There was raining and I asked them can they keep my bike till tomorrow. And they said no problem. I asked them how much I owed them but they didn’t took any cent from me. Thank you so much guys. Great customer service provided. We rented our bikes from their kiosk at Punggol Park (no NETS machine there, only cash but you can request to PayNow them instead). We had 2 hours to cycle to East Coast Park where we planned to drop our bikes off. We were aware of our abilities and we knew we could cover ~27km in that amount of time. However, it started raining heavily towards the last quarter of our journey and we had to stop for a bit to seek shelter. We called the ECP branch just to inform them that we would be arriving late and the Malay guy who answered my call was incredibly understanding and flexible about everything. Really great service! The Indian guy who mans the counter at ECP is also a friendly, cheerful guy.
Their bikes are of acceptable condition but pls don’t expect brand new, pristine condition. Their hybrid Raleigh bikes ($10/hr) rides really smoothly on the road. Also, it’s possible to rent from one kiosk and drop off at another but a refundable deposit of $50 is required.

It should be the cheapest in East coast park so expect long queue and very unfriendly service during weekends. Try not to wear new or good shoes if there is a long queue as we were told by the staff rudely to queue up on muddy field and our shoes are full of mud.

One of the cheaper rental compare to the other in ECP. Night rental is only $16 per mountain bike. Night rental start at 6:30pm and stop at 8am the next day. Close at 10pm.

30dec2019 sunset ad. I lost my girl when cycling and unable to return the bike in time. I asked for help. These group of staffs in duty all super helpful and nice. Spilt in 2 direction and looked for my girl. Within 5min they found her and immediately called the in house guy to inform me. She came back wailing . Thks alot.. they marked a memorable day b4 end of 2019

A review to commend Taufik from C4:
– Had issues with my rented hybrid bike with brake connection, chain drive and worn seat saddle. He video called me via Whatsapp to follow up on rectifying the issues accordingly despite having a lot on his plate. He went the extra mile to patiently guide me on reconnecting the brake cable, adjusting the brake pressure and re-aligning the chain drive on the derailleur assembly. Although he was at Changi loading bikes onto his lorry, he took the initiative to dispatch his colleague at C4 to search for me as I was a sitting duck at the mini shelter with a immobilised bike.
15 mins later, his colleague came with a replacement bike with the charges waived off along with a complimentary time-extension of an additional hour. Once I was done with my cycling, I went back to return the bike and thanked Taufiq for his exemplary work ethics and attitude ! For Taufiq’s colleague likewise was a completely different story.

Bikes not in good conditions, we rented a double bike the breaks and gears not working the seats where old and hard. You can rent better bikes with a good price in the E area that will be 15 min of walk at Area E Bikeshop (Coastline Leisure).
Besides the bike the sightseeing was great, I advise more that an hour in order to enjoy and not rush

Very quick service and fairly priced at $16 for 3 hours during the weekend for a regular city bike or mountain bike. Quality of bikes wasn’t terribly good, esp gears weren’t entirely functional, but sufficed for the Singapore cycling routes, albeit with some extra effort required on the hills. Overall a decent choice for an afternoon of cycling, and 3 hours is plenty of time to cycle to marina bay and enjoy the view! But if you can afford something more expensive and are planning a full day of cycling, definitely look for better quality.

Come here on a busy Sunday afternoon. Rent 2 tandem bikes for 2 hours each. So it is S$64 in total. I give the cashier S$104 in cash and he returned me S$30. I never paid attention and did not realize this until back home in the evening. So the staffs are generally helpful..but not very good in math..

We chanced upon this bicycle rental shop because they were open at 8am on the 3rd day of cny. The others were open only at 10 plus or 11. Mountain bike was good too…we cycled to Changi village without problems.
And best of all, when we were too tired to cycle back, they allowed us to return the bike at their Changi kiosk. Saved us lots of trouble from bringing the bike back to ECP.
We could then leisurely return to ECP to get our ID back. Will certainly patronize them again at ECP.

I rented the small family bike, which had seats for 2 adults and 3 kids. GREAT bike to ride in, and our bike was in good condition. I would have given the place 5-stars BUT I felt cheated. The multiple signs for the small family bike STATES very clearly for Sat-Sun that if we rent for 2 hrs (S$70 total) we get a 3rd hour for free. The cashier said no, I could only have the bike for 2 hrs; no 3rd hour free despite the posted sign. I was disappointed, and felt cheated. So be aware of the offer; it can change on you despite what the posted sign says.

Good range of bicycles. Now they have long queues on Saturdays (possibly on Sundays also) due to COVID19 social distancing. So make sure to reach there around 1.5HRS earlier than you actually intend to ride. Bikes are fairly well maintained and you can check the bike and change if you’re not satisfied with it. My friend’s bicycle broke down, so they offered to send a lorry to pick the bicycle and gave us another one, free of charge!. The guy I was talking on the phone was really polite and facilitative, he patiently directed us to the nearest pick-up point for the lorry to pick the bicycle up. Furthermore, the uncle who drove the lorry was really kind and helpful and even offered to extend our rental time!
tldr my friend’s bike broke, they sent a lorry to exchange for a new bike FOC, and even extended time of bicycle loan. Service was a 10/10!

Great service. Really quick at getting through a long line on a busy weekend. Less time than estimated by queue length. Staff made sure we had the right size bikes. Love that we can return to a different branch too. We ride up to Jurassic Mile and returned them at Changi T2.

I rented 2 kids bikes with GoCycling @ East Park Carpark C4. It was a busy Sunday but the queue was very fast and we got our bikes within 5 min. We cycled to MCD to takeaway and one of the bikes were stolen. We were shocked and didn’t know what to do. I called the emergency number on the receipt and Reez calmed me down and assured me he will help. He came down to my location swiftly, and helped to find the bike. I was grateful for his help and his constant reassurance. Thank you Reez.

Another good part of this rental bike shop is having customers to return their bikes to their multiple shop location around Singapore!

This is one of the nearest shops to rent a bicycle from if you are coming from Parkway Parade shopping center. Several types of bike that were available include: family rickshaws, 2 seaters, regular bmts. Sells cold drinks. Pay by NETS/Cash. Weekday promotion would be 1hr+1 whereas weekend is on 2hr+1. They have other promotions on-going. Service was considered quick and hassle free but service attitude could be better (please be patient and speak politely to customers, especially tourists). Place does not operate 24hrs.

The premium you paid definitely doesn’t go to the service.. Service is average poor; we were among the first few customers for the morning and it was not crowded. The crews were not helpful in answering queries and gave cursory vague instructions for the gear changing (which turned out to be wrong!).
I’ve been to ECP quite a number of times. Sometimes we hire the family cycle and spend some fun time with kids. Usually I go the place near the main food court. Last time I went to this place near Marine Cove and went to rent the cycle around their closing time. When I was thinking should we pay for an hour knowing that only 30 minutes is left for their closing time, I got to know this offer. If you pay twice the hourly rate, you can keep the cycle for the entire night or till the time you wish to ride. They give you a lock to put the cycle back in their stand and once you lock it, you just need to click a picture and send it to them. This sounded like a great deal, specially if you prefer spending long hours on a Friday or a Saturday night you can choose this option and have fun and good time with family.

My 6 digit combination lock happens to get stuck just now after we had our fantastic dinner at East Coast Lagoon Food Village. When we are panicking due to late timing already, suddenly we think of the nearest park rental services that they might have chain cutter. Thanks God they are willing to borrow us with deposit and we are able to get back home safely and on time!!! They open until 10pm btw… Ecp is still the best place for cycling

Nice price, great location, also with many different options of what to rent out, location is perfect for tourists who wants to take a look around that area, either towards the city or towards the airport, a slight small improvement could be for people to be able to rent helmets and other sorts of safety gear.
Rented 2 kids bikes at $6/hr each. The condition of the bikes was not very good. They were rusty and wasn’t well kept. One of the bike’s stabilizer was a bit unbalanced, making the bike lean slightly towards the left. It’s not that obvious when my son accelerates so we didn’t return for a change. I wished they provide bikes of better condition and charge slightly higher. It’s not an ease of mind for parents to watch their kids riding on rusty stuff, you know?
Have a rid with my daughter for 1 hours. While the promotion is valid for every 2 hours (free 1hour). We don’t feel its worth it to ride for 3 hours therefore we never go for it. Nevertheless, we have a wonderful time by the beach.

Rented 2 bikes as we wanted to cycle to Changi. The guy at gocycling suggested that we pay a deposit of $50 instead of leaving our nric with them so that we have the option to return the bike and get our deposit back at Changi. He recommended hybrid bike for a faster and smoother ride. We took one hybrid and one mountain bike. Paid for 2hr and got 2 hours free as it was a weekday. Paid using cash as they do not have paywave.
We came back after cycling for less than 5 mins to ask for a change from mountain to hybrid as mountain bike is indeed slower. We topped up the difference and resumed our journey.
It was a pleasant ride via Tanah Merah Coastal Road. We made 3 short stops to have some water. We arrived at Changi hawker centre about 2.5hrs later. We had our lunch and rested for an hour. Wanted to cycle back to East Coast Park but the thighs were too weak. We returned our bikes at Changi and took a cab back to East Coast as we parked our car there. It is the usual HDB parking rates at C4. For free parking, head to D1 which is less than 5 mins walk away.
It was an enjoyable experience. Will try more routes in future.

Went with a large family on a sunny saturday morning. The place is easy to find with ample amount of car park nearby. For those who are looking for a fun filled activity i would strongly recomend this place. We took the large family bile for 55 SGD / hr which can accomodate 4 adults and 3 kids which was really fun. Highly recomend this place friendly staff and very efficient service with good quality bikes

The staff are friendly and super helpful. We rode ther bike for less than 10mins and it started to pour heavily. We return to ask for refund and Reezwan was so prompt in his service and understanding to our situation, he refunded us in full. Thank you so much
Bikes may look a bit old but they are quite nice to cycle in. Place close at 10pm but you can do an overnight rental and lock bike outside of shop after 10pm. Only night rental is 16 + 2 for lock (one lock can chain up to 3-4 bike)
Long queue for the bike. The bike condition is not good and the seat is broken half way. The shop is supportive want to send someone to fix it. Finally fixed in another shop.

You can get cycles from kids to adults. You can also hire family bicycles which can accommodate 3 to 5 people.
Rates are okay. 10 mins grace time provided. Cycles are ok. Lucky if you get some new ones.

A review to commend Taufik from C4:
– Had issues with my rented hybrid bike with brake connection, chain drive and worn seat saddle. He video called me via Whatsapp to follow up on rectifying the issues accordingly despite having a lot on his plate. He went the extra mile to patiently guide me on reconnecting the brake cable, adjusting the brake pressure and re-aligning the chain drive on the derailleur assembly. Although he was at Changi loading bikes onto his lorry, he took the initiative to dispatch his colleague at C4 to search for me as I was a sitting duck at the mini shelter with a immobilised bike.
15 mins later, his colleague came with a replacement bike with the charges waived off along with a complimentary time-extension of an additional hour. Once I was done with my cycling, I went back to return the bike and thanked Taufiq for his exemplary work ethics and attitude ! For Taufiq’s colleague likewise was a completely different story.

1 of the few places to cycle…but seems the roadies there do not seem to be concerned about the 25 km/h speed limit and are going way faster.

the bikes were not oiled so like it was squeaky and the bike’s gear dropped out half way, on the way to mbs, then the guy said that i have to wait for half an hour for them to switch the bike. they didnt even like refund or anything, i dont know how it works amongst bike rentals but it wasnt a pleasant experience all in all. the only good thing was that it was quite cheap but wasted a lot of my time

We visited this bike rental shop today and was warmly welcomed by this friendly guy, Reezal, who told us about the rental price and promo. Afterwards when we met with some problem, he was very kind and patient, and provided us with a lot of help, out of his job requirement. We are really grateful for his help! The bike rented is also of good condition and easy to ride. Would definitely visit again!

I don’t think they sanitise their bicycles. Passed me a city bike with blood stains on the seat, told them about it and they refused to pass me another bike until I insisted on it. Please make sure u clean the bicycles esp during this period!
Rented a family bike on a weekday @ $40/hour. Rent an hour and the second hour is free.
They tell you you’re free to pick the bike of your choice but the moment they collected your money, the attitude changes.
One guy saw us going to another family bike and he questioned us “why mdm? You wanna change? Anything wrong?” We answered “oh we are taking that one” and he quick to instruct you like a boss “your child already sat on THAT bike ( which we tried before gg to the second bike). Anything wrong we will help you” , insisting we stick to the first bike just Bcus our kid sat on it already. Mind you, the bike was stationary and we did not even step on the paddle of the first bike.
Staff are swanky, lacks basic manners. Will not even look at you when he’s talking to customers. for what reasons no one knows? Apparently, everyone working there has the same attitude. I guess it’s a pre requisite of the job.
Put your money elsewhere.

Quality of bikes vary but the prices are good for me. Gets super crowded towards the evening, come earlier to avoid the queue. Hassle free to get the bike rented and returned.
Good price and quick service, but the bikes are regularly in a mediocre to bad state of repair. Test brakes and gears before biking off… My chain fell off a couple km down the path

They have the “hardware” for COVID-19 Safety Management Measures in place BUT don’t bother about the execution or “software”. Seriously, I don’t feel secure when in the queue. Their bike condition are generally not too old but so so on the maintenance. Price varies & do have promotion of renting 2h get 1h FOC.

I have not enough words to express my thanks to this place. I went with my 9 years old nephew cycling. The bicycles are all new and in good conditions. When we returned back to store heavily rain started. The 2 young girls from the shop, used their privet mobile phone to call for us a taxi, it was not easy to find one and took along effort. When the taxi arrived ,they follow us with their umbrella so we would not get wet. I was very touched by their kindness. This “go cycling ” in east coast is very highly recommended!!! Lot of cycles available, with different options. Prices standard. However, it gets very crowded on weekends, and PH, especially with the pandemic, because Singaporeans cannot travel outside. We came here on National Day evening, but there was a long serpentine queue to rent bicycles, and in the end it was too long to wait to rent the bicycles, we finally gave up.
Brought my mom and as she is very senior now, decided to go for a small family bike. After the young man took my booking, only waited for probably 15-20 mins for my bike. Quite efficient operations I would said. My mom enjoyed it. Would recommend it though not cheap.

Bikes though old but in fairly working conditions. Friendly staff and all instructions nicely communicated including the number to call when encountered bikes problem. You need to deposit any card with your name on it, eg privilege card but cards with nric number is a no no. Current promotion is buy 1 hour free 1 hour with 10 minutes grace for returning of bikes.

Great service. Staff are helpful and dedicated to their jobs. We rented 2 bicycles but lost our collection slip along the way. Hash and team mates took 20 minutes to plough through their stacks of booking slips with customer holding identifications in order to locate our identification used for the deposit. We are very grateful for their professionalism amidst their busy Sunday schedule.
7 of us rented bicycles for 6 hours on a weekday. The rental rates are very reasonable, service was great, bikes are in good condition. Highly recommended!
I don’t recommend getting your bikes REPAIRED here. They are overpriced. I was charged $25 for a HEAVY pedal arm and $15 for a cheap-looking pedal seperately. Let alone bargaining.

Depending on the staff and the time you are booking a bicycle, if on weekdays, you will get good bikes. Weekends will be long queue and will get partially bad condition bikes if you go late morning.
Great place to hire a bike. They offer 3 and quad bikes. Slightly pricey but For the fun and entertainment with family, it’s sort of worth it.

Excellent service and great selection of bikes. We rented a woman’s bike, kid’s bike and a trike (with the storage in the back). The staff could be a bit more friendly but I’m not complaining. They have a 1+1 special (rent an hour and get an hour free) which was great as we were able to bike till Bedok Jetty, have lunch at the hawker center and back for a swim near the rental.

their over-time charges are not very clear, the staff tried to charge us more than what we used the bike for by almost two times. Please clarify with the staff there when you ever intend on renting their bikes past the given timing printed on the receipt!

Bought a couple of drinks here and asked if they could lend me the pump to pump air into my mountain bike. This gentlemen in-charge went out of his way to help me and also fixed my mud guard. They didn’t charge me and was really very kind and patient!! Highly recommended!!
