This place has almost everything in here for 24hrs. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of premium items, but that is ok since this place is so big and you can get almost everything you need even at 3am in the morning! Most importantly, it is clean!

Nice place to buy daily necessities and activities are normally held pre-Covid times. I enjoy things in cheap prices and yet they are in high quality. Everything I need, from soy sauce to fans, are all available in this Giant Supermarket. Kudos to FairPrice for providing such a nice environment to customers!
Modern looking NTUC with 12 Self checkout systems. Although there are many staffs on duty, during peak hours or weekends queue can be quite long (about 20 ~ 30 minutes at most) This outlet had mostly everything you need from Food to drinks to electronics.
Avoid weekends purchase it’s very crowded

A very HUGE shopping mall, Ntuc itself is very big. although renovation already but it needs to be upgraded again to more levels. When you want to checkout, is very long queue and if you are slow people will either push you or just walk towards you which is frustrating. Peak hours from 5.30-9 is usually alot of people where it may be crampy.
One of the best supermarkets i like to visit many varieties of things ti chose from like dry, wet, seafood, frozen, tibbits, drinks, baby stuff….. Thumbs up.

Most of my groceries are bought here. Both online and walkin. There is even a separate isle for organic product. Sushi, Sashimi and fresh cut fruits are affordable. Roast chicken, pork, duck and char siew are also available. They do have a lot of kitchen appliances yet there are only limited options for household appliances, computers & electronics and furnitures. Price is usually a bit more expansive compared to few other Groceries stores but location is convenient. Members get points and refunds and other benefits, and it cost 117$/yr.

They have good deals before Christmas and on various special occasions. Price wise it is pretty decent, but depends on what you buy. Over all if you live in the jurong West area, definitely most dependable grocerya shopping.
You get literally everything there. Name it and you find it. All the groceries are neatly arranged and items are easy to locate. Self check out counters are available for fast check out. Staff are very friendly and will help you around.

It is a very big outlet in Jurong Point and that we can get a lot of groceries here from this outlet. Even though it is very big, it is easy to enter and exit the outlet and that the entrance is filled with automated gates for safe entry purposes, which makes the entering process so much smoother. I had a good time here finding my items that I want here and would definitely come back here again.

Everything is near perfect except that the location in the building itself is somehow not strategically placed for those shoppers who drive.
Big super market. Plenty of selection. Many counters. Clean and is very cold. Fresh veg , fruit and fishes can be found there.
Avoid making payment at 10.30pm becauss all counters closed due to change shift, unless you are using self helped machine to make payment in single basket. Cannot find any staff if you need help.

This big NTUC Fairprice is situated within the.Mong Kok street in Jurong Point. Like the other Extra outlets this has a wide selection on offer. However, be prepared to queue for a long time to checkout your groceries. It took me about twenty minutes to pay for my purchases.

It’s Xtra BIG. Huge in the size of mini Wal-Mart style. Many products with Good deals and
Varieties of house holds needs to be met.
This is by far the biggest and busiest supermarket in the whole of Jurong West. Located on the 3rd level, you can practically find most if not all of your grocery and household needs here and best of all it operates 24 hrs round the clock 365 days a year!
Within the Supermart there is also a Unity Pharmaceutical Unit as well as a Toto sale outlet.
Because of its popularity it is always crowded during the daytime esp towards the lunch hours and evening after office hours till about 9 pm. A word of caution for those who like to shop on weekend. Do not come here to buy your “barang barang” on a Sat or Sunday. The queue to pay for your items will be super long………
The best time to shop and browse the items will be weekdays during office hours or during the late late night (this place is 24 hrs!).
However one plus point about weekend shopping here is that there are plenty of promotion sales with free gifts as well as free sample foods – enough for you to skip lunch! (lol).

The cashier was very rude. Instead of telling me to change lanes, she just smacked my basket rudely while frowning. I didn’t understand her at first, so she did it again and didn’t tell me but instead told me she didn’t want to serve me. So I changed lanes and the cashier who served me after told me that the first cashier was very rude. It was very unprofessional of the first cashier.

Great selection as it’s an NTUC Xtra. They have Home appliances, a mini plant /flower store, organic section, Korean fermented food /Kimchi, butcher, cooked meats, bakery… And the list goes on. It’s everything you’d need in 1 place. Even a Singapore Pools (for 4D or Toto gambling)
Excellent help provided by staff over the phone. We needed to know if they carry a certain product. Despite late hours at 10.30pm, he patiently checked for us and even advised us on which lane to find the product. Thanks so much!
Okay, so I don’t know what exactly I was expecting the “xtra” to be but it wasn’t it. Don’t get me wrong, they’ve got all the usual suspects you’ll expect to get at Fair price and at the same cheap (I guess) prices but that’s the problem, isn’t it? They’re the same! Stuffs aren’t cheaper, they aren’t necessarily bigger, so what’s the xtra?
So if what you’re looking for is an even cheaper Fair price? This isn’t it! It’s still cool tho.

24 hour supermarket, one best time to visit is after midnight for minimum crowd. Discounted sushi after 9pm
The renovated Fair price Xtra is much better than before. The display is more pleasant and is comparable to the top huge supermarkets even from overseas.
It was a pleasant exoerience for myself as I mansged to get most of the items that I wanted Almost EXCEPT for 2 Items that was quite URGENT for me to buy them.
But I hoped to get them on my next stop at The above place. Its Spacious, Good Staff who are always Helpful and Trying always their Best to served the Customers to their Expectations.
Weekdays from 6:30 pm to 8 pm and weekends from 5 pm to 7 pm – packed with shoppers with long lines at the cashiers, even the self-checkout machines. Outside of these hours, you’re good.

NTUC baskets are always really wet and dirty – the baskets need to be washed and wiped regularly – it’s disgusting!
My go to place for all my shopping necessities. Pretty much here every week. I have already shifted to the East Side of Singapore but I’m always back here. Just love the vibe and chillax. Its always empty when I go! Loving it!
Best time to shop is before the shopping centre fully open.
Love the bread selection, organic products, and halal fresh beef cuts. There’s even sushi and bbq meats!
Price often printed wrong on the shelf with payment at cashier, free gift items also confusing
This is definitely one of the better outlets in the west. It’s super convenient as everything is available under a roof. The sections are well divided abs it’s easy to find most items. The staff do their best, even though they might not know they do try to find resources. The online delivery service is quite good too.
Lots of people, 1 of the bigger fairprice outlets around. Used to have many choices of international food, but not anymore. Now the Organic section is bigger, but is also the area with least people.

It’s open 24/7. Went after mid night, enjoyed it as it was not crowded and could shop peacefully. Also the place is huge with amazing variety.

Great fair price! They have promotions here from time to time! Went there once and there was Ben & Jerry’s promotion at Buy 2 get 1 Free! So basically 3 for $21.90. That’s really cheap considering the usual prices! Also the staffs that manages this place does a great job as well because of how clean it is. Many cashiers and self-check out counters which really speeds up the pace of queues! Will really visit her more frequently
Its is a very good place to find all the items u would need for cooking,parties and many more but I give it a 4 star for they don’t have some items that some people like me may need which is a pity

My favourite shopping centre with 2 NTUC Fairprice stores and breakfast as early as 6.30am.
Not a lot of space between the aisles so when busy can be a bit hectic, best to go out of peak hours especially if using a trolley.
Can find all sorts of things you will ever need. But very crowded.
It’s well lit, spacious at night. Can maintain social distancing while shopping during CB and post CB periods.

Wherever NTUC FairPrice goes the crowd will be there. Top cheers to NTUC for been there for us. It is conveniently located next the JE MRT. It is busy but more so on PH and weekend. I salute you NTUC.

I like this outlet very much as it is very big and it is 24 hours. I would suggest customers to use trolley when they are there because the outlet is really very big, and it is easier to push the grocery around.

This place is open 24/7, except on some holidays and special events. Nice place to shop or to kill time. If you are staying within walking distance of Jurong Point NTUC, the best time to go is between 11pm to 2am. Quiet, no crowd, and all shelves are fully stocked up by the night shift staff. Singapore is generally safe to be out alone after midnight, so long as you are not wearing all your expensive jewelry to invite unwanted attention.

Visited this place earlier today to redeem Hello Kitty items. I must say I had the best experience with their customer service. Kudos to Wen Xin and her team. They are very knowledgeable, patience, hardworking, no fuss at all even with not so easy customers. The whole experience is wonderful and the transaction is such a breeze. Newer layout. Even with dedicated Tesco products cormer. You can even find hot dig and cocacola for $2 for those who need to take a bite whiling running thru shopping in the supermarr
Spacious and well laid out, easy to find required items with ease unlike other outlets.
While the later Jurong East Mall was more popular back then, but the mall is still maintaining its charm for the maritime workers around Gul Circle and Tuas who visit the estsblishment after working hours. The mall also serves as connector between Boon Lay Bus Interchange to Boon Lay MRT station, housing one of the first 24 hour Fairprice Extra.
Has almost everything you would normally want but packed to the brim. Narrow walkways/ aisle packed with lunar new goods and in anticipation of the festivity purchase coming up. Too many suppliers stacking up goods making the shopping unpleasant. Try to avoid the normal working hours.
Good and huge market, everything is available under one roof. Good range of categories. Price is normall.

You can find most of the things you might need for your daily life in one place. It can be quite crowded at times. It even has kids playing corner, most of the time for coloring activities.
24hr open that’s the main selling point in the Western part of Sg! It’s the best choice for those working late and on the way back home. And last-minute, household items finished being replaced.
Early bird get the fresh worm.Pls go early as people still like to stock up everything .
Very crowded but still have some social distancing, social officers doing their round also looking out for pickpockets.
Thanks to the social officer, he told me my bag was not close while I was checking on some frozen item

24hrs Supermarket in Jurong Point. Big place but could get overcrowded during festive season and weekends. To avoid the crowds, best is shop early morning or after midnight.
I can say is a full spectrum NTUC Fairprice. Almost anything you can get. Weekend too crowded yet interesting groceries shops around.
Avoid going in the afternoon on weekends, can hardly walk. Prices have increased so much. Not many seafood to choose from.

One of the biggest departmental store
Mostly reasonable prices, and open 24 hours a day. You can buy almost anything here, however with such a large inventory it may be difficult to find what you need. I had a good experience buying some pants with helpful sales associates and a fitting room.
Huge shopping area, after renovation it looks even more organized. Seafood is fresh now, other meat types, vegitables and fruits are fresh

Big supermarket at Western side of Singapore.. good grocery shopping for neighbouring residents. Many choices at reasonable prices.
Disorganized, messy arrangement of items, selling pao with vegetables. And I have never seen a banana rack as empty as this ntuc. There were only hooks, no banana.
Though Fair Price is a mid level, their staff goods handling is terrible. Put the boxes and trolleys here and there on narrow lanes. No safety warning signs.
They charge you for delivery, even if you spend $1,000. And I wish the veg were fresher.
A big 24 hour supermarket with a one stop solution for all your daily groceries need. They have a large self checkout station which is very convenient for single basket purchase. Beside the self checkout station, there is a Singaporepool retail outlet which you can buy your 4D, Toto and Soccer bet but the queue is usually very long.
Customer service can be quite inflexible. Always crowded. Not as spacious as giant imm.

Was a bit unfamiliar in this place. Not noticing that her counter is Ready to Close for changing shift, she still served me.
I’ve forgotten to weight the tomatoes and do not know whereabout to weight it. She helped me to get it done.

Fridge very cheap, only $649. Compare to other areas. I mean 2 doors fridge.

variety of goods, the only bad thing is the queue is always very long to pay at the counter… the tips is you can choose to come at midnight to avoid long queue payment. or self pay kiosk.
Love this supermarket. We visit every week. In-store corridors are more empty now but can still be improved. The walkways inside used to be very cramped as lots of goods will be stacked in-between the shelves so that 2 supermarket trollets couldn’t pass through in opposite directions. This is still present in some parts. This is a fire hazard, please clear the aisles and give shoppers more space to move about especially on weekends when it is super crowded. BCA or CD should come down to take a look.
