Spacious room but basic amenities. No funny smell and its clean.
This is definitely not 4 star hotel. Keep away this hotel unless you want the convenience to universal studio or casino . Long waiting for check in . The room set up is 2 star. Hotel staff is not supportive at all. The “don’t care” attitude is impressive.
The family room is comfortably sized for two adults and a child. There is a loft bed for a child. It is easy to travel around sentosa by monorail.
Great for big families. We got the family room it was really cozy and homely.
I stayed in festive hotel deluxe family room. It has a king size bed and a separate single upper deck bed for child, out of direct sight of parent bed. There is also a sofa bed at one side also out of direct sight of the parent bed. Some units come with bath tub. Cost is reasonable for a night stay inside Sentosa. Comfortable for family of four.
Very spacious room. Expensive (due to location) but does allow for easy access to all of activities offered in Sentosa. Very friendly staff and easy express check out.
Enjoyable for the family and the room is great. Love the double decker bed. Comfortable but the place seems abit dusty like the lamps near to the top of the ladder isn’t clean and dusty. But overall is a great experience.
time to check in and out is fast. nice family room and good location if you plan go to universal studio.
Rooms were neat, but there was a funky smell in the toilet. Had a birthday celebration and they arranged for a cake in the room when we returned from dinner, which was a nice surprise. Had a pleasant 3 days 2 night stay.
Now I loved the beds and location but the price is too high for a longer stay but still I enjoyed my time.
I stayed here like every month. And wouldn’t complain about anything. Very good service.
It’s located around 10 mins walk from the tram station, had a room with balcony, thus it’s further inside from lift area. Service is good, fast response for any services
Very nice hotel and it’s just within Sentosa Island. Great and very accessible hotel when you wanted go to Universal Studio Singaporeand its neighboring places like Seloso beach in just few minutes .
The rooms were nice and welcoming. There were enough pillows to go around.
Stayed here 2 days for my quarantine, and was very impressed with one of the the hotel’s front office staff ! His name is Alex Chong, I would say he has excellent customer service even for quarantine guests. Granted that in the pandemic, normal room service was not available, yet all my requests were met with prompt efficiency in the true spirit of hospitality! As I was not used to the standard food the hotel catered for quarantine guests, Alex went all out to get me a packet of ‘Chinese ‘Hor Fun’ from somewhere else which I think this is beyond his role! Another incident was the relevant department has lost my laundry and Alex tried his very best to help me. Although I never get my clothing back but Alex has settled this issue professionally and efficiently. The 5 stars ⭐️ rating is for his service, good job I was very thankful during my quarantine stay with his excellent service!
The room was great. The decor is difficult to communicate, but suffice it to say that it was modern, clean, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, maybe even a little too helpful. I was offered assistance with my small travel back multiple times before I arrived at the front desk. No problem connecting to the wireless internet which is key for me.
Very good place for kids, has a cute bunk bed and the location of the hotel is great. It is right next to a lot of attractions.
Booked the RWS 3D2N package with attraction tickets SIX months in advance, and found the same package to be more than S$200 CHEAPER a few days before check in. Does not pay to book in advance since it is more expensive. The RWS 3D2N package is not really cheaper compared to booking the rooms and attractions tickets separately. Do your research first before booking any packages.
Good points about the hotel:
– location is near to attractions
– staff are generally nice
– swimming pools are quite good
– decor is nice
– there is a filtered water station at every floor so it’s easy to get water
Not so good points about the hotel:
– no restaurant or room service in the hotel. Have to use the restaurants at Hard Rock hotel for breakfast
– there’s a musty smell in the room when you step in
– bath tub has a dirty looking stain in it. The bath tub is also the shower area so it looks quite worn. The bath tub is extremely high so its not very user friendly. The bath tub drainage is very slow.
I am surprised this is a 5 star hotel, feels more like 4 stars.
Staff were polite and helpful. Ambience great. An average hotel though.
Great location, but a strange layout. It’s a bit weird having to go to the next hotel for breakfast every day, and the layout feels like a bit of a rabbit warren. Deluxe king Room didn’t feel very “king” size, and there was a pullout need for a second child. Bought a dolphin discovery tour from the concierge for the kids, but were told on arrival that we needed to accompany the children. Highly recommend going to the Malaysian food court for your meals for good value for money, otherwise be prepared to pay over the top expenses. Get your drinks from the 7/11 rather than room service prices.
Room is spacious but floor carpet can be better maintained. Hotel is not directly connected to a covered car park and has to be accessed via Hard Rock Hotel, Convention Centre or the casino.
It’s a great place to stay if you have places to visit sentosa. Everything is within either a short walk or a short tram ride. Staff and service is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Corridors have lingering cigarette smell. Saw guests smoking at balcony although its a non smoking level. The carparks entrancd are far from lobby. Directions within rws to walk are confusing. However, guests services are great. Frontdesk and concierge are supet helpful and polite which definitely makes my day. The beds are oh so fluffy and i love the cable tvs!
This hotel is located inside Sentosa Island. Easy access from vivocity, by bus or monorail. There are many restaurants or food court near to this hotel. The room are spacious compare to other hotels in Singapore. Bed is comfortable and clean. However, there isn’t any wardrobe in the hotel room.
The overall quality is just ok. The room size is good, beds are not so comfortable, I found the bunk bed too high for my kids and the room layout could be better. The location of hotel is good to go walking to all Sentosa main attractions, this is the highlight!
The breakfast is the bad news: they serve in another hotel besides, the Hard Rock. Always crowded, few options, the taste and quality is “kinda sorta”. Also desspite I did and paid breakfast in my reservation, they charged the kids (talked only adults were included, but this was never clear in the reservation, where says just 4 adults, 2 kids, breakfast included) and the price is quite high for the quality they offer.
I would look more carefully for other options, for sure you can find a better hotel in the area
It was a pleasant place to stay. The car park wasn’t connected to the hotel, it requires a long walk from Hard Rock hotel or Convention Center. It was nice that the check out was extended but the car park ticket given was not. The room was big with balcony and pool view; simple decor and furniture. Carpet was with patches of not so obvious stains. The TV remote was not exactly functioning well but that is minor, just thought housekeeping could be better. Other than that, toiletries are provided, housekeeping make up the room and provide fresh new towels. 4 bottles of water, complimentary, were provided daily which is good. A mobile phone was provided for use and it is a handy tool if you do not have roaming data. It is a long walk from lift lobby to the room and it is another long walk from Festive Hotel to breakfast, which is at Hard Rock hotel. Hotel service is generally good as the staffs are friendly and helpful; but continuous learning and training should be the focus because the staffs actually charged my credit card with wrong amount when we were purchasing theme park tickets and during check out.
Update: very helpful and friendly staffs, they are investigating the car park issue. They are processing the correct charges too. Wonderful.
Stayed in a family deluxe room from Fri till Sun.
Do your homework if you’re driving and parking here as the directions to Festive Hotel is non-existent in the RWS basement.
Room is comfortable. Bunk bed is a plus, the kids love it. Interior design and decor is very outdated. Sofa bed is noisy, especially when the kids are asleep at night and the parents are using it for whatever purposes. TV remote came faulty but was replaced promptly. TV’s user interface is laggy and unresponsive at times, guessed as much since the TV’s contents provider is notorious for that anyway. The emergency torchlight in the wardrobe is not functioning. Toilet is clean with generic shampoo and soap provided, do not expect C&E brand or equivalent, although you may be paying good money here (we got our room through a deal like some of the others here). The water closet is basic, no seat warmers or auto-washers. Shower is only via a hand held shower spray and does not come with overhead rain shower. Water does not seem to drain fast enough, so visitors with young children or elderly should take note of the slippery shower floor after a quick bath. Towel racks seem inadequate. Much as we like to reuse the towels by hanging them to dry, the space we have to dry the towels is limited.
Wifi is a paid service. But I do admire their honesty in charging as compared to some hotels who offer free wifi but be prepared for frequent poor connections.
The best thing about Festive Hotel is the proximity to the attractions. One of the best things to have when there are young kids in tow.
It will be a forgettable stay with nothing to shout about. But well, the kids might still recall the bunk bed few years down.
Quarantined here. Not going to go into too much specifics but am glad I have a balcony to go out to. I can listen to the sound of birds and insects. I have a very good view on fair weather days and there’s even a proper rack for drying your towel. Would not mind coming back if it does eventually reopens as a hotel proper. It is is after all, near the attractions like universal studios and s.e.a aquarium. The room was also spacious.
The hotel is becoming a ‘premium (unreasonably) priced chalet’ at S$400 a night. Beyond checkin, you almost have no staff contact so there’s no ‘service’ per se. Pool towels are ‘dispensed’ by machines, beds are very soft and nowhere of quality of similar price range hotels. The breakfast is good though with decent spread. Again, beyond someone showing your table, there is no human touch point. Even coffee is self service.
My stay would have been 10x more peaceful and relaxing if the hotel could put coasters on the legs of the room chairs.
Might seem like a small thing, but the noise of the dragging goes straight through the orchid-adorened ceiling! My wakeup alarm every morning.
Stayed in the pool access room.
Clean beds. Spacious room (more than hard rock hotel). 24/7 housekeeping service.
Minus one star ‘cos the housekeepers called and kept bugging me about housekeeping even though I hanged the ‘Don’t Disturb’ sign at the door. :/
The coffee table was dirty with coffee stain. Very bad.
They have a ice and water dispenser at the end of the coridoor. And there’s a ice container in the room.
Good place to have small parties as they have a small sitting area.
Breakfast was very ordinary, we had to go to hotel Michael n wait in line for 8-10 min. Not worth the wait.
typical RWS type of hospitality. slow check in process, “ok” room, extreme low water pressure, dusty at places they expect guest wont touch n see. friendly staff though.
Ground floor room with terrace is a must. Direct access to the pool.
When i open the toilet door, the toilet has a very strong urine smell. The room was very dirty especially the tables & the floor. The tables is dusty like never been clean before. The floor is sticky. For me i will never stay at festive family room anymore as my son has nose allergy. End up after staying, his allergy back and cause him fever for few days.
The place was alright. Minus one star for erratic hot water in the shower and another for providing only two sets of everything, for a group of three (registered) guests. Some other usual items like conditioner, lotion and razors are missing too.
The handy phone in the room, which offers free 4G data and calls is a nice touch.
The location is very strategic and nearby to the shopping mall festive walk and universal studio. Ample size of swimming pool
This hotel in inside the sentosa island part of integrated hotels called resort world. Good hotel but expensive , close to universal studio, SEA aquarium, Merlion, Beach, Kidszania , butterdly park and indoor sky diving. All these places are walkable from this hotel.
Nostalgia is there, the great staff is still great but its a bit outdates. Bidet installations for one would be great. Everything looks the same since the first time I went there last around 8 or so years ago probably.
Location was adequate as it is near the RWS & service was great. However, room was slightly not appealing and the bed was not comfortable.
I stay at September 2016, the hotel room is very nice, clean and modern furniture. Lobby also interesting with many of branded store also casino. But for breakfast you must take a walk a while to hard rock hotel, so interested and valuable to stay there and please mind about wifi, the hotel charge very expensive
Didn’t really like the stay at Festive. The room looks rather plain. Thou it spacious, but the decoration doesn’t seems to appeal to me.
We booked 3 rooms
We went to the hotel around 9am in the morning, the speed of the check in was OK.
However
According to the hotel, the 3 rooms were not ready.
We were told to go back at 2-3pm, by that time the 3 rooms should be ready…
OK
So we went to universal studio until 2.30pm
Then went back to the hotel to collect the room keys at 3.00pm
IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.
ONLY 1 ROOM IS READY FOR MY FAMILY.
I have to wait until 6pm to get the other 2 rooms ready.
very POOR service from FESTIVE HOTEL SINGAPORE.
Good hotel with spacious rooms. Best part it’s in sentosa..
Good for tourists
The hotel is pretty ordinary. The service is not upto the mark. Breakfast was not served in the same hotel you have to go to another hotel in the resort. Front desk is not very knowledgeable with rules and hotel policies. Hotels across the world send you reminders for check out but not this hotel. They charged me a whopping 550dollars for late checkout. This was a shocker to me. I will not visit again and will not recommend to others as well. I stayed with family in August for three nights.
Came here almost every year for a staycatiom
My son loves this place so much. No complain so far. Reception, housekeeping were all very prompt on request and delivering on time. Room condition were great. Price are affordable according to the service and room category. We always stayed in family room. Swimming pool is not crowded as you can also go to Hard Rock Hotel swimming pool which is slightly more crowded. Didnt try the in room dining though as it was not halal. But overall we love it here!
We stayed at this Hotel with out three year old daughter in November 2012. I was a little anxious as I had read mixed reviews but we LOVED it. The room was perfect for the three of us and with the loft bed in the family deluxe room added a special touch for our little person. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very central to everything including the monorail station, Universal Studios and many great restaurants. The staff were fantastic also, very helpful and polite, check in was very prompt, although we did arrive at 11pm! The pool was great with a seperate little kids pool and wet play area but it was also great that as a Festive guest you can also use Hard Rock Hotel’s pool too which is a beach lagoon style with a wet bar and waterslide. Wouldn’t bother staying anywhere else!
Administration sucks! After several attempts to call that the fridge was spoiled, it took long for them to come up and have a look. Finally they came and said that the fridge was spoiled and my cake was in the fridge and the worker basically flipped the nicely made cake upside down and was very rough with it till I told him it was a cake so they went off to get a new fridge and took damn long so we requested for them to come back again after we have dinner. However, we waited till 8pm with several calls and nobody came up. Afterwards finally a worker came up and said the fridge was changed and without us knowing which means when we was down for dinner. Is that appropriate? That’s intruding our privacy with our valuables all over the place. Bad experience!
This is the best accommodation we have had in Singapore. Everything is simply perfect. The staffs are sweet and very helpful, the rooms are extremely clean and Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful.
The best family hotel in Singapore. Me and my three kids fit in perfectly fine at the family rooms on the 4th floor.
I would not reccomend this as a choice to stay unless you are going to Universal Studios Singapore or the Casino. The area is very “touristy” and things are expensive, the view of the hotel is not that great either. Go over to the city areas of Singapore instead and find yourself enjoying yourself more with affordable hotels. Service wise its okay but could be better.
Hotel condition is not really great too.
Nice cosy hotel. Especially nice if you manage to get a pool access room.swimming pool rather small but ok.
Location you can not beat!!! You are right in the center of the main fun park hub!!!
The rooms are NOT 5 star, 3 star at best. Poorly designed and not suitable for families of 4 more. You stay here for the location only not for the hotel room. I gave 4 stars for the location only, the hotel and rooms I would give a 2 star. I’m not sure our they achieve their 5 star rating.
The bunk bed fits one child, the fold out green couch is the most uncomfortable thing and again one child fits, after this is all folded out there is no room for your luggage in the room, so makes it all cramped.
If you have kids the location is perfect you can not beat the location, you walk out the front door right into the center of Sentosa fun park.
Tram is a 200meter walk from hotel to go to beaches and tram ride is literally a 2 min ride.
We Loved Sentosa.
Festival hotel needs a major overhaul and upgrade and rooms need to be redesigned to be functional for families. Oh and don’t expect and good wifi from the hotel either keeps dropping out.
I like how comfortable the beds feel and they provide good cleaning service. When im back to my room, every thing is all tidy up neatly.
Recently had a short staycation here. The rooms were very clean and most of the furnishing looks pretty ok. Decent size and there are options to choose interconnected rooms for larger families that are staying over
The kids love this bunk bed, a very spacy room with balcony towards the pool, and we can see USS from our balcony. Truly good resort.
No way this is a 5-star hotel. No closets, no drawers, and no mini bar. Room is dark and bathroom is darker. Lobby is more like a hallway between two other hotels, and the only restaurant it has only has one poor girl as waitress/cashier/cleaning lady during peak hour. Seriously, how is this a 5-star hotel while the neighboring Le Meridien is labeled a 4-star and cheaper too.
Not good. Ordered grab for 3 separate rooms and the grab driver ensured that the receptionist knew which food went to each room. Receptionist also labelled the food packet with each guest’s name. Food took 25 minutes to reach the guest door and with the wrong food. Despite it being name labelled.
Near to great attractions like universal studios, there is also great variety of food within walking distance, family room for 4.
Luxurious! Highly recommended. A must stay if you are planning for a tour to resort world sentosa Singapore. Family friendly and the room is huge!
Awful service and bugs in bed! Return 3 times for room card problem, no sorry heard from any stuff. Terrible holiday experience.
Stayed here a few times(pre pandemic) over the years while flying through Singapore, it’s a perfect place to enjoy everything Sentosa has to offer by foot. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds in the room.
Good place. Cleaners have really good manners! Really enjoyed my stay there
This is taken from one of the rooms of the Festive hotel. It has rooms that are large and equipped with at at least 2 beds, 1 sofa bed. It is the best hotel for a family.
Rundown hotel. Mini Fridge not working , TV had to be turned off and on manually. Had issues with hot/cold water mixer in my first room and had to change rooms
Stay 1 night. Room condition doesn’t good. Mold fungus in a bathroom. Feel unfomfortable compare with hotel rate is too high.
Rooms were large, amenities were adequet, hot water was stable and good, aircon working just fine. Great view, staff were prompt and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Hotel has a bigger pool and also a bigger family room with bunk bed and sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people. Bathroom has a bathtub also. Overall is a pretty good choice if you bringing kids to Sentosa for holidays. But the hotel should really do some upgrade to the rooms.
May be its great for some. But not for me. Flowers and circles in the old room. Pool is normal. Thats about it. Kids bunk bed quite ok though.
I was there for isolation order. Food services staff was great polite and evwrything needed was available in reach. Tq festive hotel for ur great accomadation. Keep up your great services and kind gestures. I feel comfortable for the 10days. Great awesome work frontliners…
The room was not properly cleaned. however, the room has a nice design. staff at concierge served without a smile.
Hotel WiFi does not work, low shower head pressure, shower temperature keeps fluctuating, sparse furnishing with tired looking and outdated decor, only allow check-in after 3pm. Breakfast buffet was at Michael Hotel which is a short walk away. Variety and quality was dismal. Hard Rock Hotel does not offer the use of its pool for Festive Hotel guests anymore.
I regret choosing this hotel for my staycation and will definitely not go back again.
We stayed 2 nights at Festive hotel. The room was very beautiful and huge. The hotel is conveniently near many attractions and eateries.
A family oriented hotel with Big and comfortable rooms including additional loft beds for kids.
Not sure why they are rated as 5 stars hotel. I guess they are riding in casino branding. Housekeeping is an issue. No USB charging in room and they can only offer to leave your mobile phone at the reception counter.
Festive hotel theme is family bonding and it is show throughout the hotel room design. You get an enomorous amount of space if you just order a King Size Bed Top floor room. Rooms at the lower floor is like a 2 storey high bedroom where children can sleep with customise children bed on the top level and parents on the lower deck. The pools area is very upscale. Many pools to choose from for children to adults. The view is also nice. It is a great area for family staycation or family stay in Singapore.
Nearby uss. If i taking sentosa express it is a lot nearer to Imbiah station. Hotel also provide 3 days unlimited ride of Sentosa express.we check in at 1pm..if 3 person 1, sleep at sofa bed. However we hope they improve on this [pre check the booking condition] I guess dont notice that we boox for 3pax. We have to request for the extra towel. Anyway we did check in early than the normal check in time [12:45] . However, It will be nicer if they said they will prepare the extra item in advance and send it to our room instead us requesting. We pay for the extra pax.
So I stayed in the Family Room during my visit there and I’d have to say that my favorite is really the fact that they have a built-in bunk bed for lil kiddies (and the young at heart) to climb up to. It’s secretive and cozy, and it’s a good cave-like resting place without the threat of feeling claustrophobic.
Though it was kinda disappointing that the fridge wasn’t working, it’s merely a shrug-off matter since the lobbies provide free ice-machines (and ice-chiller buckets) so I didn’t have to drink un-chilled beverages.
The hotel provides an electrical water boiler in the room so if you plan to bring some cup noodles to slurp on for the nights, you’re good to go. There’s also the free assortment of teas, coffees and milo packets for your choosing if that’s what you’re into.
The room I was given had a bonus great view; overlooking into the far sights of sentosa coast and dangling cable cars in the skyline. (Take note Instagrammers!)
Overall, the experience was definitely pleasant, nothing less than I’d expect from one of the best resorts in Singapore. It’s the perfect staycation if you want to get away from the daily work-stress without the hassle of flights and luggage.
So yes, if you’re looking for a place to let loose and don’t mind spending a bit more money for the luxuries (considering the jacked-up prices for food), you can definitely consider Festive Hotel as an option.
Superb guest services, however the room bedsheets were stained when we checked in, which was a turn off. Universal electric sockets were well placed, however the light switch was not working?
Very welcoming place, beds are very comfortable and soft , clean bathroom but sadly does not contain conditioner for hair. Swimming pool is very nice and is really close to the main attractions with a 5 min walk. Overall would come here again 9/10
Rude staff, rooms not cleaned properly each day, appliances not working. The list goes on. Very disappointed for expensive hotel. Dont waste your money.
Love this hotel ..especially my kids as there have a kid bed which is on the top.
We got the room where we had access to the pool. Really love the big room space. The view was splendid as well. Would come back again to stay.
Rooms are old and feel like they haven’t been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. The bathroom smelled like a sweaty gym with those drain flies, flooring felt sticky, and some light switches were not working. AC was either stuffy or extremely cold, no in-between. Not the most hygienic place for families with young kids. That said, the hotel staff is overall nice and friendly, kids corner at the lobby is a great addition. May also want to look into the waterplay area at the Swimming pool. The gravel flooring is sharp and painful to walk on. Kids can really hurt themselves if they fall.
Location is near to Universal Studios Singapore. Cozy and nice room with amenities nearby. Great for family stay and friends gathering.
Though the location is the furthest however the rooms are in top conditions and staff are friendly. Monorails and buses are easily accessible as well.
Generally I would say it is a good place. Clean and tidy. Fridndly staff and nice big room / bathroom etc. TV good and bedding good. Kids like the bunk bed and sofa bed too. Nice balcony with clothes dryer. Pool nice and large. Kids play pool too but not all features working. Plenty pool side seating. Biggest down side is absolutely no F&B at this hotel. Not even possible to get a drink poolside so had to send the Mrs down to 7/11 to quench my thirst. All OK after then. We had concerns when walking to room why corridor bins full of KFC boxes but then found out. We had dinner in RWS Forum downstairs. Had to get breakfast at Hard Rock hotel next door but was nice. Plenty outlets in Forum. Overall it was good stay.
Nice sheltered shopping street that links all other hotels and attractions. Great selection of dining options within its vicinity.
The room is big and clean.. room services is fast. Thou he swimming pool is slightly small. Near to the USS and Casino.
Room is a little aged but spacious. I book the family king room. Love the sand pool.
Nice place for short staycation! Look the room and have a great view outside
A nice places, u can use skytrain go to beach, or shopping to vivo city, or can take a picture at Merlion….. And walk around to Universal studio or sea aquarium or trick eye museum
Check in staff (only one wear grey jacket) claim hotel fully booked and no double bed is available even though i booked double bed online. Check with another staff and walla double bed a available.. so who is lying..
Bad value, 3 start hotel at a 6 star price. Poorly furnished, poor TV reception, quite disappointed. Better try other hotels in Sentosa or Resort World.
Why I can’t give a 0 star?
Just becos I got the room from claiming from frequent programme, I was only entitled to 1 Carpark coupon per night. Hey, we are talking about sentosa that is not really inaccessible to mainland.
Was calling to request for wine glass in the room and got a shock that for the service, it’s chargeable at $5. This is really cheapskate in my opinion. A hotel that is not out to service but all out to charge for service.
Will not recommend to any of my friends for this hotel. The hotel should not discriminate guest who uses points to claim for room, cos it will just antagonize the guest who are initially out to have a relaxing fun time.
The room was comfortable, and the pool although a bit small, was still enjoyable (other than the kids.). The best thing is still it’s close proximity to your favourite attractions.
Stayed here for my 2 weeks “Stay-Home-Notice” quarantine, and was impressed with the hotel’s customer service even for quarantine guests. Granted that in the pandemic, normal room service was not available, yet all my requests, from a room change (for better WiFi), to needing milk for coffee and more fresh fruit, were met with prompt efficiency in the true spirit of hospitality! Room was spacious and comes with a balcony and towel rack, for which I was very thankful during my quarantine stay! Thanks for making my quarantine time a restful staycation!
Awful experienced. don’t waste time and money on this hotel. Booked a family deluxe room for 4 days with breakfast included. checked in with two adults and two kids below 12 yrs old.
Was surprised the hotel only allows two pax for breakfast. which means kids are not free to dine in. I was confused with room type which attract family visitor like me. I am really piss off with “Family” meaning with only two pax are allowed and expect the kids stay in the room while adult go for the breakfast. When asked and they are not able to answer correctly what is the family meant by the hotel staff. Suggest to remove the family from hotel room type to avoid confusion to the public.
Asked for wine glass and to my surprise was told it would be considered as dine in room service and need to charge.
I cannot imagine hotel in Singapore still charging for WIFI while the rest of third world country already offering FOC.
Bed are dirty, checked below bed full of dirt (do not move the bed/furniture otherwise you will seeing dust flying in the room with air-con blowing and the sofa bed itching when sleep on it. the mini bar fridge is not working. Poor staff service.
Overall, suggest the hotel management look into services improvement as this is critical to reflect the image of the hotel and Sentosa reputation. My first and last trip ever to this hotel. Good Luck to All!!
It is only 5 minutes walk from Resort World Sentosa casino. Very convenient of you come by bus or monorail from Vivocity. The room on 6th floor is spacious. The view is average because the room was facing the other hotel. The only thing that I want to comment is that the room doesn’t has wardrobe.
Rooms larger than expected, spacious. Very comfortable beds.
Not up to 5 star hotel. The room deco normal & look old. Bunk bed is too high for children. Bath tub too high, almost fall down when come out. Not recommmed for elder. Wi-Fi is damn slow. Pool is very dirty, water rusty smell. Only balcony good for hanging wet clothes after swimming. Get early check in 1hrs before and late check out 2 after.
Great staff, always friendly and willing to help but the hotel room was dirty. My daughter dropped something under the bed and I don’t think it’s been cleaned since the hotel opened.
Other than that I have no complaints.
Festive Hotel’s family room is suitable for a family up to 2-3 adults and 2 children. The bed for kids which is located above the wardrobe is a clever design and all kids would love climbing up and down. The hotel’s swimming pool is closed for renovations so not of kids would love it too or not. Location is great, just within walking distance to other key attractions such as Universal Studio and Casino.
COVIN-19 Moh Send me Staying this Hotel for QO 14days. This Hotel Room is Big & Very Betuful. And Hotel Every day issue 3 Blackfusl /Lunch & Dunner is Very nice also.
Not to me…
Rooms were dirty, bathrooms smells of piss and furnitures worn out. Not to mention the food which was terribly repetitive. Avoid this place if you can!
Great family room! My children loved the loft bed!
service is normal. been a regular there. tv remote is lousy and almost broken.mattress and pillows are too soft
Comfortable large room for 4, good view, easily accessible to great foods and entertainments. Very short distance Monorail rides (2 stops) to Sentosa Siloso beach and other exciting adventures such as IFly, Luge Rides and Bungy Jump.
No hair conditioner provided. Room is a good size and clean.
A nice cosy place for family to stay. Swimming pool is fun and our kids love it.
Age is starting to show, non carpeted floors in the room. Corridor smells. They offer free valet a short walk away, breakfast is at the next hotel.
The parking is hard to find since it does not have its own lobby and requires you to go into Hard Rock hotel and then walk to Festive Hotel, but the room has a good balcony view and there are many different sleeping options like the family rooms. The different rooms suit different groups of people.
Absolutely loved the cute loft for the kid in you to play and sleep in. The room was well insulated, ahhhh, sound proof and I slept like a baby. My only question is why are there no wash cloths to use with the shower gel??
No security system in lift, room is bare minimum but big. No disturbances. Big balcony
The location i close to shops and have direct access to the casino as well as restaurants and universal studio. The room i stayed in is the deluxe family room which can fit about 4-5 person. The room is clean, spacious and pleasant to stay in. The staffs are kind, respectful and helpful. Had an amazing experience there.
The room was chic and spacious, and there was a nice view at the balcony. The toilet was really spacious as well and had all the amenities you need to have a good shower experience.
totally agree it was the location you pay for, access to the bulk of Sentosa. comfortable to sleep at, use the Hard Rock pool. stay if you can find a deal. but clean, neat and warm so it ticked those boxes.
On the plus side, you do get free passess for the monorail and yes use of the Hard Rock pool stuff. And the proximity to the other attractions was the big ticket boon.
Festive hotel is strategically located near universal studios, if you were to walk there it would be around a less than 3 min walk.
Definitely overrated. Barely a 3 star hotel standard. Bedsheet has a weird smell. Has a set of very basic toiletries only. Shaver need to be requested (will not be given automatically) and housekeeping informed they do not provide sanitary bag???!!! What nonsense this is. No laundry bag given as well.
Cleanliness of the area is poor as well. I stayed at level 6. Rubbish piles up at the common area where the ice fridge is located with a bad stench lingers around. Housekeeping don’t bothered to clear it even after overnight until I told them to do so in the next morning.
One of the worst hotels stay I had. Do keep away if possible.
Super love the room. Huge room I’ve got. A standard deluxe room can accomodate my guests of 8. Clean room. Beautiful toilet. The hotel staffs are friendly. And its convenient to go to the hotel even by the train. About 10mins walk to hotel.
Great 5 star hotel. Nice hospitality, good rooms, good staff, great pool. Like just we ecpected from 5 star hotel in Singapore. Definetely want to comeback here. You will get the key rooom with wifi password hotel, then a complimentary monorail ticket 3 day pass for free if you want to go to the city and back, free bus shuttle from hotel to go around Sentosa.
Breakfast will be at Michael Fratelli or Hard Rock Sessions.
Balcony with pool view. Get handy with free internet access, local & international calls.
Terrible hotel. I’m not sure how they earned a 5 star rating. If this is a 5 star than the Ritz has to be a 20 star hotel. For the price of this place we could have taken a much better hotel.
1. Front line staff are not warm at all.
2. Poor ambience
3. The family room we took was filthy. The vinyl floors were so grimy, dusty and had cobwebs. Being a family room we’d expect it to be cleaner for the well being of children. The shower curtains had mold on them. The sheets had stains. The corridors are carperted and had an unpleasant smell.
4. The smartphone they had on the room was not working and even after calling front desk nothing was done to fix it. The hair dryer was inoperable as well and the guy who came was a Chinese national who could not speak English. He could not fix it so had to call in maintenance who was an English speaking local chap who fixed it in a jiff.
5. The saving grace was the manager, Ms.Lentern who asked us right away if we wished to transfer to Hard Rock Hotel. We agreed. Hotel Hard Rock is a world of difference from Festive. The rooms are much cleaner and brighter. It’s also more convienient as the hotel breakfast is served at Hard Rock. Also their pool is alot nicer, with a beach theme and a bar. They also have a gym and a kids play area. Ms.Lentern was apologetic and genuinely sorry about the state of our room in Festive.
6. Definetly never going to Festive Hotel again.
I wish they had a restaurant. You need to go to next hotel hard Rock Cafe to have breakfast. The waiting area chairs are really uncomfortable.
It’s comfortable for me, it’s pretty big room, design looks great, I’m just having enough despite of Festive Hotel. If I were rate it in a scale of 1 to 10, I would choose a BIG 10!
Great room with a nice view. Has a nice swimming pool. Very friendly and polite staff.
We had nice holiday in Sentosa resorts. We had a good deal with the hotel which included free passes to Universal studios, water park, museum and aquarium. Over all a nice hotel to stay close to all the Sentosa island attractions.
The swimming pool in the hotel was ok and needs bit of regular maintenance. The pool wasn’t that clean, could see dirt in the swimming pool.
Nice hotel, good ambience. Specially the room we had with double decker bed so the kids love it.
One of the 6 hotels in the Resort World Sentosa cluster. There’s a sizeable room, comfy bed, spacious toilet and clean too! After spending a whole day in Sentosa running around, it’s good to just fall asleep. But their in-room TV is terrible. The latency is so bad, I’m not sure whether it’s the server or the remote that is broken.
Very spacious room with high ceilings. Great terrace with the smells and sounds of the jungle!
It is one of the best hotel ive stayed in and has excellent room service, strong wifi and entertaments.
It’s a good place for children with families. It is a bit further from the main attractions. But it is worth it for a short stay.
Family room is big and spacious. Had enjoyed our stay
Great place for family to stay in for family room. Price is reasonable but cannot cross over to other hotel to use their pool… We wanted to go hard rock hotel to use the pool but was not allowed
Especially Family Suite. I like it very much, bed very comfortable and easy access to USS and Vivo City Shopping mall
It is not a very well kept quarantine room. I found 3 big and 2 small dead cockroaches in the room under the sofa and near the toilet area. I hope the hotel staff will disinfect the room properly.
Family room waa good. My kids love the bunk bed and the room is very spacious. Located within RWS itself, so it is near a lot of places.
Very good family hotel. Probably too popular and busy cos it took them half an hr to send up some forks and spoons.
Had a great time at the hotel. Nice place to check-in with family and yes this place is kids friendly. Maybe on the expensive side but Singapore in general is expensive.
Quite run down now compare to the past that I had stayed. Recently check in on 30th April 2019 and check out on 2nd May 2019. Was unhappy and shocked when came inside the room. Toilet was smelly, no toothpaste and toothbrush until I have to call house keeping. Balcony was dirty and not cleaned with lots of dried leaves on it. To my surprise, the pillows stinks. I think not changed from previous users. Second day during house keeping, 2 guys came and do simple touch up. No vacuuming but using a mop to run through the flooring which I think will never clean. Bed sheets, blanket, pillows cover not even changed. They just use dirty hands to pull and straighten it while folding. Will never use this hotel again. Hard Rock Cafe Hotel is better during our last stay.
Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Good service. Family friendly. Very near to Sentosa attractions.
Comparing to Hard Rock Hotel, the rate is much more cheaper but it does not mean that Festive Hotel is bad. Instead, Festive Hotel is housewarming. I like the feeling how they conceptualize ‘festivie’ and execute the design. I was traveling with my family, me n my sister were fighting for the loft bed.
Stay and service had been better previously. This was my 3rd time staying in Festive Hotel. Rooms are not well kept.
The room is consider big and clean. Just that the check was delay 1.5 hrs before we are given the room. But the staff are generally friendly
Service provided by the hotel staff was great. The room was cosy and it is ideal for a short staycation.
Stayed in the Family Room and the room was large and comfortable. Pool is also relatively big compared to Hotel Michael. Gym is accessible at Hard Rock Hotel. Would recommend for families for a stsycation!
Room was OK, aircon was a bit funny. Otherwise it was pretty great! No bathtub though =(
Quite accessible and value for money with a nice view of the harborfront and pool. Excellent facilities /amenities around. Good for family day as it’s close to uss.
Quarantine after coming back from overseas.
Great hotel with nice rooms, not sure if it’s because it’s quarantine standard, but the stuff provided in the rooms are quite limited. But well I love it because there is a balcony for me to breath in some fresh air and not only stuck inside a room the entire 14days without the fresh air from nature.
I enjoyed staying in this hotel because of its location. It is near the beaches of sentosa island and universal studios. There are lot of nearby restaurants to dine in. It has a nearby 7eleven and watsons. It also have a swimming pool and 24-hour gym. With its promo room rate, I find the price reasonable. I will definitely will go back to this hotel if I go back to singapore.
My kids (almost 4 and 7) loved the room because it had a bunk bed!! Very convenient location. Pool is ok, nothing special. Probably overpriced unless you find a deal (we did).
Super bare bones hotel with no access to the superior hard Rock hotel pool. The only reason you want to be here is the plethora of shops for eating and shopping, and of course universal studios. Trick eye museum is a short walk away and so is the amazing Marina heading towards the neighboring city.
Beautiful and spacious hotel room… and comfortable for sure
Clean and comfortable hotel which is very accessible to restaurants and USS. Soundproofing is slightly weak as we could hear the occupants next door talking rather loudly.
Good location, easy access to fast food restaurants and the room was clean
On our trip to sentosa . We chose to stay at festiv. We found the location very handy . But what made our stay at the hotel so nice . Was the very kind helpful friendly service of angel and manny . They went out if the way to accomadate to all our needs and help regarding places to visit eat see etc . Thankyou so much guys . And quick shout out to all our fellow aussies . Check this place out for budget . Location .and Great service it ticks all the boxes ..
I loved their spacious room. Stay for a night with my children last Sunday. We really enjoy our staycation…
Unimpressive for price paid. Room was okay, although rather dark. Had to go refill a water flask (although provided by the hotel) at a central water refill station. Even though it was a move to reduce plastics use, it was rather inconvenient.
Nice hotel but on expensive side. Huge swimming pool. Average room size. No free wifi.
good hotel….stay away at weekends…will be extremely busy…book early and get some bonuses..we got entrance and express tickets free for universal studios…the complimentary breakfast is very good…
Nice hotel, very family friendly with a comfy loft that kids can climb up to play or sleep there. Amenities are good.
When i first enter the hotel room i smelled rusty disgusting smell coming from the entire room, even the pillows have the rusty smell when i sleep on it. The cheapo lights in the hotel room is very deem and I feel like the balcony is too near to each other and the wifi is very very very very very very very very very bad it’s so bad that i would rather use my data. Some lights in this hotel room is not fixed and it had been spoiled for quite a long time. The room has not been updated for years now and things get dusty eg. The lamps and TV. I recommend others to stay at a different hotel with better conditions as it is a waste of money staying at this hotel even tho is near Sentosa reservoir.
I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and absolutely loved it. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Loved it and will stay here again in the future.
Good overall, but they didn’t do what it should be. Like they give tea coffee but not clean up the glass we used at the room
Stayed with family including 2 kids in the Family King room. It comes with a loft bed, a sofa bed and queen size bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Great location and can use both the Festive Pool and Hard Rock pool. Friendly staff at reception. We had an early check-in and late check out. Had a great time though furniture looks a little worn out.
Hotel lobby is swamped with tourists and probably not hotel guests. Waiting to check in took us around 30 minutes just waiting. Rooms aren’t very well furnished. Bar fridge wasn’t working.
Festive hotel room is considered quite big and cosy. The bed itself is quite comfortable too. However my first time staying there I didn’t get a good view from my room as I stayed at level 3. On the other hand, level 3 is the one connected to their swimming pool level which is convenient as you don’t have to take a lift to go towards the pool. Overall the hotel facilities and service is considered not bad.
looks nice, rooms are quite big(had a queen size bed, sofa bed and a bunk bed) not sure what’s the room name though
Environment is nice, view from room is nice, but it’s getting a little run down and dirty.
Terrible place.
I found one cockroach in the toilet and one next to the bed.
The mattress smells of pee and the stench permeates the bed sheets.
The table is dirty and sticky.
They don’t provide hand towels, only huge towels.
Bed sheets are old and torn.
Kids love the bunk bed in the room. Room is reasonably big. Good experience.
Stayed here for 2 weeks during my quarantine after returning to Singapore. Loft room is small but comfortable. Customer service is prompt and responsive. Hotel even remember to give me a small birthday cake… …
Booked a place to stay for two nights and we did not regret that we impulsively choose this hotel to stay. I love our room, cozy and relaxing. We also have our complimentary breakfast which is included in our booking. We have a positive experience with this establishment.
Hotel was located at a very convenient venue, was close to all the restaurants, casino, USS and SEA. It’s a 5 mins walk from the monorail. The hotel room was clean and new, bed was comfortable and service was good. The hotel didn’t provide bottled water because they provided a bottle for us to refill at the distilled water point located at every floor. This is a good initiative and I loved it! Enjoyed my 3 day 2 nights stay at the Festive hotel!
Stayed for Quarantine. Very nice view, even though just on the 6th floor.
The hotel feels cheap. No security card access at the lift, bar fridge comes empty. Perhaps they are targeting a different crowd.
Hotel room run down. The bed was roller type and it keeps rolling away from the wall thus the pillow would fall in the gap. The TV glitches and restart every 15mins. The floor is sticky, the pillows are flat and of poor quality. Bathtub is stained and old. The showerhead was full of filth when I tried to pull it down and use. Finishing was old and worn. There was no room slippers or gown provided. Really felt I was rip off my $450 a night stay.
Quarantined here for 10 days.
Cleaniness: 1/5
Entered the room and felt the room was dusty. I had to wipe down the tables and bed-side tables which were dusty. The floor was dirty and my feet were black that I had to manually use the toilet towel and mop the floor when I am sick on the first day. Woke up the next day with bed rash and requested for a change of room. I wonder if they changed the bedsheets.
It was approved and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. I entered the new room and the floor was dusty too as if nobody mop the floor for a month or so. I had to mop twice. The bed frame was dusty and I realised the bed sheet only covered the first layer of the mattress and not the bottom and the sides. I could see the dust at the sides. Even though the children bunk bed wasn’t in use, I could see the pile of dust on the steps.
Food: 2/5
Food not by the hotel but caterer was sometimes bitter or very salty. I like that there provided a variety of cuisine so we don’t eat the same cuisine every meal. There were chips and drinks for snack time.
Amenities: 3/5
+ Balcony: Allowed fresh air
+ Clothes rack: could hang my laundry at the balcony
– Fridge spoil, sometimes cold or warm
– TV was too old. Didn’t expect a 5-star hotel in Sentosa to not have upgraded to a Smart TV?
– No Bidet
Service: 5/5
Guest service were quick to answer calls and attend to my request though they said I was entitled to 4 boxes of water and will be delivered every morning it didn’t. So I had to call them everyday to request for it.
As a 5-star hotel, I felt disappointed by this quarantine stay. I was sick but I had use all my energy to wipe down the whole room. More could be done by the housekeeping to ensure hygiene and cleaniness. And I hope the hotel has an upgrade for the TV.
Services and peoples of singapore are so much awesome, they always help you. Festive hotel is good rooms are small but are reasonable i am comparing it with dubai grand hotel room that room was double room and well decorated room.
Lovely hotel. Treated with so much love and respect even though i was there only for a 20 minute visit. Must respect to all working there. Thank you for making my short visit it enjoyable ️
No room service, no bottled water, old fittings, children’s room does not excite a 3 year old. On the positives, room is good enough for 3 adults and 1 kid, location wise it is in the heart of everything. Will come again when another free room is offered.
Room was nice and decently sized. Window faced hard rock hotel pool which was blasting music all day which can be heard if the doors are open. Room service was quick. Overall good stay
This is for Adventure Cove Waterpark – save your money. There are so many good water parks in Asia that Adventure Cove will surely disappoint. We had an annual pass when it first opened, and thought things would improve, but they kept getting worse. In general, admission is not cheap (S$36 adult/S$26 child). And for a relatively expensive entry, you’d expect a really outstanding number of slides and pools and activities. But no – the park is tiny. There are only 6 real slides (of which 1 is super short) and compared to other water parks they are quite short and could hardly be called exhilarating. Worse, the way the queues are managed is pathetic. Even though managed by foreigners, it has a stereotypical Singapore overkill on safety.
Unnecessary waits till each person completely leaves the area before letting the next person go – even if they are around a bend or completely out of reach of being hit by the next person to go. On one slide that requires specially designed inflatable boats, several of the boats have been ruptured or somehow damaged and so are out of commission so you will wait in line for an hour to not only watch angrily as the attendants wait for each person to leave the pool, but also forced themselves to wait for the next free raft. On most other slides there is often only 1 attendant waiting on 2 converging queues that also slows everything down. Even the lines up to the slides with converging queues are not managed well so it’s possible a slide could have no one waiting, but none of the attendants announce this so people waiting below still wait for others in the other line.
There is nothing that makes people queuing up madder than when the queue is not managed well.
So if you want a great water park experience, go to Waterbom in Bali, Vinpearl in Nha Trang, Vietnam, Wet n Wild in Sydney, etc, etc. So many great value parks around Asia that provide guaranteed fun. Quick lines and parks that are designed to give great experiences. You want to sit in line after line and fume that the park only cares about your money, then go to Adventure Cove.
I didn’t stay at Festive Hotel, but to meet someone. It looks great from outside. The staff at lobby are friendly and helpful. There’s a Lego shop at the lobby. Casino is just inches away. Universal studios is just next door. Super convenient for people who plan to spend their vacation on Sentosa island.
Family room condition is getting old. The aircon position is bad, kids bed area is always warm. Mobile network very weak. Cleanliness average.
Good hotel for family. Big room. Good location . Many attractions nearby.
Good room Service, place was just so good for relaxation, costumer service have a quick response with respect, the hotel lobby have a good recieving area, with some shops for souvenirs and staff are friendly the most. Satisfied in short
Rooms are dusty, the bed causes one to itch, the bathtub is slow to drain the water from a shower, furniture and fittings are worn out, staff is not well trained. Skip this one… Only the view is good but not enough to redeem it all.
The rooms are decently sized. Got a view of Keppel Bay with the balcony accessible. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. A short 10 min walk away from Universal Studios Singapore through mostly air-conditioned paths through the Casino.
This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Family room is nice when you are travelling with older children. It has bunkbed, sofa bed and king size bed. So basically it can fit to 5 people. Room with bathtub is upon request, and located far from elevator. My room has balcony and poolview. Really nice. But Some furniture is broken n old. Room is dusty.
Very conveniently located to all attractions.Hotel.comfortable n clean and near all restaurants.Hotel room should hv 2 chairs.Very happy with the facilities. …
Great hotel. Just there wasnt any hotel restaurant/bar to chill
Very Very Slow and Very Poor management! Shortage manpower not lively environment. 5 star hotel like 1 star hotel. Make guest wait for almost close to 1 hour for Check-in.
Good customer service. Very clean surrounding. The ambience was really good. The staff made sure that the people walking through their doors have an amazing time.
Room was excellent and staff are all very friendly! Would recommend staying at this hotel. This place is near USS, and other amenities too!
Location of hotel is brilliant and room is beautiful too. Just lacking halal food options
Room service is good, food is easily accessible. Location is good as you are in the middle of all the popular attractions available in sentosa.
A very busy hotel. We stayed at a family with a loft bed. The room is spacious and my kids loved the loft bed although I find it too be too high. Service is generally quite good as the staff is polite and helpful. I was given free tickets for the Headrock VR attraction. For breakfast, we were diverted to the Hotel Michael which was a bit of a walk.
Lightings design horrible, I stayed in room 768, the bath tub is terribly tall, it is very difficult to climb in and out, it is only designed for people whose height is more than 1.70 metres, moreover it has no safety bars at all to help you especially to get out the bath tub. Just wonder how many people had slipped and injured in such a lousy designed toilet. It is not fit to be a five stars hotel.
service was good, near many facilities and staff was very nice. room was big and shiok
It is very convenient to stay here if you will be spending your time in Universal Studios and at the other attractions. The hotel wifi is accessible in the whole sentosa and it is only a few minutes walk to the US so you can go there early and stay up late just before they close.
Clean, well furnished hotel rooms that can accommodate two to four people. Free WiFi access and comfortable beds. Pretty no frills however so it’s pretty basic accomodation.
Location of the hotel is good and accessible via the escalators right next to the casino. Near these same escalators, is the food street. There are bakeries, coffee shops, affordable restaurants and McDonald’s there, which allows guests to have access to a huge variety of food. As for the hotel itself, I met the nicest housekeeping personnel at this hotel ever, who helped to get what we need just last evening, Even though she’s not in charge of our room area and just happen to walk past when I opened the door looking for the housekeeping personnel who just left 1 min ago. Other than that, a personnel from the in-house dining (or in-room dining?) was very courteous and nice for coming all the way to open a wine bottle for my friends and I. Sadly, I forgot about giving him a tip. In any case, I didn’t manage to get both their names else I’d love to have the Festive Hotel to give them my thanks and compliments. I’d be happy to let the hotel know around what time they came over so that they can check and reward them accordingly though. Thank you for making me feel comfortable, and for making me feel that there is still hope in the Hotel & Service industry in Singapore. Thank you! P.S. Just an issue about cleanliness, I noticed stains on the walls behind the toilet door and on the handles of the shower room, which are both pretty disgusting. Would have been a 5-star review if not for those lol. But all in all, I am still impressed. Thank you!
Reaching Festive Hotel with GPS, took sometime around about Sentosa entrance with a couple of other hotels & attraction. Breakfast have to walk to Mitchell Hotel. Buffet breakfast non halal, does not cater for muslim guest. Very dissapointing for a 5 stars hotel standard. RWS definitely is not friendly to Muslim Guests or countries tourists.
Stayed on the first floor which has much higher ceiling den the ones on the other levels!
Spacious even in the bathroom!
Powerful showerhead!
Everything’s good.
But parking abit far from the hotel.
Equrious hotel would be the best for parking convince.
nice pleasant hotel with pool access. hotel is within walking distance to all amenities including casino, amusement park, food outlets n trains
Most things are great about the hotel. The accomodations are nice, bathroom and bed is perfect. However, the tv could be better sometimes the remote lags quite a bit and a bit small for the quality of the room. Also when i went down using an elevator there was a bad smell like vomit that’s been cleaned up, but they should take better care of that i think.
The hotel price is affordable for a five-star hotel in Sentosa island and it offers discounted tickets to attractions there such as Universal Studios theme park, S.E.A Aquarium and water park, which are within walking distances. The staff are very friendly.
The guest rooms looks old and the furniture needs renewal. The daily room cleaning is not done very well.
The room is big and cozy. Love it !!! Location is near uss and also mac ) great experiences !!
Generally decent hotel with nice room and amenities. They could do with some improvements though. Housekeeping left an open beer can (presumably from a previous guest) when we checked in. Reported a broken TV remote, but instead of simply sending a new one, a staff came empty-handed to verify it was indeed not working before going to fetch a replacement. Service was otherwise great.
Was a little disappointed with the stay as there was no fridge in the room and the parking doesn’t seem to be catered for the hotel as there is no parking directions in the car park once you enter the west parking wing. Food was decent though.
The room was nice, the bed was comfy, overall a very good and affordable hotel.
For the family room, its room size is ok for a group of 4 adults. Decorations is still up to date.
Good hotel. Stayed at deluxe family room. A room with bunk bed. Be very careful with young children, as the bund bed is quite high.
Festive hotel is nice, nearest walking distance to shopping district as well as festive walk there u can find all the restaurants also the all attractions is nearby.
the Family Deluxe King Room included a sofa bed + a bunk bed + queen size bed + balcony. handy phone available in room, a welcome kit for kids when checking in with kids. nice hotel and worth the money. recommended for families with children.
The hotel itself is an old building, the first time we checked in, the room is so smelly and full of smoke. I brought 2 kids with me on this stay and I feel really comfortable.
I called the reception and they send someone to check, the staff spray air freshener and it didn’t works. So we asked for another room and turns out our previous room is smoking room, however, they insisted that thet room supposed to be non-smoking room but the previous guest did smoke there.
Well, our new room is lot more better, we enjoyed our stay minus the bed, pillow and bed sheet rather smelly. Other than that is good. The pool is good and the kids enjoyed their swimming time.
Its just a walking distance to the Universal World, SEA Aquarium and many more candy, chocolate, gift shops.
Don’t worry about food because there were plenty of restaurant and fast food
Very spacious rooms. Suitable for families but decoration and furniture are a bit dated. There is also quite a lot of rowdy tour groups around the area.
If I’m able, I would have given zero stars. Lodged a complaint to the General Manager/Director and there is no follow up skills as well. No wonder the staff can just ignore the importance and sincerity of serving with a heart. LOUSIEST HOTEL
QO here, very terrible food. I think it’s due to the catering service is outsourced to an incapable vendor. Such 5-star hotel has a worse-than-1-star food.
