Wonderful to have the NTUC FairPrice back just before Christmas. Glad the place is much more spacious and to be served by friendly staff in the store.
I visited this outlet on the first day of reopening. As usual it was crowded.I chanced upon a lady staff Ms Keong Meng Choo to help me with my grocery. While seeking her help I found out that she was 2 hours past her official working hours. Yet Ms Keong is all smiles for me. I want to thank her. Thank you NTUC FairPrice.

Since the Fairprice store at Woodlands Civic Centre reopened after the revamp, I have been patronising it to get my daily needs such as fresh foods, fruits, dry goods, frozen items and household items. I am really glad that the store is well stocked with a wide range of quality products which are reasonably priced and efficiently replenished whenever stock levels go low. As for the cleanliness, I would grade it at 5 stars. It is comfortable, fresh, rejuvenating and spacious, enabling me to shop at my own pace without feeling suffocated and rushed. Overall, the store is well organised. Keep it up!
Despite the anxiety-inducing COVID season, the staffs nonetheless display friendliness, cheerfulness and good courtesy. Their service never fails to lift my spirits and make me feel at home. Majority of the front line staffs are very diligent, with special mention to the butchers: a Chinese staff who had recently hurt his leg and a cheerful Indian staff. Both of them have always been dutifully attending to my requests, and I would really like to thank them.
As for the cashiers at the self check-out counters, I would like to compliment your staffs Sharon Lee, Chip Chi Ching, Keong Meng Choo, Tan Lay Chao and Ivy Chang for their efficiency, responsibility, attentiveness, initiative, helpfulness, and industrious attitude. Whenever I face problems with the check out machines, they never fail to attend to me with excellent customer service. Majority of the cashiers and other frontline staffs, especially those in charge of replenishing stock, have also demonstrated the same kind of quality. I would also like to thank a helpful and bubbly staff named Ah Beng, if I am not wrong about his name. On several occasions, he helped by telling me where to get the items that I was unsure of where they were displayed.
In all, I would like to my express my utmost appreciation for the excellent, gracious and incredibly warm customer service which I have experienced in your store since my first day there.

I have been here so many times. The items are not constantly stocked. Some days they have this item and some days not. When Smth is out of stock, they just tell u everything is thr when u ask at the 888 outlet. At the outlet at civic Centre, the guy will help to find when u ask for Smth. For the one at 888, there are 4 self check out kiosk and only avail for paying with cards. Also, when I bought fresh chicken breast and boneless chicken leg, they say consume within 3 day from the thaw date. I bought at 19 Dec and thaw date is 18 Dec. Hours after I reach home, I found that the chicken has spoilt and is giving out a really bad smell that contaminated my refrigerator. Disappointed.. Especially when they call it fresh chicken..

The service at the cash register is slow. The reason: it doesn’t matter at ordinary times! There are still more than ten days before the Spring Festival, and there is only one person who collects money, including putting the goods in bags. There are so many customers that they have to wait for at least 20 minutes or more! Also, there are no lights on the steps next to the previous entrance, and there are no obvious reflective signs, and there have been accidents (stepping on air or slipping) several times!

It is very normal ntuc store island wild, nothing special but location is good. Usually I sent my kid to enrich class and buying some food over there.
This store is just 5mins walking distance from my place. Quite a big place and holding aloooot things to offer. You’ll get almost everything that you need, from veggies, dry groceries, dairy, to toiletries, personal care, even disposable and baking utensils. Their non-veg section also have quite a lot of stuff. But I would suggest to get some variety of fishes (fresh/frozen). Special mention for there wine and liqour collection.

A very big Fairprice located at the basement of Woodlands Civic Centre. It is even bigger than the Fairprice inside Causeway Point itself. Being a large store, it sells a variety of things, and there is an interesting section (where a bakery used to be) selling goodies from other countries such as Japanese food. Furthermore, it also has a large confectionary section near the back of the supermarket, selling food rarely seen in other smaller supermarkets, such as popcorn. Owing to the existence of another easier to reach Fairprice inside Causeway Point, this fairprice is typically not that crowded with only a little bit of queue.
