Wide range of products, not just a supermarket.
Loved the interior. It’s huge and has a wide selection of groceries. I even spotted some ingredients that I don’t usually see elsewhere! Worth the trip if you’re looking to get some stuff that has a wider range of products lined up.

Shopping at Fairprice XTra means it has almost everything under one roof. The few and far in between are some of the products you find in Fairprice Finest. Big aisle and freshness of the products make this a good place to shop for grocery and more.
Ample shopping space and a variety of products on display
After the hype, I find this ntuc outlet to be lacking in goods. Big space big aisle but it seemed to have less things than those in bukit timah shopping center. I find it strange that the vegetables are refrigerated. Is it to keep them longer due to the slow running of goods? Anyway there are many options to go and I rarely comes here.
The cai peng dishes are good, the yong tau foo has a great variety of veggies, and the waffles r impressive! Cafe style belgian waffles only $3 for half with ice cream
The food court is pretty too with wood and white theme, there is a few huge tables good for big groups, and there’s WiFi from the mall.

This place has good variety and so well stocked. If people play their part in buying only that they need then this place will always have enough for everyone. Only when people started hoarding and panic buy without realizing that they don’t need what they are buying did this place fell out of stock but in no time it replenished the stocks. Great effort by their staff to put all on shelf together!!!
Thete were not many shoppers and the queues at the counters were short or none at Kallang Wave fairprice xtra this afternoon. The prices were reasionable with many discounts.

Fairly large FP Xtra branch, with a large Unity outlet. Was relatively empty when I went on a weekday afternoon. Comprehensive choices of groceries. My only disappointment is the rather limited choice of green leafy vegetables. In this sense, the branch at NEX is definitely better.

It’s huge but for some reason the shopping experience isn’t that fantastic. It’s decent if you’d like to get your general grocery items and has an electronic section on top of some knick knacks like kids books, basic stationary items, sport wear etc…but do not expect selection of things to be very complete.
The added deli and bakery does provide the added convenience but nothing great to shout about.
It feels rather chaotic to shop there compared to other Fairprice outlets that are just as big or smaller but offers a better and complete selection.

A big hypermarket holding many variety of brands and items, ranging from pharmacy, sports, electronics, supermarket, bakery, home linens, body wear. Prices are average, where some are higher and some, lower than market price. Not too crowded, a good place to shop for our daily needs, where they change good bargain items regularly.

It also sells electronics, bicycles, clothing and household merchandise in addition to the regular supermarket items, and is the anchor tenant in Kallang Wave Mall. Location is convenient, next to stadium mrt station (CC6) .The meat, vegetable and seafood selection is fresh and at a good price .Accepts all major credit cards and cash and the self packing /payment kiosks come in handy as the queue there tend to move faster than the manned counters.

More well know as NTUC Wavemall, this is possibly the second biggest in Singapore.
Spacious, and user friendly, i.e. items are systematically arranged into specific areas in the hypermarket.
It has, possibly, the biggest banks of chillers and nifrigerafors to maintain freshness of the vegetables, meats, fish and everything else that require such conditions.
As compare with other Fairprice brands, Xtra has more items like Electrical, bicycles, luggages items, the price may not be the cheaper

A lot bigger than I expected. A wide range of anything you need at a reasonable price.
Large and well-stocked. Prices are average, some cheaper, some more expensive than their main competitor (Sheng Shiong).
Vegetable and fruit not the best.
Went on Wednesday afternoon, not as crowded. Because this is a mega store, can get everything here, thus it’s convenient, might need some time to find what you want though. Note: Please remember to bring your own shopping bag, otherwise be prepared to pay 20 cents per bag.
Big supermarket – contains everything from A to Z. There’s Swee Heng bakery at the side ; selling Halal delicious bun(s) and cakes. There’s also Sushi, Roasted Chicken section. Overall, it’s a pleasing experience there and staffs are kind enough to bring me to the desired section. Place is also clean and well arranged.

One of the cheapest full range supermarket in Singapore where you can buy almost anything you need for the household.
You can get quality fresh vegetables and fruits, seafood and meat daily.
Never too crowded, with cheap ample open air n basement parking available.
The cashiers at this outlet are less efficient. On one occassion I was wrongly charged for an item that I did not buy. Today, I was not reminded to produce my Pioneer Generation card, so I was not given the discount.
At other NTUC outlets many of the cashiers will remind the customers, upon checkout, whether the customers have the loyalty card, seniors card and any other privilege cards..
Fruits like the watermelons didn’t look good good and take note of the paid plastic bags.

First time eating there. Tried the Chicken Rice because I was attracted to the Roast Chicken hanging in the showcase. They were not too big and the skin golden brown in color. I always avoid roast chicken with skin that looks “dirty darker brown”. It says they used recycled oil that are pretty over used.
Turns out very disappointing. Probably one of the worst Chicken Rice I have tasted. The rice have a weird kind of texture and when you chew on it, its’ kind of powdery. And the chicken taste just simply a let down that didn’t match the look.
Extremely unfriendly staff specially when busy. They have a “Green checkout” for people using own bag and self packing which is perpetually closed.
When approached staff about that they were unfriendly, rude and simply refused to open up for people who are happy to do self packing and are using own bags.
There’s no point in keeping a counter to “tick the right boxes” if they are of no use.

The cashier Joven Lim ensured that all criterias of a customer’s needs were mentioned, letting us know about the promotions and event sales. It is a huge supermarket and often not as crowded as many others. Most of the staffs there are helpful and friendly. The only minus point is that sad to say, this particular fair price is one that charges $0.20 for their plastic bags.

Spacious,too out of the way from the rest
During weekdays its OK to come and have a meal, coffee and then do some grocery shopping. But a no no for weekend. Hard to find carpark, especially there is only one entrance to go in and out. The rest are all closed. Its jam pack.

This place is huge.. You can get home electrical appliances here while grocery shopping and they also have a wide variety of fresh vegetables and seafood.

Not so crowded eventhough it’s a hypermarket
A very large store with a wide selection of products. They also have the Komonoya $2 products. A great place to shop.

One of the larger supermarkets. Aisles are more spacious than typical supermarkets. Even though it’s a bit of a distance from most places, parking is generally not a problem here and it rarely gets uncomfortably crowded. Only on a few occasions were there long queues to check out. And it was still more bearable than a busy day in a heartland location.
The large space means you can find some things not available in most fairprice locations such as some smaller white goods, household items like plastic storage units, bicycles and accessories, luggage, limited outdoor furniture, (although I personally have not bought such things here), a good sized pharmacy.
Personal favourites are a decent selection of (mass market) cheeses, a good organic or health conscious section (mostly packaged grains, pastas, sauces, condiments, and some fresh produce).

By far, the biggest and most convenient Fairprice I’be been to. Love this place and will definitely return to do my grocery shopping here

Large and spacious with fishmonger style counter to gut and clean fresh seafood. Has a deli so can pick up cold cuts of meat (ham, bacon & sausages etc) as well as a rotisserie where you can grab whole roast chickens as well as just the thighs and some roast pork belly too. You can also grab some sushi, handrolls and onigiri for takeaway.
Love to shop here. Many varieties. Huge parking and escalator to car park is just outside Fairprice
This Fair Price is Huge when compared to other. The waiting time at Q is less plus got self billing section which is much quick. Most of the time got offer for chocolates.

What can we do without NTUC Fairprice. A must for all items a household would need at a “fair” price.
Love coming to this outlet as less corded, spacious and have lots of varieties of goods from electronics to cosmetics, toys, sports equipments and groceries.
Excellent selection of goods. Goods quality veggies (better than the usual Fairprice), and I particularly like the Swiss butchery.
Reasonably priced food and affordable beer in Singapore standards. Foodfare is located in the upper floor of Kallang Wave mall.. good for some pregame before sports event in the National Stadium.
Great selection, a bit tucked away in the mall, but was also not busy at all. I went during the weekday and it was super quiet, not sure what it’s like on the weekend. But they have a great selection of things that are usually out of stock at other FairPrice locations.

Warm and sticky. That’s how I felt when I entered this place. The whole food court has terrible ventilation, with little to no aircon at all. The air had these sweat smell, be it from the people who just finished a workout session nearby or the people having a meal here. The perimeter of the floor is sticky with all kinds of spilled drinks/food, rainwater or perspiration. I guess the people who just had a work out could not stand the usual aircon.
That aside, the food inside is on par with any other malls in Singapore. Same kind of diversity, more expensive prices. You will be paying 10% more for the same food if you are not NTUC member.
Verdict: eat here only when your friends are too lazy/ambivalent/rich/ to suggest otherwise.

Usual Fairprice items and service. You see, you buy. Got questions? Figure out yourself. Huge place. Few floor staffs. Cashier somewhere else. But ring the bell and she appears. Functional interaction. You pay 20 cents for bags. That’s it

One of the biggest local supermarket with much variety, including separate toiletries, personal hygiene and health, organic sections.
Massive supermarket and household goods store. Bring a dollar coin for the trolley and bring your own IKEA blue or yellow carrier bags. They charge for using plastic bags. You will need at least 30 minutes here if you have to restock up on stuff!

Went in after a long walk through the stadium. Was at this place more than 5 years ago. The mall entrance with safe management protocol is nera the mrt station. The place is not crowded maybe due to 2nd day of cny. Just get a few items, paid for it and left. Just like all ntuc shop.. It is the usual sight. Nothing special. Will come again here after a few years.

Generally, the price here is mark up slightly higher than other NTUC outlets. It is also the first few to collect money for the use of plastic bags.

Ntuc has a lot to learn from Sheng Siong in this department! Where things are properly labelled. It makes shopping such a breeze at Sheng Siong.

Variety’s a bit different from a typical food court. It’s not necessarily wider, but it stretches further along some cuisines. Offers Spanish paella and a pretty stacked juice bar. The grub here’s definitely more expensive, though.

The supermarket is open at 8am but the staff is refreshing the produce at 8am. Shouldn’t goods refreshing be done 30mins to 1 hour before the supermarket open to greet its clients?
On 24 dec, the fresh chicken counter is selling chickens slaughtered on 22 Dec as fresh chicken. Also very limited chicken available.
