“Fantastic place to shop. Bringing all these back to Australia …”

We need an additional luggage bag for our long holiday trip and decided to get the same brand/dimensions for easy of stacking up in our transport during transit between various stops. I called up the store and have the pleasure of Jason to assist me. He is prompt, helpful and friendly. He took down my number, went to check on the availability and WhatsApp me the photographs to make sure that I do not make a wasted trip. I went down in the next hour and bought the last piece home. Kudos to his great service and he made my day!
Huge NTUC. Limited variety of stationary. The signages need to be improved to help customers navigate smoothly through the aisles.
Wow… nice music… good arrangement!
The 2 levels supermarket is great. Lots of stock. Lots of cashiers. Only problem is on Level 2 entrance, from Unity Pharmacy. Is such a pain and narrow path. Almost everyone walk and stop to browse and buy….entrance should be big, wide walking path and smooth flow of human traffic. Suggest to relocate the Pharmacy to inside NTUC…..
My favourite supermarket, a regular jaunt. Conveniently located and well connected to the carpark. Product and service quality is good. Spacious and comfortable.
Wow, super impressed big box grocery store like Costco in US and Australia, except for the prices. This is a grocery shopping haven and you can get almost everything you want here but unlike Costco, it’s Singapore air conditioned supermarket price.
On top of groceries, it trades like a 1-stop shop for all household needs as it also carries home electronics like TVs, Ovens and Storage sets.
Amazingly great value on the seafood that you can cook on the spot. It’s fresh, it’s cheap and nicely grilled. One squid and 8 prawns cost us 13.50 including the fee for grilling. Where else can you get a deal like that?
Latest addition to VivoCity, so far the most modern and chic Fairprice outlet. Getting some vibes of habitat from here …
One of my favourite place to shop at in vivo. It is even better after the renovation that took place awhile ago
The best Fairprice Xtra..lots of varieties
If you are in the area… try dropping by. …
Wow, that was my reaction when I saw this fair price outlet at vivo City. It’s a huge store and has couple of levels. Excellent collection of wines. The different sections have their respective nice collection of things. Different varieties and type of meat, fish and seafood. There is a kitchen as well where you can customize what you want to eat and they will prepare for you right then. The bread section also have some nice freshly baked breads too. There are many billing counters so you don’t have to wait in long queues. Self check out service is also available. On level 1 there is electronics section too. Much more to explore, do visit this one if you happen to be in vivo City for shopping.
Huge and neat supermarket to walk about. Wide variety of items on display to browse. My wife’s eyes sparkle whenever she is here.
Love this big Fair price. Seem seem seem it has more stuffs. But definitely a big nice supermarket. Dun have the Enclosed and pack feel. You happy you buy more.
Poorly organized and overcrowded on weekends. Groceries are over the two floors, so you’re gonna waste a lot of time finding what you’re looking for. Giant wasnt that good looking, but did a much better job at letting you find what you need quickly.
Good place to shop, but be careful of the Sakura Chicken Counter. Do check the chicken before accepting. I was given spoil chicken, where they mixed with the fresh ones, so it was very difficult to tell. Only reach home then you can see the difference. U can see the fresh pink chicken and the spoil yellowish chicken in the pictures. DO NOT ASSUME NTUC SELLS ONLY FRESH PRODUCTS.
The finest of FairPrice supermarkets, out rivals Cold Storage or any other high end supermarkets. Well structured mix of casual cafes and dining spots intermingled with shopping
This FairPrice Xtra sells plenty of organic products. They even sell hot food inside the supermarket where they have tables and seat for you to have a meal there.
Great selection of wines and alcohol. Biggest supermart in the area. Prices may be even higher than cold storage though, so make your comparisons if you care.
Do check out their sushi section; they have a team of hardworking staffs that prepares sushi and bento boxes early in the morning.
Great idea to have a Kitchen section whereby one can
1. purchase seafood ….live, on ice, or in packaging
2.get it weighed
3. proceed to The Kitchen on the same level and have them grill or steam your seafood…in additio to the seafood price, need to pay for some cooking fee. $4 for the first 400g and $1 per additional 100g
4.And then eat on the spot
One can go for live crabs, lobsters, fish, prawns
You can also have live oysters, shucked at the seafood section
They give you free plastic gloves to prevent you dirtying your hands…no napkins though…and chopsticks must be purchased
One can also get prepared sushi and drinks to accompany your cooked seafood…just do remember to pay at the same cashier which you get your seafood cooked
A suggestion of having more sauce options a t a serving counter would get you the extra star rating
Occupying the former Giant supermarket, the two-level store redefined grocery shopping experience with their kitchen where you can select fresh meat / seafood and have it cooked for you to enjoy at the store.
The staff at the meat and seafood sections will gladly advise on the best way to enjoy your choice of meat or seafood. There are also signage clearly explaining the process and the type of food that can be cooked and enjoyed on site.
There is a coffee joint that serves hand crafted brew or you can pick up a beverage of choice in the store to pair with your meal.
The seating area, however, is small and maybe as the demand for the service increases, more tables will be added.
Spacious & nice shopping experiences. Bought cheddar bratwurst for S$8.95
I have come across in some Malaysian supermarkets, The Kitchen concept where you can buy fresh fresh meat and fish from supermarket, and get their staff to cook them for some fees. So I am not sure if this is the only supermarket operating such concept in Singapore hitherto. I think some of the varieties of groceries here and the layout design cannot be found in other Fairprice supermarket reflecting its premium ranking among the supermarkets in Singapore.
I have yet to explore the second floor which I will do so next time.
It’s only been a week since I bought pasta from this place, but there were grain weevils in them! This was shocking.
Other than that, the store is huge and has almost everything you need. They have a sports section, gardening, pots and pans, sushi section, and more. But vegetables and fruit aren’t that fresh.
It’s huge! Has lots of varieties; organic and non-organic options, fruits, vegetables, seafood, meats, electrical appliances, foreign products sections, etc. We do grocery shopping there weekly.
I never knew how large they were, until recently when I visited them to get some groceries. I especially liked the airy spacey layout that they have, making the supermarket feel extremely grand and nice to shop in.
They have a lot of nice section dividers designed and built as well, which adds to the shopping vibes. What’s nice is also the buy-and-dine section they have, with the mini sit down area for you to enjoy your food and conversations.
Ultimately it felt as if you could get anything and everything from them, and you’d want to walk around much longer in search for more and more things to add into your shopping basket.
The largest FairPrice in Singapore. The product lineup here is good, and the home care section is wide. I often buy fresh fish and meat. I recommend it.
Spacious and the biggest Fairprice in SG, it got everything that i need to get The prices are not that cheap for certain groceries items do take note, some increased to $0.50 or $1 there
Of course, checks are still conducted at the entrance for Covid situation
Hugeeeeee supermarket with a dining in section as well installed with usb wall points. Really an experience in a supermarket.
What I like about this outlet is the spaciousnes especially the basement level where you can dine in and drink coffee. Always went there whenever I have craving for sushi. It’s definitely cheaper than dining in at Japanese restaurants like Genki Sushi or Sushi-tei.
Like the spaciousness and wide range of products. The crowd on a Saturday night visit adds to the vibe while doing shopping.
Complete. Bit crowded but still ok
Biggest NTUC Xtra store.. very spacious.. best of all live seafood available from Apollo Marine..with grill on demand.. great buy for the upcoming CNY with loads of offer items too..
After a long wait so excited to have this supermarket open at Vivo. Am loving everything about it however my only request to management would be to please please put in a section for gift cards and gift wrap!!! Then it would truly be a one stop shopping experience (for me anyway!) and once done I will happily change my rating to 5 stars!
Large hypermarket. With bazaar and pharmacy on top level and supermarket on basement.
Supermarket have many independent store selling food, confectionery, coffee and etc
One of the largest Fairprice finest, so great variety. Also has some food stalls/bubble tea shops inside.
This is by far my favourite NTUC. 2 levels of window shopping fun. It’s pretty much my goto place whenever I reach vivo.
The vegetables are fresh and it is always fully stocked. I love the environment as it is always crowded.
Always loved coming here. This place is huge with a huge range of products for everybody. Noticed that they even had a bicycle workshop on the second floor. It might get a little crowded over the weekends but definitely highly recommended to visit for grocery shopping. You can get it all in one place.
Have great live seafood ranging from oysters, clams, lobsters, dungeness crabs, locally bred grouper , etc for either grilling/steam on demand.. really fresh n great taste. Thanks. …
Great location. Located right in VivoCity. Due to Covid restrictions, most entrances and exits were restricted. Gets really crowded after working hours.
Enormous supermarket with everything u need to be found thr, previously was giant but this is quite a gd replacement. Bside is marks and spencer which is more ex. Fairprice wld be the preferred choice in terms of freshness and price. You can find not only groceries there, but also stuff like furniture and a wide range of electrical appliances there
Offer a variety of products. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and good. Have a small area where shoppers can sit and enjoy food. Areas are neat and clean too.
Nice supermarket
Huge and many items
Its really big and you can get almost everything. What I like about FairPrice Xtra At ViVoCity is the Buther section. Gives you variety of meat with different marinates. Not forgetting there is a section where you can grab a coffee and have a pre prepared food from there.
2 levels of great shopping experience. I especially like the live seafood section. Crabs, fish and prawns. Good selection of fruits.
Very large hypermart. Lots of choices
Good place for groceries shopping. Scan & go is not as good as scan to go at bukit timah plaza fairprice.. but still good cuz have our fav tofu and soymilk …
Fairprice Vivo is one of my favorite hypermarket in Singapore. Some exclusive items can be found here. A clean and condusive place for shoppers
The selection of foods is amazing at this Fairprice branch! And it’s certainly a great exercise while browsing the foods. However, for the service, I do hope the cashier can be more helpful. The cashier only inform me that HPB voucher is not accepted at the Japanese cuisine selection area after I have shown her the phone screen and press ‘use now’. It will be nicer to let me know when I show her the voucher before payment.
Amazing selection of anything you want. Prices are reasonable.
The fish selection is fresh. Alcohol selection is vast.
There’s usually a long line for taxi or Grab, so be prepared for it to take some time to leave.
One of the best store in Singapore for groceries. This FairPrice Xtra store is unique in its own way. One does need to go down to the store to know more about what it has to offer.
Love the wide range of selections. There are tables and seats inside where you can buy cooked food, premium grounded coffee drinks, etc… and eat within the supermarket. Its more than just shelves of items where shoppers pick, pay and go. The experience differs from typical supermarket. Very popular.
My first visit there. Went to check out the grill on demand. Looks interesting. So happened I was in Hua Hin (Bluport) last week and they have similar concept but different price point. In Hua Hin, they charge 100baht (S$4.50) per dish but come with fillers such as pasta of your choice. Here, the cost is $1 per 100 grams minimum $4. But I may return to try this out someday.
Really good to buy
Love the place so much. It is kinda the biggest fair price I have visited and the most complete variety among them. Fresh foods at the basement and the rest at the first level. I could spend an hour each visit just to browse around and buy few things.
There are sections for overseas foods as well and it was great to see hometown food around to buy.
First level only has self-service checkout and the rest is at basement.
Great collection. But lack of Indian fishes. They should take a clue from Mustafa Supermarket and stock some of the fresh Indian fish as assortments
One stop to go to, provides all essentials, non essentials like toys, sports basics items. This outlet gave us great light during CB last year ️
Amazing to shop at if you’re buying alot of food
Best NTUC ever
Will like to compliment Johnny Tan stationed at counter 10 for his exceptional service (Sunday). Upon realising that our product was not the bread that is part of the free gift, he took the extra mile to get the right one for us. His cheerful disposition makes our shopping experience at FairPrice to be a pleasant one.
Last day, i have visted vivo city, i have passed by, but, i did not go in, no problem, he is selling fresh food, people whom did not go to wet market, they like to buy from here, so, he got good business time…....江丽珠(新加坡) …
Big supermarket spread over two levels. I like the spaciousness despite the high footfall. It doesn’t feel over crowded at all
Not so crowdedif you go there early.
This Fairprice doesn’t disappoint. It’s got a wide range of fresh, frozen and other produce. It even has a little cafe where they cook produce which u have purchased from the store. Also a Swee Heng bakery instore
Love love love. Two floors, huge selection of fresh fish and meat. Aisle and a half of ice cream. What more could you want?
Definitely gets busy on the weekends, nearly impossible to keep social distancing, so plan your trips for off peak if you can.
Very large, great variety, lots of fresh produce. Lovely high ceilings, a bakery within, a sit down area for dining and even a little coffee counter when you need a cuppa. Close to car park too.
Had to see it for ourselves when this was billed as the largest outlet. True enough, it is and it comes with a unique concept. Interactive play area for kids, food options within the premises, and quite a bit more. Not sure how it’s like on weekdays but it’s crowded on the Sunday we were there.
22 Dec 22, Cashier Loh Yin choon is very friendly and professional serving my friend and I. Ms Loh introduced use of CHAS card to help us to save.
Thank you Ms Loh for your good service. I definitely will patronize Vivo NTUC again.
Big hypermart, even more choices for the daily commuter and even tourists visiting, do visit!
Super modern and state-of-the-art FairPrice. Cool concept of getting the staff to cook the raw produce.
It is fairly new. Replacing Giant hypermart, it occupies 2 levels.
It has display of real vegetables growing using UV)
Cooked food, vegetables, meats, fruits, and some condiments could be found at 1st level (actually it is at B2 of the mall)
Whooping super Hypermart I got pains on my knees walking around section by section ahahahaha.,very good In my opinion apart from having non-halal butcheries they should include the halal section too.
I can find all things from wet foods to dry ones.A very good place to shop for your household goods.
Big supermarket for your daily essentials. Sadly the staff maning safe check in counter was inefficient. I checked if the ground floor area had a travelator and she says no. I went around the mall to look for one for my wheelchair mum. There IS a travelator within the supermarket …
Was working there during my School Term, the staff is nice and friendly but the manager is not so appreciative of the work done. Going there as a customer was a good experience and the grill on demand is the best and I will definitely go back again.
This huge 2 floor supermarket has it’s main entrance at Basement 2 of Vivo city. The actual supermarket occupies a substantial space at both B1 and B2.
The place stocks up almost everything and you can find all that you look for except if it’s exclusive to other supermarkets only.
The dry goods and household items are in B1 while all the daily groceries and fresh produce are in B2. There is a travelator linking the 2 floors which makes shopping very convenient.
One downside of this place is that there is a limited number of check out counters and queues tends to be on the long side during peak hours.
The supermarket opens at 8am so do try to go at that time to beat the queues and the masses.
FairPrice Xtra hypermarket located in Vivocity occupies two floor levels. You can get practically everything except for shoes, clothes and garment wear. It has some new concept where customers can pick the seafood of their choice, take them to the kitchen service who will prepare and grill the seafood. There are tables and chairs for customers to seat and dine-in. This FP has a small greenhouse that offers fresh hydrophonic vegetable. What I like at this mega market is the pineapple machine that automatically peeled, removed the core and ‘can’ the pineapple in a carrier container within 20 seconds for $0.50 service charge
Wide variety of products available within 3 floors of supermarket space. Payment with the FairPrice app is convenient too.
One of the best and biggest ntuc FairPrice XTRA
They have even fresh sushi barLarge selection of fresh products! …
Tried the Grilled On Demand brought fish at Seafood counter after choosing which fish we wanted just let the counter staff cleaned and then bring to Pick Prep Enjoy counter to make payment. After payment, they will grilled for us and I choose the Teriyaki saice on the fish.
Seabass $5.97 and White Pomfret $5.88. Grilled on Demand $8.78 for both the fishes weight and sauce. The grilled fish with Teriyaki sauce is yummy as crispy and fish meat is soft. The Grilled On Demand is not Halal certificate but is No Pork No Lard.
We brought ready salad and cold pressed juice orange and watermelon. It’s a yummy juice.
Salmon salad also yummy.
Brought the weighing Nuts, Muesli and Granola.
Most of my much needed ingredients for cooking can be bought here. Now their cooked food & bakery sections compliment a quick meal or breakfast bread & cakes.
Excellent supermarket selling local and imported produce. They have many different sections selling fresh meat, live seafood, fresh greens and fruits, they even have a small canteen for hot food. Impressive.
Fantastic place to shop. Bringing all these back to Australia …
Love this place because of the many varieties of merchandise that you’ll find here. It is also one of the biggest outlets for FairPrice , and it is located in one of the larger shopping malls here. You can find quite a number of items that you’ll not find at other outlets, and this is also a very spacious outlet that you’ll see from amongst other similar outlets.
Walked into FairPrice, craving for a chilled Guinness. But to my horror, ALL THE GUINNESS ARE NOT CHILLED. So I mean that’s fine, if it’s for all the booze. BUT NOOOO, you guys had to chill Heineken ZERO. (Firstly, alcohol w/ 0% Alcohol should be illegal). My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Hypermart. Coffee Hock Kosong $2.20.
Very big NTUC 2 storey full of things from grocery to luggage and lots more
This place is so big that it reminds me of my shopping experience in those in Canada/US. It sells live oysters imported from Canada! We immediately bought 3 and ate them all The only caveat is that it was so big that at one point of time I almost get lost; be careful if you bring small children who walk around freely.
Probably the biggest Fairprice (NTUC) in Singapore, spread across 3 stories is a grocery shoppers paradise. Everything that you’re kitchen needs, you can find it here.
Like the spaciousness. Has usual grocery items but also more of a hypermart so carries stuff like pillows, sheets, storage containers and kitchen appliances plus a sports section. Fresh fish and crustaceans incl crabs & lobsters. In fact, can even have your fish and meats cooked right there aft which you can sit at the tables provided ! Has Rotisserie with make yr own salad available too.
Was surprised by the service shown at Vivo City Fairprice Xtra. A number of middle aged women shows enthusiasm and initiative in their work. While shopping, these ladies took the effort to glance at my purchase in the basket and stopped me just to inform I’m eligibility for a free gift …
I was disappointed when Giant left and leaving me with no hypermarket to get my groceries. I knew Fairprice was replacing it however the wait was pretty long (opening date was pushed to July). I was also worried that it won’t be as big as the previous supermarket as part of the the Basement 2 level was taken up some 4-5 eateries!
Today I decided to visit since I heard it has finally open. I like the new look of this particular branch. Seems they really gave the design a lot of thought. I am also surprised that despite the eateries at B2, it’s still a good size of space both on Lv1 and B2. I love the variety of items available too. It is similar to the one at Kallang Wave Mall but more. The aisles are spacious too! I didn’t buy much today as I already ordered some groceries online but I definitely will come back and check out this place again in the near future!
This outlet is my favorite so far. There’s a large selection of fruits and vegetsbles, a Swee Heng bakery and well stocked grocery department on the first floor. Spacious layout means shopping is a pleasure. Weekends are packed and queue is long though.
Live seafood & dinning area for you to have it cooked!
It houses a bakery & coffee place too
Wide variety of Daily neccesities.
Awesome! Large supermarket with a large selection, some of which aren’t available too easily elsewhere. I particularly love the fresh churn nut butter section. And it’s nice to have fresh cook and barista coffee options in a supermarket.
More things can looks like very beautiful place
What an amazing new lay-out design with an easy low racks display, never seen so far. I was surprised to see an enormous farmacy departement at the entrance, a luggage – and bicycle repair service , a travel shop and most surprising was a Kitchen departement where you can cook the meat, vegetables and fish you just bought on the spot. Impossible to eat more fresh. Great and unique idea. Compliments.
Large and spacious and with every amenity available for everyone in the family, young and old…something for everyone..there is so much to browse choose and see!!
Great place to shop for grocery …
Taking over the space from Giant, Cold Storage and Guardian, this Fairprice Xtra is one of the biggest outlets around with a floor space stretching over two floors. You can get almost everything you need and there is even a corner where you can dine at some eateries inside the supermarket.
Interesting new supermarket concept. Grill on demand and Sides to complete your grilled items to a meal. Fresh beer and drinks on tap.
Definitely one of the place you can buy anything here.
There are also bakery and live grill steak there too.
One of the nicest Fairprice in Singapore! They have a wide variety of items that you do not normally find in the supermarkets! Apart from that, you have a nice place to sit down, have food, beer or coffee! Overall it is a supermarket that exceed my expectation! Great supermarket overall!
A very large but disorientating supermarket chain that has its layout rather different from its usual chain outlets.
Will not recommend for the unfamiliar customer to shop there if time-strapped.
Always loved coming here. This place is huge with a huge range of products for everybody. Noticed that they even had a bicycle workshop on the second floor. It might get a little crowded over the weekends but definitely highly recommended to visit for grocery shopping. You can get it all in one place.
Nice place to shop with almost everything needed.
I’ve visited Fairprice Xtra many times and I love the space and variety.
There’s a bakery, a dining area with beer, fruits, Japanese sushi and bento and some western dishes to order around the dining area.
There’s also R&B bubble tea.
On the second level there is more!
There’s board games, bicycles, travel items, drinks and many more!
Got the sushi game to play and it’s fun!
Been expecting it for months…
Operation 0800-2300
Lots of items can get from here..
You may enjoy your meal here at The Kitchen area..
A two floor super big market. Much more choices than the normal fair price. Lots of customers on weekends but the self checkout is very convenient and fast.
Always some bargain stuff at checkout lane’s. Look out for them. …
Great place for groceries, fresh vegetables and live seafood, including Boston lobsters. Beef, pork and chicken sales counter with cutting and marination service. Interesting cafe next to the bakery…
Liked it!
I am quite shocked that this is an NTUC. It’s more like a boutique Woolworths. Feels completely upmarket and has 2 levels. Large aisles from prams and even has some decorations and large folk art too. There was an eatery within as well but never tried it.
Big supermarket which can find whatever goods you need is freaking awesome.
Love the spaciousness, layout and selection of groceries at this outlet. The option to have your food prepared into a meal at the kitchen is a great touch! Simply select your choice of meat (or fish) and have it cooked for a fee.
2 levels of shelves to shop, though the price may not be so fair at times.
There’s also a section to buy fresh produce/seafood and have them cooked and consumed!!
Has literally everything. Even has fried egg machines and pineapple cutter! Seafood too! Best Fairprice to find just what you’re looking for. Very fun too! Has little a little area just for kids and interactive games. Even has household item section, bikes and scooters! Clothes are also sold and its very good value. Very big, 2 levels! On the way out, there’s even a verticle vegetable farm and florist! Pharmacy also connected at entrance.
Visited this outlet in the morning and it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Clean and spacious with a wide variety of items. Clear signage and markers to help navigate across the two levels. Came across a unique employee – Chloe while making my way to the self-checkouts!
Double storey supermarket
..can find all sorts of daily products. You can find all the items you need here. Even fresh bakery , fresh fish, prawns , crabs, seafoods, meat & poultry at first level, second level you can get daily household items such as alcoholic beverages, bakery, clothing, dairy, frozen foods, general grocery, general merchandise, pharmacy, produce, snacks.
This is one of the largest supermarket in Singapore that sells from vegetables to household products to having a small dinning place for beer, roasted food and seafood food, cooked fresh and served hot! Amazing place that is nicely renovated. Ample of space to move around and not always crowded. Amazing array of selections too with 2 levels. Health and beauty products are also available at the sister store, UNITY.
Usually spent at least an hour walking through the aisles.
Amazing promotions and free local delivery with $200 purchases
Relatively good place to find varieties of produces n products. Good quality fresh produce and reasonable price.
This place is huge and you can get anything and everything here. And it has a huge beer rack. 3 rows of them
Super lovely place to shop for groceries! They got almost everything you need! They have got a good selection of artisan, freshly-roasted coffee beans too!
great selection, very complete and comprehensive. Strategic location also. Crowd can be a problem at times and I think someone needs to ensure it’s not over-capacity
Large, and multi stories. Not very efficient if you’re only need few things since you’ll have to walk up and down far and wide. I like the plants sections, they’re are regularly updated. Strangely, I can’t find many items that I can easily find in other more regular convenient stores; such as some generic brands of liquid dish detergent. Also, minus one star since the staff are so rude; most especially the QR entrance staff.
This supermarket has lots of items that cannot be found in other similar supermarket. Good collection of liquor , beer and wine. Somewhere inside there is a place that you can actually sit and eat.
Tried the dine-in for the first time and it was a little confusing. Also, there was this old uncle shopper with no business there talking to the cleaner auntie.
He called out loudly to two guys who left their drinks there on the table without clearing as though he owned the place (roll eyes).
Though it’s a good habit to clear, can’t blame them because there weren’t explicit signs to do so. If you want people to clear their rubbish, at least provide dustbins nearby or put a notice there. It’s not even an outdoor foodcourt so i don’t see why he had to act like they did something wrong.
Food was fresh but we found the cooking prices a little steep. The seafood supplier uncle was there and he was very nice! Loved the clams and oysters.
I love this place, the can get all home items
Huge supermarket, very large range of products at Fairprice prices. Tasteful decoration and layout. Helpful staff.
Love the layout, environment, things available at this Xtra branch. Huge variety of goods from different countries, huge selection of organic stuff and fresh produce. You can even pick your choice of raw meat or seafood and get it cooked according to your liking and enjoy the freshly cooked food there.
Huge supermarket, one can whatever u need inside. Staff not very friendly but they were not rude either. Typical Singaporean cold hospitality style.
Xtra big, extra stocked, lots of stuff to stock up your house on. Plastic boxes similar to giant that previously occupied the space are available, but not so much the cheap furniture and shelving units from before. There is a coffee place next to a Sweet Heng bakery in the main area of the supermarket at B1 which is quite good. There is a mini food court also which follows a similar concept started the Ben’s Independent Grocer which is popular across Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya in Malaysia. Good to check out
Supposedly the largest fairprice outlet in singapore…. the item sold here also cater to tourist and locals alike
Loved this Fairprice. One of the largest in town and has a wide selection of items not found in other outlets. Sometimes just come and walk around to see what’s new.
One of the biggest and clean supermarket in Singapore. There are 2 floors of supermarket.
Staff was friendly and ready to help when prompted or approached by customers with enquiries. Even more amicable than pther smaller outlets. Carries a very wide range of items from household to lifestyle and beauty etc. Quite convenient for me too.
Very amazing and interesting concept, bring supermarket retailing to a new level. Fresh fishes/meats can be picked and chosen before bringing to their “Kitchen” area for them to process and cook for you on the spot. Dining area is also situated for the convenience of consumers and shoppers. Another interesting department was the vegetables. They have this area to grow vegetables in the supermarket itself, quite cool.
First time at fp harbour front, a world of difference as compared to punggol fp at damai. Very comprehensive range of grocery products, fish is fresh n reasonably priced, if fp can be more innovative at those normal hdb fp, then they get more biz, now, it seemed, I rarely shop at fp at damai anymore, harbour front fp is good. With covid, tap in tap out also discourage me to go in to damai punggol fp as I close 2 eyes also know what to expect. N to walk up n down trying to qualify for 20sg linkpoints is difficult. While giant passion card points no minimum to qualify for points. . At punggol, I frequent giant n ss more, if fp harbour front is at my estate, likely will buy more.
One of the biggest Fairprice, holding many local and oversea products.
Got many fresh foods which is one of my to go to place for grocery shopping trip.
Even the gardening section have many selection with very affordable price and choices.
Very extensive range of products from all over the world. You can get lost easily!!
A huge supermarket which sells a huge variety of groceries and daily necessities. It also has some
Live cooking sections where u can request them to cook some of the fresh produce and meat which u can purchase from the supermarket
So Xtra refreshing just to see the front of the store with the fruit truck. Super wowwed when you step in to see the ‘open’ concept rather than the standard long racks of products you would expect of a standard supermarket. Such a pleasant invitation simply with the ambiance and ‘feel’. They even have robots to help in the store. Was there late at about 10pm so the store was relatively quiet creating such a relaxing experience and delight to shop in. Being a new store i can imagine a very crowded weekend… but do take the time to enjoy the well thought through design of a modern supermarket. Well done to Fairprice!
So huge store with so many fresh item’s. Brought some non veg items for my wife because I love her …
This is a massive and comprehensive store. Some stock can be pretty varied but if you find something you really like I’d say get two because it could just be gone the next time you go there.
The butcher is great, with a wide range. There are some premade sausage / burgers / meatballs etc etc that are pretty good time savers.
They have lots of organic vegetables at the front of the store.
Bring a dollar for the trolley.
It’s way too big
Can’t believe all the variety of this unique location! It is wonderful to find not only the daily necessities, but the splurge items, gift items, and a bike shop, coffee shop as well. And! You should see the fish they have. Really nice and fresh.
Use Exit E of the Harbourfront MRT station and get ready to explore each level of this special store where you can buy anything from food to alarm clocks and way more!
Fair enough but some food prices are higher then fair.
The best FairPrice supermarket I have ever go. It is comparable to the likes of Cold Storage supermarket. Very big and a sumptuous variety of groceries and house accessories available.
Fairprice Xtra occupies the former Giant Supermart at both floors. Whole lots of selection to choose from bread to local alfresco and etc.
Go check out the latest outlet ..
One of the biggest Fair price stores
Very nice place with a great selection!
Best and cheapest steak(choose how fatty u want ur meat to be), grilled prawns(choose the size of them prawns) and fish. Eating in a hypermarket is hands down the best.
Good store, but too spread out, and apart from fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish, everything is very hard to find. Walked around for 20 minutes and could not see canned soups. Also the live fish and seafood in tanks waiting to be eaten looked well unhappy with their environment – see photos.
Very big outlet and well organized though but if you are not familiar with the area, then may take awhile to find the section that your are looking at..
Big and spacious. Can get all the things you want from fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dried items to electrical items. I use the Scan and Go apps for my payment. So is so much faster and convenient. No more long queue. …
Super big super spoilt for choices. All brands and even electrical appliances available there.
Fresh food all at the basement and dry foods and others are all on level 1.
Quite a good selection of sushi – No alcohol, No pork or lard…Inexpensive and nice to eat! An elderly lady working there is so pleasantly sweet
Pack of customers but counter and self paid service is superb . Well done NTUC …
Upmarket version of the usual NTUC. Many more premium options like make-ur-own salad, nut selection, eating area, etc. All basking in warm light instead of the usual cool white florescent.
The shelf planning is well thought-out.
There’s also a section on outdoor things like sports gear and BBQ setups. Prices still affordably NTUC, though.
Huge grocery store with wide varieties of goods. From local food to international goods.
Has an dining area inside too. Bake shop swee heng? Coffee shop.
Goods are of good quality.
Meats are mostly fresh.
Vegetables and fruits are also fresh.
Appreciate that sometimes they sell fruits that are not of good quality at a cheper price instead of throwing.
My only concern is I feel dizzy looking for things. I think the sections are not well organized accordingly? Maybe because it is new. However staff are mostly approachable. Overall ok.
There are various products such as groceries, dried food, kitchen ware, especially beef and lamb that is not selling at every supermarket. Love the idea that you can buy fresh foods, get them grilled and enjoy the dishes at this outlet.
Big spacious place but i don’t quite like the way they make do the arrangement as it makes the place look clustered and the light is quite dim. I am quite confused once im in here to look for some grocery as the signage is not shown clearly enough to see from a distant. The cashier lane is very squeezy to push the trolley in. The international foods section take up too much space and its quite pricey. Overall comparison of price here is much more pricey.
First time coming here and was very impressed at the selection and scope of this supermarket. Not only do they have a fresh Delhi section but also have a cafe, butchery, seafood and fish section as well as a bike shop ?! A truly one stop shop experience…. having come from Europe was surprised that this type of supermarket exists so close to the centre as well as being attached to a shopping mall. Was a bit busy (as expected) but overall good layout and the checkout system moved quickly and self checkout was simple and efficient. Will visit again.
Large supermarket. They have many variety of goods, groceries, produces, electronics. I’m got my snacks and I am very happy.
One of the best supermarkets hands down in SG. Large space to move around and variety is impeccable. U can find almost everything here. Queue times are also mighty good even with many customers.
A very new and spacious supermarket with many innovative and vibrant sections. Fresh meat and seafood you can choose and bring to the Kitchen restaurant to cook, a Tiong Hong Specialty Coffee cafe with fresh coffee and a Swee Heng bakery, a Nuts bar and counter to customise your nut butter, and even a case of hydrophonically grown vegetables. A lot to discover and enjoy in this revolutionary customer-centric supermarket.
Prices are reasonable. A two floor fairprice supermarket. Much more choices than the normal fair price. Amazing selection of anything you want.
Very interesting and relatively new concept in Singapore. Went there to celebrate a my son’s birthday. The concept is pretty simple.
Step 1: You can pick any fresh produce from within the supermarket.
When items are being weighed and priced, do inform the butcher it will be sent for cooking.
(Note : Frozen items are NOT accepted.)
Step 2: Bring the items to the counters in the middle that says “Pick Prep Enjoy”. The friendly staff will weigh all your items and inform you of the Cooking Fee.
Base price: 400g = $4 minimum
Every additional 100g = +$1
(Eg: The seabass weighs 700g. You will pay for the price of the fish with additional $7 cooking fee)
TIP: Best to buy all your items at 1 go and approach the counter with all of it, instead of going item by item.
Step 3: After making payment, inform the staff of how you would want your items prepared. Steamed or grilled. Also they have 2 sauces, Teriyaki or Ponzu dipping sauce. There after, you will be given a buzzer tag.
Step 4: There are table and chairs provided. You may collect your cooked items once your buzzer activates.
Enjoy!
P. S. You may also add on other ready cooked food items from the supermarket like bread & buns, sushi, salad, roasted chicken, yogurt, drinks, etc. Basically anything in the supermarket. Just remember to get a paid sticker once you’ve paid for it before consuming!
️ REMEMBER TO CLEAR UP AFTER YOURSELVES BEFORE LEAVING. THERE ARE BINS NEARBY.
First time here since they opened. Place is super humongous! Shelves & freezers are well stocked. Even on a Sunday the queue is not as bad as other branches. Best!
Good place to shop and pick the groceries. Very spacious and variety availability.
I love the layout, environment and wide selection of stuff in this supermarket. Much much better than previous Giant. Space is sufficient to walk around with the push trolley.
There is a Swee Heng Bakery within the supermarket itself.
This is one of the biggest NTUC store. The store kept everything you need and expected from NTUC. However I found the merchandise is not well displayed…..I don’t quite like shopping here .
Still my favourite Fairprice supermarket although my top choice remains the 24 hours Bukit Timah plaza one. Both carry good varieties and quality products. Very pleasant shopping experience .
Previously was giant supermarket but not sure why it close down.after the renovation has done the new look of fairprice Xtra are really huge and attractive then previous one.usualy i come in early morning as 8am as i am seafood lover so always get the fresh seafood and fresh meet
This NTUC is different from the NTUC that I have visited, the items are a little expensive compared to the usual NTUC, but all the items that I have never found in any NTUC are here. The spot that I like the most is the glass box containing organic plants developed and sold at NTUC using a hydroponic system so that it is more environmentally friendly and free from the use of pesticides. The 1st floor contains wet goods in the form of vegetables, fruit, meat, poultry and organic goodsThe second floor contains dry goods in the form of rice, snacks, canned drinks, kitchen spices, households and others. Besides that, there is also a pharmacy here
I love the idea of buy fresh meat and have them cook at the spot, really good and I must say it is better than some restaurants
It’s a great and fantastic place to do your groceries. The seafood section is so fresh and there is a hugh varieties too. Besides is a hyper mart so you won’t feel is too crowded especially during this pandemic time.
Amazing selection of anything you want. Prices are reasonable.
The fish selection is fresh. Alcohol selection is vast.
There’s usually a long line for taxi or Grab, so be prepared for it to take some time to leave.
Very spacious and clean.
2 floors of groceries shopping. Real big fresh produce section n swimming live seafood. Can’t help but let the time tick away as you walk along the aisles.
Loved the size, variety & design! It even has a little dine in area!
This FairPrice outlet is super big and has lots of varieties with regards items that you need. I love doing my grocery shopping here coz I can get almost all the things that I wish to buy. There are 3 levels linked by 2 travelators. Very convenient. The staff at this outlet are very well trained and helpful. Strongly recommended for grocery shopping.
The high ceiling and lighting make a whole lot of new experience to do your grocery shopping!
Very comprehensive range but if you pay close attention to their brand range in say, the international cuisine and condiments section on ground floor, the range seems to be relatively unknown and tier 2 brands.
Otherwise if you are used to local brands and fresh food in the basement level, stick to them and you won’t be disappointed.
Do not understand why the big screen blocked by two in-house signage and some used boxes at the Unity entrance.
Bought 2 Sea bass @ $8.60 only.
Tilapia also offer @ $5.40 (any 2)
BTW the seabass weight 1.8kg!
On 10th June 2022,my Morrie Kettle is not working and need to send Morries Service Centre at Changi North Way.Brian Ong the Staff at Vivo NTUC is very helpful and responsible to assist me the Kettle passed to the Morrie Supplier for repair.Today 12th Sep, I received a call from him for my collection of the Kettle. He is the asset of the company.Keep it up
What can I say, love it. The range and quality of fresh foods is hard to beat. The sundry and canned stuff is so so. But fresh vegetables, meats and seafood is excellent. Even frozen options are decent. My main gripe….. get in and out of there by 10 am otherwise the crowd will be too overwhelming.
Fantastic choice of fresh produce with a lot of organic items. Really good fish in particular. Huge range of all groceries and household items set out over two floors. I am still finding my way around the store – it is huge!- so have asked staff for help many times. I have always had friendly efficient service.
Huge supermarket with two floors. Bottom floor has an interestingly fresh cooked food section where you can sit down and eat, even serves beer. Top floor has lots of sport equipment, sells bicycles even. Also has a dedicated butcher that has a wide variety of different meats, and a big seafood section. Much wider variety than the usual ntuc
You can find many things here, from food and beverages, electronics, household items, and many more.
Most people’s favorite version of ntuc’s range of supermarkets; after all, what any consumer usually wants is to be to get everything they need at one place, especially in terms of grocery shopping. This two-level supermarket has something of nearly everything, but tends to get really crowded on the weekends.
As you can see in its name, fairprice extra got some extra things to offer to its customers. The concept of this fairprice is different and better than their other stores. They have varieties of live seafood, meat and fresh fruit & vegetables. They have indoor Cafe as well. Very clean, spacious and well organized.
Very good
But the fruits prices Generally are higher compare with yester years
If the GST will increased to 9%
What will be the outcome?
Mr Government please be understanding
Humongous FairPrice I’ve ever been to.
Crowded today during the National Day. Made a mistake of ordering the grilled fish today. The Kitchen is full. Hoping I get a seat later when my fish is ready.
Excellent customer service provided by the young man stationed at the electricals. Went over and beyond to help me resolve the issue with the ceiling light I bought.
10am. 14th March 2022.
2 Levels spread out but need to walk around between the aisles, displays are confusing if you shop with the in-house trolley. Anyway just a go between outlet for me.
If you need to buy groceries, snacks, draught beer, wine, milk, travel bag, batteries, light bulb, cooking utensil, plates, cup, spoon, fork and so on. You name it they have it. It is hyper market, big version of supermarket. Price range is at average towards cheap. Quality is good. Pleasant to be strolling in and window shopping even if you do not buy anything. It is recommended
Although I missed the previous Giant shop,
The new Fairprice Xtra is also very good. Ita has pretty much everything from chocolates to bicycles.
This morning (11/10/2022) I have meet a staff (Jasmine Teo) , she spoke very polite and give me very good service.
At about 5 pm on 21 February, a woman staff who helped customer service in the self-checkout area on the first floor (at the back of the Unity) had a very bad attitude, was very rude and yelled at the customers. Very BAD customer experience!!!
Most awaited and the iconic fairprice extra is open now. Bigger and elegant than its kallang wave mall counterpart. Layout just follows what giant had, but all with its richness. Super spacious that covers all your needs and the basement has options for quick bites inside the fairprice itself. Many checkout options to cater bus, train and car users. It’s going to be a great addition to vivocity.
