This is an old mall that has been around for really long time! On a weekend most shops are even closed. Some of the crowd come here for the small cafes restaurants selling Korean, Vietnamese or Filipino food. Occasionally some events like malay wedding is held at the basement ballroom area

Trung tâm mua sắm đang xuống cấp, khá nhiều cửa hàng đã ngưng hoạt động. Chủ yếu chỉ còn văn phòng công ty và vài cửa hàng buôn bán nhỏ lẻ. Khá vắng vẻ và buồn chán!

The shopping center is in disrepair, quite a few stores have stopped working. Mainly there are only corporate offices and a few small retail stores. Pretty deserted and boring!

It’s awesome that more malls are offering event halls for large scale events such as weddings… however, when there’s food involved, there will be pests… Bijan has done a terrible job in ensuring the place is free of pests… imagine the shock and disgust my family and I had when we saw a cockroach crawling under the dining table…

I used to live nearby, but I didn’t know this place existed
There are restaurants such as sateva, a Filipino whole pork restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant, and so on.
In the basement, there are also karaoke until 4 pm and a Korean-style sauna.
large in place. This Korean sauna is popular with many Koreans.
It’s not a crowded place to go and it’s clean
And there are many other places for tattoo shop, belly dance, massage, and facial treatment.

Affordable price for those on a budget and good for families to use as an alternative for entertainment. But lack of beverages access.
