It’s always crowded
So the FP Xtra here is fine, I like that it’s huge with a variety of things sold. This review is mainly about House of Bakers, which is the in- house bakery here. There is a male worker there who speaks with a very cringy, bad (and broken) English accent. Nothing against him but I was there at least 3 times over a span of 2 weeks to make purchases and he was coughing quite badly. It’s a bit disturbing that during the times I’ve visited, he seemed to be the only one manning the entire bakery. With his chronic coughing and handling food stuff at the same time, I’d be very wary to eat anything there. The management needs to look into ensuring that staff handling food at their respective counters are well and healthy. I can honestly say that I’ve stopped purchasing from this bakery, especially when this guy is around. Not only does the cringy accent makes me very uncomfortable, the thought of possibly eating germy, contaminated buns and cakes also turn me off.
Pretty huge supermarket by NTUC. Almost everything regarding food are sold there. There used to be a place you can order food to be cooked there.
The price is slightly on the high side.
Bought some cheap durian. Just lucky lol
Beer, Brandy, Gin, Jim Bean, Martini, Sake Vodka, Wine, Whisky and etc at NTUC. Furthermore you can purchase the ingredients at NTUC and get it cook at “The Kitchen”. This is really fresh from the store to your table. You choose your own ingredients and cook at the kitchen by professional chef. If Zhu Cha is your tatse then you can go for Japanese sushi. After the meal, you can get Ice cream for dessert or follow Italian way of dinner end it with espresso.
Nice addition to Parkway Parade supermarket scene. Love coming here. Innovation as they break away from the traditional supermarket setup.
grocer
I like the wide selection of products here. More merchandise than other smaller ones. Newest stall -has up to date and newest trendy products like wine and gelato and cafe. Many young shoppers and upper class ppl here looking for finest products and experiences.
It’s a big supermarket where you can get most of your groceries. Located on level 4.
Biggest one if you live in Ubi.
Helpful staff.
Need some getting use to all the placement of items
Clean environment and spacious, unique style
It’s Interesting and value for money. Order the food and wine, then have them cooked. Dine in!
Extensive list from non edibles to groceries. One of the few supermarkets that you can actually get Lipton tea leaves.
Great shopping experience
Great
Wow this is FairPrice Xtra?!
Welcomed supermart replacing old giant
good
Wide variety of items available. Scan & Go option is available for payment.
My new favourite NTUC. If you think all stores are the same, you need to pay a visit to this one. It has the feel of hypermarkets in Australia with a place to dine in and even a bar. Variety of goods not seen even in most Fairprice Finest stores. Check out their healthier ice cream selections.
Hypermart
The supermarket is OK but not the food. Tried the pick & cook at The Kitchen. Picked a fish at $7.99 but the cook/preparation charge was $8, which I felt expensive for NTUC food court setting. The sambal sauce on the fish was too salty. We ordered also the classic fried rice at $7, which means using salt instead of soy sauce. The salt was not evenly spread (it takes skill) and I had 2 mouthful of salt. Not worth the $7. Then we bought the most terrible tamagoyaki at $1.50. Hard n no taste at all. Was there even egg in it or just colouring. Very disappointing experience. The only good thing was the gentleman at the cashier was polite and pleasant. For the price paid, won’t come back again.
Arrangement of bread and eggs are hidden at one corner far end, not close to the cashier as with other outlets. Convenience is not a thing here. Drinks are hidden at the back and not at the immediate isles except for cold drinks.
Some better planning needed for things are not related to the bakery and bar, don’t know why they lump it there..overall layout does not make customers squinted with.
Places more focus on event items instead where you get staff like a bespectacled staff at the electronics area staring at customers every move and utterly rude when asked. Even security guards behave better than that.
Work on the layout for others to shop..compared to other outlets where layout is take and go from the cashier area if need be forget one item while paying.
Bought an Oven. Good price. German brand
One of the bigger outlets… therefore extra…. selection is catered more for the people staying around there.. there is a cafe/eating corner together with a place to buy lottery
This supermarket is big. You can get many thing from here
We’ve been here many times already. Just pick a sirloin, fish and veggie or anything, and get the chef to cook them for you. Perfect medium-rare, superb sambal fish and simply awesome stir fry! Damn shiok!
Quite a big ntuc. Has the usual stuff that ntuc always has
Taking over the previous Gaint hypermart space on L3 Parkway Parade, this is a huge NTUC extra store. Other than the standard home apparel, electrical and electronic appliance sections of which is the feature of NTUC Extra chain. Other than a great collection of craft beers, wine and alcoholic drinks, this branch also comes with a wine bar and snack counters where you can enjoy a bottle of beer or a glass of wine if you wanna have a short break during your grocery shopping. They also hv a pay-&-eat area for you to enjoy your food purchases straight away and you can also leave your young ones at the kid corner for a short period of peaceful mind. Other than live seafood, they also carry deluxe gourmet food like A4 japanese wagyu beef, preservatives free tofu, and many premium cheese to choose from. They also have a pick-&-mix spices counter too. This branch equips with the smart AI self-help weight scales which can recognise your veggies or fruits categories and saved your efforts from searching from the full list.
In this FairPrice we can pick raw food such as fish, meat, vegetables, etc from the supermarket shelves and hand them to the Kitchen and the chefs will cook for us. The Kitchen itself also have its own yummy salad and pasta that are freshly made. The chefs are friendly and cook well. However, lamentably the fishes from the supermarket are not always fresh and that affect the taste and quality of the cooked meal.
There are tables and chairs at one end of the supermarket for dinners but it’s frustrating to see that they are taken up by people who are not eating and don’t seem to be waiting for their food, and the available ones are littered with food crumbs. A rather sorry sight for a well intentioned setting.
Overall 5 stars for the kitchen in the supermarket and 1 stars for FairPrice for their unfresh fishes.
Complete goods, fresh and guaranteed quality and lots of promos
Lengkap barangnya, fresh dan kualitas terjamin serta banyak promonya
The goods are fully classified.
convenient transportation.
貨物分類齊全。
交通方便。
Very good selection of products. Better than cold storage and Fairprice Finest.
Neat and spacious. Like the dining-in concept whereby we can order some menu items to be cooked there and then, plus the ready-to-eat sushi & bento meals, not to mention some pre-mix salad choices as well. Has butchery that’s on the pricy side, like Culina at the Bedok Mall & Marine Pde outlets but seems more serious abt the meat cuts and ageing. Also have mix own salad option at the butchery.
…
Today it’s very crowded other than that it’s fine
Extremely big hypermarket. A gigantic department store.
Extremely big hypermarket. Gedung serbaneka raksasa yang amat besar.
Great place
It’s a hybrid store, you can buy a beer, sushi or just bread and coffee and have it at the dinning area.
Ok place but a little expensive from other fair price outlets. I preferred Giant better. Good there is expensive too not worth eating there. I would prefer the food court downstairs it’s much cheaper and more variety.
Good place to buy all your grocery and household goods.. must ensure you do a price comparison as NTUC has raised prices of a lot of basic items and is not value for money.. be a smart shopper n do your home work ..
Many came like carrefour, giant etc
Hope FsirPrice Xtra with it’s new foresight will do better. It’s Hugh, big
With many varieties of food etc
The place is big and nice many things to buy
Dine in at Bantong Seafood (inside Hypermarket Parkway Parade) opposite The Bar (selling alcoholic drinks).
Fish & Chips ($15.80) with FairPrice brand carrot juice ($1.95) (can make payment at The Bar).
Good
Nice shopping centre with everything you need.
Very large store with a wide selection of goods to suit all tastes.
a new shopping experience at this ntuc extra. come and experience yourself.
Favorite place for groceries.
Very user friendly interface and display
Wide variety of goods available and I must comment that the staff customer service level are very high. I made payment using the FairPrice app which is tagged to my Grabpay. Some technical problems occurred during payment. Money was deducted from my Grabpay but not reflected on FairPrice app. Made payment with another card so as not to hog the counter and the staff offered to double check with their accounts if there’s any surplus charge during their end of day. Promised to call back the next day to clarify the issue and really did. Good job!
Cluttered shelving makes shopping experience a little bit claustrophobic.
Almost 5 stars because they will always run out of some grocery that I am searching for. If not, one of the biggest and most comprehensive supermarket with even dine in services. And they even do live cooking in the supermarket itself.
It is like all the Ntuc supermarket
Latest coolest supermarket in the east. Wonderful open space and a huge variety of food not found in the usual Fairprice outlets. Definitely a must visit if you are in the hood.
The Fair Price Xtra, is so big and it’s have a lot of items.
but casher Is less Most Is pay by card . not ŝo good TO earierly

Crowded during weekends. There are many tuitions centers located there
…
Good wine selections.
Messy layout
Huge supermarket
Came here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised! You can pick your own ingredients and add $8 to each dish for the chefs to cook it for you!
Total $39
The udon is mala udon but don’t taste mala at all. It is mildly spicy with shredded chicken. Very well seasoned and tasty.
The salmon fish head was fresh and delicious. The sambal chilli made a great pairing.
The prawn was restaurant standard. Very well deep fried. We could eat the prawn legs and tail!
The char siew pork jowl. Amazing. Damn good.
The only reason it’s a 3 star is because of the automated check out. Who ever designed it, really did not consider the way it should. The lady who was there to assist was bouncing around the machines helping people.
Consider changing the damn machines.
Huge store with wide range of products
$8 for cooking on top of food price
On the fourth floor of parkway parade and took over the space used to be under giant. Nice and neat setup
Well laid out grocery with large selection.
Sorry I did go to Fairprice. I came to Citibank
Your standard Fairprice supermarket, has all the usual supermarket products.
Wide variety of items available. Surprised to find premium beef available in Xtra!
Big supermarket in the East. Many varieties amist very comfy environment. Layout s good
Pick your own fresh uncooked food in ntuc and there is paid cooking service.
These cost average 60 to70 after cooking cost. We are happy with the cooking.
Found Very handy items.
Got surprised to see Giants supermarket replaced NTU C supermarket
Super happy to have a new concept by Fair Price Parkway Parade instead of the usual essential items. The selection of organic items, nuts, flour, Deli, and counter spices are such a delight. If gluten free choices can be expanded…it will be a plus.
Supposed to be a co operative, now competing with high end supermarket. Where is the original noble idea ” for the people “, KPI is money. So it’s between a 1 star and 5 star.
It’s the Best NTUC i have ever visited. It’s like a theme park of the supermarket! It consists of gelato and alcoholic bar , fresh produce, cafe with cold brews , cook on your way, made your own seasoning , organic nuts and granolas, pharmacy , equipment , kitchenette , butchery and etc. I think you can get all you need from here and more to explore !
I really enjoy it browsing different sections and yet can’t wait to try !
Thank God, we finally found a place where you can find some vegetables and fruits which are not wrapped in a ton of bad plastic or polystyrene!
You can also find a nice selection of loose cereals/nuts/dried fruits and many vegan options, loving it!
Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is also a container to recycle your batteries and tech devices after the checkout area.
We decided to change supermarket and go for this one instead
One of the most fancy FairPrice around with a small cafe.
One of the better homemarts around. Comfortable place to shop for groceries.
Business not bad,weekend crowded.
This is indeed the ‘Xtra’ store
Groceries, bakery, frozen foods, kitchen essentials and some good to have ‘xtra’ essentials too, storage and organizers,’Tasty’ series cookware, ready to eat warm/cold foods, grilled meat……..there is a plethora of items for the complete shopping experience. Something worth mentioning is the extremely helpful staff. It’s a relatively new store that stands now in place of Gaint Hypermarket store.
Friendly staff, always cheerful.
Our family shop. You have everything there. Even you can by something from the shop and to eat inside the shop. There are dining area. You can drink beer draft. …
First time having lunch in the food area inside FairPrice Xtra. I must say that the Fried Rice, Prawn-paste chicken and the Fish and Chips are really good. The Fried Rice has nice wok-hay, served with char siew and prawn and value for money. The prawn paste chicken was well cooked and tender. The Fish used was parrot fish. You can literally get lunch, coffee and groceries within the same area. Will definitely go for lunch again.
My fav Super Market
Fab
If you live on East Coast, this is the hyper market to go to as it caters to everyone and has all the good groceries you need.
Large size supermarket with live seafood and good variety of meat and vegetable.
Well spaced but little promotion, alot of products house brand so cheaper. However, gotta try see quality. …
Came specially to try the pick and cook concept. Had a very satisfying meal here and lots to take home. U can get the drinks at the fridge and dine in with a top up of $0.50 with a cup of ice.
I had a nice time shopping there. It had everything I needed.1
Very big spacious and most importantly better prices than other Fairprice outlets I’ve visited!
Interesting shopping experience
Ingredients are fresh !
Kudos to the creative department that introduced new image to the store. Love the graphics and decor on the high wall !
One of the largest supermarket in east coast. Floor space is wide, selections of goods are aboundent, all staffs are nice and attentive. Almost every thing you need for daily life.
However, the only letdown(so far), and a deal breaker for me, is that I can not find fresh, non frozen, sliced pork for stir fry dish and hot pots, while there are fresh sliced beef in the meat section. The staffs were kind enough to offer to cut thick slices for me, which is more suitable for bbq or pork steak. I guess CSfresh is the better choice in this regard.
Becoming my favourite place for my grocery run. Note worthy, halal roasted Chicken for between $4.90 to $5.90, and the freshly prepared curry paste kiosk.
Just came back fm fair price PLQ.
Its just an improve version of cold storage market place or Friztpatricks.
An local version.
l like to shop here you can get almost everything here and very nice atmosphere. …
Wide range of merchandise. Friendly & helpful staff.
Very huge supermarket lotsa cool stuff with some special shelf dedicated to international product. My fav is the soy product shelf from jPan
Fair price what else?
XTRA ! expensive……buying from you….??……..nahhhhh
Huge supermarket with inhouse cafe (coffee, freshly cooked hot food, ice cream, bakery, etc)
plenty of choices for all types of food and household items. Fairly easy to get international ingredients too, plenty of cured meat, cheese, wines etc.
Excellent service by Mr Terence from electronics. He tested my appliance promptly and offered a 1-1 exchange immediately noting that the original was faulty. Well done and thank you!
One of the 2 supermarkets in Parkway Parade. The other is Cold Storage.
It’s located on the 3rd level and it’s quite a big supermarket where you can get most of your groceries there.
Interesting experience to eat what you just got off the shelf at FairPrice. Brings grocery shopping to life. The veggies & fish (sea bass – we selected the King sea bass which had a thicker skin perfect for pan searing) are fresh. Highly recommend the garlic stir fry for the veg dish. Portion is generous. 1 rice enough for 2 pax. Pricier as you need to pay a small fee ($8 for meat, $4 for veg) for cooking services.

Not much difference from other supermarket
An interesting concept where grocery, cafe, bar and pharmacy connect smoothly for a seamless shopping experience.
By the way, the cafe serves good and affordable food.
One of the best Fairprice Xtra. Well-stocked and plenty of interesting products, also with live cooking station.
Newly opened NTUC XTRA at Parkway Parade where Giant used to be.. beside it’s huge they even have a Lounge that you can chilled while shopping and a small “restaurant ” where you can enjoy instantly with the ingredients you purchased there.. …
Ji
Lots of varieties of products
Price wise isn’t attractive
Latest NTUC
Reasonable price and well organised.
Huge fairprice
Should you need to get some medication of supplement
UNITY is just next to it ..
Very good variety of organic produce and products, though a little pricy.
I wonder whether FairPrice would be the first to show and help me & others (as a retail purchasers) to find a website comparison with other supermarkets of organic prices for both produce and products? This would be really useful.
Mega shop, you can find all you want frim here, there are spices and organic stuff corner.
Love this concept of integrating grocery, dining, bar and kids zone all in one supermarket. The booze at the bar is one of the most affordable in the area! Fresh craft beer + fresh cooked meal = satisfaction!
It was good.
Lots of things
Awesome, friendly staff name Nurul Ummira make me good experience..well done & good job!
Price like Cold Storage. Not as cheap as Sheng Siong n with varieties. For example strawberries of the same weight is less than $4 at Sheng Siong but above $7 at Fairprice! Perhaps from different sources but price matters.
Can find everything here
Best place for grocery shopping.
Spacious & beautiful layout.
Best NTUC FairPrice ever? There’s even a section where you can order your gourmet meat and have them cooked and then eat it in the NTUC straightaway. Huge selection range too.
Nice n exciting supermarket…good choice and most vegetables are fresh
Ok
Good place to shop
Nice variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Prices a bit high but quality is there.
Much better than the old Giant. Plenty of space for shoppers to walk about the shelves, food items are neatly organized, lots of variety, best is you can shop and cook on the spot to dine inside.
Big place to shop with plenty of overseas goodies.
big big place
love live shop . love this place. it offers wide variety of products and services from bakery ,pharmacy and grocery . you can find any rare items in here. my go to place for everything . …
I felt the price is fair and i felt Extra cared and service there…
Mistam is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure customers enjoy a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
I couldn’t find a specific grocery I want after combing 2 NTUC finest this evening (even though I went back to the same store where I bought my item previously).
After calling and finding out that this store has the item, Mistam agreed to place the items at the Customer service counter, so I can simply make payment and check out my items.
Thank you Mistam for your best service towards your customers. It made my day! Take care and stay safe!
good selections and variety of merchandise
Love shopping at Fair price Xtra. Wide variety of products reasonable price. Items are well stock
Big and spacious with many items
Has everything that you need for daily household routine.
Grocery and try scan and go from fairprice apps. Fun!
