During my every Corporate Visit in Singapore, I had a very good Service Offered from The staff.. Despite being Small, The Staffs were very well Mannered & Cooperative. I had great time talking with all the staff when I used to reach the lobby after finishing my work. Indeed they were very Humble.. I remember one of the Staff Named Angelica and others.. Even the Sweeper Aunt.
Can’t wait to fly again at Singapore & Reside at Hotel Fragrance!!
The hotel is quite cheap.. Room is clean.. If you need iron and iron board, just request for it and the staff will send it to the room Bus stop is just a few step from hotel.. And also convenience store, cheers is just beside the hotel.. Nearest mrt station is novena station but need to walk around 20 minutes …

Thank you Fragrance Hotel – Rose for our memorable 5-day stay! Excellent service! Your hotel is clean and has very fast wifi internet! Highly recommended to tourists who are looking for a budget hotel. Although it is far from Novena MRT Station, you can take a bus to go there.
I only noticed the smell of cigarette smoke when we passed through the Level 1 lobby going to the lift to the 4th floor. I saw one of your housekeeping staff smoking near the door.
Overall, I would like to come back and stay at your hotel once we return to Singapore and I will also recommend it to my friends.

It is quite small but enough if you planned to wandering around at daytime and come back here just to sleep. In Indonesia, ini kayak kamar kosan mahasiswa
Anyway, there are 3 mini markets (if I counted it right; there is 7eleven for sure), near combat durian (one of the most recommended durian shop) and indian restaurant which serves good prata. Near bus stops too. Nearest MRT is either farrer park or boon keng.

Worst service
It is one of the cheapest in town… Overall looks clean but found baby croakoches crawling… Soon after reported with photo evidence the staff took immediate action to change my room. KUDOS for the staff prompt action. Location is far from MRT but compensate with bus services.

The room is so small, we travel with one small suitcase and one backpack. Don’t have enough space to open my suitcase. Room was clean, the toilet was so small as well. Staff was friendly, they allow us to leave our bag for the weekend as we went to Batam. Would recommend for a short stay.
As a result of visiting several cheap hotels in Singapore, this hotel was the best in terms of service, cleanliness, and cost performance.
Correspondence of the front desk staff was good, too, and there was not frustration.
This hotel is pest free if you tell them when you check in that you don’t like pests. That’s what I’m talking about.
I certainly didn’t. If I dare to complain, the desk is narrow and the chair is hard, but I don’t mind. The location is also wonderful with food centers and delicious restaurants open from early morning until late at night.
I sincerely hope that this price range and service will continue in the future.

確かに出なかった。敢えて不満を言うなら机が狭い、椅子が硬いが気にならない。ロケーションもフードセンターや美味しいご飯屋さんが早朝から深夜まであり素晴らしい。

Very small, very narrow, the bathroom is very bad, there is no door, there are only thin curtains blocking the damp room, there is a loud water pipe sound all day and night.

The service is very poor. Stayed for a week the sheets did not change, told the service staff also indifferent. Bath towels can not be changed

A budget hotel, small and clean, Balestier district is easily accessible by bus, close to Sun Yat Sen museum and Whampoa market. It is also near a Tua Pek Kong temple. I like living here, it’s urban but not as crowded as most downtown Singapore. It’s a budget hotel of course so there aren’t many facilities.

Plus point – Got a place at the last minute.Negatives are – Upon checkout,after a 1 hour extension,was only given 5 minutes to checkout.and was told rudely that i had to pay 50 dollars if was anything more then that.was rushed by the very unfriendly and rude staff who were mostly expats and a certain demographic.I guess you get what you pay for at a 2 star hotel.Staff are arrogant ,self entitled and need serious re-training.Not for families. Enter at your own risk.

It’s a good hotel within this price range. It’s difficult to find a hotel in Singapore at this price. It’s completely basic. Keep your expectations minimum. Best part is the hotel is clean and conveniently located. You have to use bus to enjoy the convenience. MRT is little far. There are lots of food choices nearby. We will definitely come back to this place when we will travel again in tight budget.

I was at this hotel during my 7 days SHN (Stay Home Notice). The room that I was in; was adequate for my needs. Without this pandemic, I reckon this accommodation will be great for travellers to explore the surrounding and see what Singapore can offer. The hotel room is not really the clean kind of room but it does make up for me as the staff name Ana is super helpful even assisting me to buy the ez link card. Really helpful.
Go with zero expectations. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Rooms are small and narrow. Bathrooms is just 1m * 1m no space to turn around. Water splashes out of the bathroom. And you can hear the other person in the next room. Also the room is just 2.5m and 2m you can barely keep your luggages. No floor mats. Above all. Limited wifi in all rooms. Do not try this place if you are looking for comfort. Also they charged me additional 105$ for 6 hours. I spend three nights there which costed me 260$. And this additional 105$ just because I checked out late. Be aware.
Did not provide parking space and room is very small. Bed is uncomfortable as uneven and price is unreasonable.
receptionist was very helpful. the cleaning lady was not very accomodating, though it was hard to understand her, and the housekeeping staff doesnt clean the room well. sheets were new but still crumpled. the room, as expected, is tiny.
