Lor Mee and Laksa stall serves great noodles. Nasi Lemak stall tad pricey food is average. The pastry stall next to drinks stall serves soft red bean stuffing best eaten when piping hot.

Standard has dropped caa 28 Jul 2022.

Try the satay kambing which is generous in portion size as well as gravy. The stall is situated at the back of the drink stall which make them hard to locate.

Tried the economy rice, lor mee and bak chor mee as there was a queue for the noodles.

Lor mee and Bak chor mee were just ok, little ingredients. Economy rice, price wise was average, $3.3 for 2 veg, 1 meat and taste could be better.

The restaurant has been brightened. It is more cosy now. One of the best restaurants in Sembawang.
Fishball/minced meat noodle laksa stall is awesome. Very tasy and cost $4 to $4.50. Chai png stall is fresh food always costing $3.70 for 1 meat and 2 vege. Nasi lemak stall has a variety of side dishes including otah and chicken cutlet.
Tze char is nice too. Char grill is 5asty and they give an electric token when we wait for the grill. Char grill is very tasty. Ezan satay is very tasty. Sauce is power however ketupat taste was only average.
Indian stall serves poori uthappam thosai vadai prata chappathi for breakfast. Biryani is the best. Gorengs also available.
    Pancake is very nice
rojak is above average, popiah need improvements as ingredients lack. Porridge is very nice.
Overall all staffs here are very pleasant.Very homely environment.

The only shortcoming is they need to improve the toilet facilities.

This is a awesome coffeeshop, reasonable prices, serves delicious food and it’s nearly located near the multi storey carpark. They have a delicious chicken rice, a westernChar Grill Bar, fishball and dumpling noodles, fish porridge, Chinese rojak and Chinese wu xiang, it’s across a junction from the Sembawang Mrt station. The drink stores is awesome

    1) Lunch time as usual will be crowded, and hot. Be ready your underwear will be wet.
    2) If all stalls are accepting cashless payment mode will be great.
    3) If you spot Ezan satay stall Is operating, suggest you try their satay coz their opening hours is not fix hardly see them open biz.
    4) just normal coffee shop with those franchise hawker operating there
    5) foods price is on the high side as compare to other normal coffee shops I believe is due to location; near to mrt

Beside CharGrillBar, 505 Minced Pork noodles, mixed vege rice and old time Sembawang ZiZhar stores have been the anchor tenants for at least 5 years. For good neighbourhood coffeeshop, you are able to find decent and excellent meals here.

The Zi Zhar stall (Sembawang Zi Zhar – 三巴旺煮炒) was actually shifted from the earlier Sembawang Hawker Centre from 1960 to 1990s of hawker and wet market when the centre was taken back by the authority. Any senior who visited the stall at the old address (used to be the space in front of Canberra Residence condominium) before moving to the 505 Fu Chan will be able to identify them via the authentic dishes. E.g. Sambal KangKong, Grill fishes/mussels and famous chilli crab( Sambal chilli crab). The stall used to be good at grilled stuff before.

I recommend the Chilli Crab if you have not tasted it before. It sure to offer you a different view on chilli crab, with dried shirmp, Sambal, chilli and eggs. Go along with rice or bread, you will come back for more.
