For xtra, still cant find stuff i can find at smaller fairprice. Aisles are so cramped. Staff dont give way to patrons, blocking the already small aisle. Even look annoyed when we say excuse me.. social distancing non existent here.
Huge hypermart. Wide variety of gorceries, daily necessities, staples, etc.. Literally almost anything you would need can be found here. Plenty of food options available as well.
Large Fairprice Xtra supermarket, its a 24 hrs shop. Good for shopping groceries, fruits, household goods, furniture and appliances, meat and fish. It is in an busy mall. Its less crowded during midnight. It is connected with NEL/CCL MRT and bus terminus.

Because 2 times my bill was incorrect due to scanning same product twice. One time I bought two different seeds packets(origins brand). The packets looks same. But different prices. Good if you want to catch up on some late night shopping time because of a busy work schedule. Appreciate the variety in terms of cheese and dairy products that includes lactose free milk ie Zymil. Beside the organic section, there’s vegan and sugar free options too. This was very helpful. Easily accessible by public transport if you don’t drive.

My weekly goto place for groceries. Open 24 hrs n its selection for fruits and other household items is comprehensive. I tried the Follow Me Brand male grooming spray and kinda like it! Think this is the only NTUC that carries this body spray. Also, good organic section. Well stocked with all kinds of necessities! The meat and poultry section is GOOD AS WELL! Ot has also tried to limit the use of plastic bags so kudos to it! Downside: it is SUPER CROWDED EVEN DURING ODD HOURS!!

This store is huge and also a main reason for coming the NEX mall. Despite being a huge store, it is also super crowded, this shows how crowded Singapore really is. Don’t expect to buy lots of groceries on trolley to load into your car with convenience and safety. The design and the mall carpark without loading area and narrow driveway means its extremely frustrating to load your stuff easily.
So far quite quiet for a Merdeka day. Supposed could be worst. NTUC staff generally courteous, but some shoppers behaved as if they are still in a market, push and pulling as well as taking and tossing items around.

Large NTUC with several departments, from food supplies to electronics. Sometimes parking can be a real hassle and the place does get crowded pretty quickly so items can go fast. But that’s because it’s really convenient. Staff are helpful as well. Park on decks 3 and 3A.

A fairly large supermarket. I was able to get the groceries that I needed. The self-checkout counters may require additional staff to help customers to print scanning labels for items such as fruits. It took some few minutes to find a staff to do the print before I could complete the checkout.

Went here specifically for the swee heng bakery. Came at 12. Breads were nice and fresh. Bought quite a lot of them. I recommend the belgium chocolate buns. They are hard to get because they always sell out really quick. If u can wait i suggest u wait till 8pm when they start lowering the prices but the options are limited. I have taken photos of all the items on the shelf except the cakes. I will see if i can update it. All prices are included.

Surprisingly today being the eve of Singapore 57th National Day, Nex was crowded with School Childrens. Fortunately, Fairprice wasn’t that crowded though it took some time to checkout. The store is one where many items can be located and the display of offered items are placed near the entrance. It’s my favourite Fairprice store. I give it top mark for layout, ease of finding things

I like to buy fruits and vege here. There are inner wear and cloth dept. Electrical items eg tv and fans are sold here. There are items on sale at cashier when checking out eg soft drinks or biscuits, i biught olive oil at 3.45 and 100 plus orange flavour at 1 $. Like to have surprises and discounts.
Nice shopping mall to shop. Plenty of food and a hyper Mart. I personally recommend the Ox Tail Stew at Mad Jack. Very nice.

Good place for your house needs and essentials. Outlet is big and well stock with wide variety. Do avoid weekends and peak hours or be ready to queue. Happy shoppg and eatg bec a lot of nice food too 🙂

You can get almost anything you need here, from household items to fresh seafood. Only issue is that it very crowded, especially on weekends. If you plan on going somewhere after groceries shopping, factor in another 20mins for checking out.

Very bad service. My Mum brought a mattress cover from NTUC NEX, on 20 July 2021. When she open it up this week, discovered that inside there are yellow stains (maybe is due to storage, or was dirty from the logistics -really bad QC or bad product). She when to NTUC Nex today (27 July 2021 at 9am +, was informed by NTUC staff that not able to exchange, hence she got to try wait for the mattress protector Promoter till 12pm and try to explain and to get an exchange on the faulty mattress covering. *In the end she managed to exchange it and properly QC there.
Just dont understand why cant NTUC system or exchange of product be more efficient, instead of the staff choosing the easy way out.
OR maybe can recommend to have better QC for their home/ household product. Is it logistic or management issue for this household product defect???

My personal favourite as a resident of Serangoon, its open 24 hours, contains a very decent selection of stuff and always has deals on. Its usually quite packed in the normal hours and parking space can also be hard to find so those of you who dislike crowds should visit in the later periods of the night where u can have the whole place to yourself.
Edit: Due to the ongoing covid situation, the supermarket is much emptier than before and an automated check in gantry has been installed as per usual with most other places. Nothing much else has changed so far. Face masks along with ART kits are also available for sale at NTUC.

THE BESTTTTT NTUC!!! I visited at midnight, just so I could wander around and buy the unhealthy dessert yogurts like Chobani Flip and Gippsland Cookies and Cream. It’s bigger and better than many of the other NTUCs around, with a much wider variety of goods.
Nothing that cannot be found at other supermarkets…..still expensive comparatively…….

24 hours, convenient & occasional good deals. Customer service is decent. Only downside is that the place may get cramped during busy hours.
My weekly goto place for groceries. Open 24 hrs n its selection for fruits and other household items is comprehensive. I tried the Follow Me Brand male grooming spray and kinda like it! Think this is the only NTUC that carries this body spray. Also, good organic section. Well stocked with all kinds of necessities! The meat and poultry section is GOOD AS WELL! Ot has also tried to limit the use of plastic bags so kudos to it! Downside: it is SUPER CROWDED EVEN DURING ODD HOURS!!
Fairprice is great with many items but after buying found it difficult to carry the heavy stuffs to the parking lots.

However the sanction pads can’t stick to the wall in my bathroom!! It can stick to the glass but will drop off after some time. Solved the problem by using bostik glue …

My fav fair price next to AMK Hub (which is by fair still the biggest). Park at Level 3 near the lift for convenient groceries loading.
Boatloads of merchandise, from portable air con units to TVs to plastic shelves and alarm clocks plus all the actual groceries you need. The store is well organized and has good sales. However! They also have peak shopper times with devastatingly long lines and some unpleasant patrons who insist on cutting in front of you. Ah well, I just laugh loudly when that happens and stare at their shoes.
Anyway, look on Google maps to determine the best and worst times to shop, or consider bringing a novel, such as War and Peace, to read while you’re waiting to pay for your pandan leaves, eggs and Tiger Beer.
Bottom line: This is a clean and fully stocked Fair Price that is open 24 hrs. I just wish there were more checkout counters or checkout could be faster.

It starts of with electronic goods and then toys, hardware . Several international Brand’s are available . Food items and vegetables are available in abundance . The pricing is cheap , staff very cordial and helpful .

Have electric stuffs, toys, makeup products, clothes, shelves, drawers, Sushi, one stall of cooked food, plants, alot of variety of vegetables, large variety of frozen food and fresh food. Outside the fairprice have small stalls of snacks like Auntie Anne’s, Famous Amos, Barcook Bakery, Four Seasons Durians, Jollibean, Lee Wee & Brothers’ foodstuff, Polar Puffs & cakes, SF fruits, Ritz Apple Strudel, SHIHLIN TAIWAN STREET Snacks, TIONG BAHRU JIAN BO SHUI KUEH and many many others, XPRESSFLOWER.COM, Thomson money exchange.

Went here specifically for the swee heng bakery. Came at 12. Breads were nice and fresh. Bought quite a lot of them. I recommend the belgium chocolate buns. They are hard to get because they always sell out really quick. If u can wait i suggest u wait till 8pm when they start lowering the prices but the options are limited. I have taken photos of all the items on the shelf except the cakes. I will see if i can update it. All prices are included.

Nestled amidst a wide array of great restaurants; in my personal opinion, comparing all the available options, the 2 food courts there could improve in comparison of quality and value vs these other options.

This is a hypermarket. You can get everything. Wide range of products, fruits, vegetables, meats etc. Wide aisles. Consumer white goods too.
Always easy to get the things that i wanted in here. Recently on the 25 Dec, i was finding bun at the breads section and i was a little bit disappointed as i saw some of the bun date already expired and they still displayed on the shelves. Please take note on this if anyone wants to purchase anything, look on the date first.
Really Xtra. Long queues for checking out during peak times. They should try and encourage more auto checkout points

This is the biggest NTUC store in Singapore. Furthermore it is a 24hr store hence one can comes to get anything when you run out anytime of the day. Besides they have a wide range of cashiers to meet customer’s expectations and shorten their queuing time. You can find a very wide range of daily needs and products in this store. The store is quite spacious hence you have no problem pushing your trolley around the store. I like shopping in thus store especially when I need some daily products and its past 11pm whereby most of the NTUC are closed for the day.

Love that it’s huge and 24hrs. Pretty convenient in terms of accessibility to parking lot and trolley return. That said, Parking in Nex Mall may be challenging during peak hours.
I was looking for spray hand sanitizer and Mr Ramesh who is in charge of groceries was very helpful and extremely pleasant. He takes time to listen to my feedback. When asked about the fresh chicken situation, he was very reassuring. Makes shopping a much better experience. He is an asset to NTUC Fair Price and deserves commendation for excellent customer service.
Quite crowded but the self checkout was rather smooth
I’d bought a house brand cutting knife from NTUC nex outlet last Saturday. To my disappointment the knife not just cutting the cucumber first time but also cut my pointer finger while holding the knife as usual. I was just wondering why am I buying a sword instead of a knife. The wound on My finger is still sore , with this bad experience, I will not buy any house brand product anymore.
Love the Fairprice at Nex! Hugh range of products and ample stock. Unlike the one at Waterwaypoint which frequently runs out of stock or doesnt even stock the product…
