I went to their outlet at Changi City Point yesterday and my intention was to purchase a Fossil backpack. My sister bought one that can be used as a backpack, sling bag and a carrier and I liked it. As they were having a sale, I ended up with 4 bags. Their sales person, Daniel, was very helpful and served with a smile. One of the bags though new had 2 small dots near the handle. Though he meticulously wiped the marks off using a leather cleaner, the marks couldn’t come off. Decided to buy it anyway.
