It’s a typical small neighborhood supermarket, except it operates 24 hours.
I went to the outlet at Ang Mo Kio to buy star fruit but the lady attending to me does not know what Starfruits look like. Anyhow there weren’t any available. So I left the outlet
Store is open 24/7 which is great. However some of the goods not available at times. Bought also spoiled eggs once. I didn’t realized it until I cooked the eggs. Prices are cheap.
Pathetic. Fruits were in poor state, almost spoilt.

I would give 4pts. They have improved quite abits under the new Mgmt, Cold Storage. Wide selection of merchandises are nicely displayed. Fruits are fresh, unlike NTUC, the fruits on display looks so withered & ain’t fresh at NTUC smaller HDB outlets. If not for the rebate & PLUS Pts, I would have stop shopping at NTUC.

Just that it is convenient and have easy access from the blocks in Avenue 5. I find that the vegetables and fruits are not so fresh here. Also the options are limited.. If you are from India you might find some vegetables that you like and don’t have to visit little India.

Like any other giant market, this one also offers variety of items for buying. From household appliances to wine, they have many things. The watermelon and papaya here is especially fresh!( I don’t know why haha) they also sell some organic vegetables which are slightly more expensive compared to other outlets. Special mention goes to their cherry tomatoes. It is fresh, full of flavour and simply too good to miss!

Most of the times, your cashier when we tap passion card, your cashier did not add in the points n claimed they added, could be machine not working but receipts did nog show the points added in. At times, things we wanted to buy but no more stock n eggs after break open, spoilt…..??? Wanted to buy better quality like omega, no more also…..n bottle drinks some going to expired within 2 to 3days time n no promotion nearer to expiry date, same for bread.
