowds scanty while weekend crowds plenty.

Mall in general no A/C, but supermarket 7/11 have. 3 storey only. Level 1 is food related. Pizza hut is hidden at a corner near KFC. Have halal food court (Bagus) n can conveniently use kopitian card enjoy 10% off. Have several tuition/hairdressing etc shop on 3rd level. Street level (level 2) quite normal. Very basic shopping centre. Toilet suprising better looking /hygiene than some atas shopping centre out there.

The food court used to be better, with good selection of halal and non-halal food. A few shops have closed at the food court, even before Covid. Hope the management will look into getting good tenants, if not it will be bypassed by newer malls like Hillion in Bukit Panjang.

There’s an exhibition on going currently in conjunction to the Singapore Art Week 2022. Interesting that there’s some form of art brought into the neighborhood for the community, although it’s just in a relatively small shop space. This exhibition is more on the stories of Bukit Panjang, contribution comes mainly from people in this town. Hopefully this art project can continue beyond the art week and get more involvement from the people in the community and even reach out to the others who used to be from this neighborhood. Looking forward to having more of these community art being introduced to all the neighborhood in Singapore.

Really old place for the neighbouring estates, been here since a kid and honestly not much has changed, not much improvements. But for a residential shopping area, there’s quite a few options to eat. There’s KFC, Subway, Kopitiam (which is extremely filthy and infested with pigeons which will eat ur food once u leave ur seat), Domino’s, Bagus and LiHo. Quite a dirty and outdated place.

Kopitiam and Giant are mainly the main point. Also the rest of others shops will have in the neighbourhood.
