Regarding about the cashier, i went to made payment and as i was there and there isnt any other customer left on that queue the cashier been calling her colleague to come over to gossip about other staff. I was so upset, as the cashier just leave me hanging around there waiting for them to finished gossiping about other. What type of service is this, please do some improvement as im not there to listened their gossiping but just to purchased and leave.

Quite a big place, comprises 2 floors. Movement of products is fast so the goods are fresh. They catered for large families but forgot about the singled n smaller household!
I noticed the culture of NTUC fairprice outlets everywhere is to include 1 or more damaged products in their packaged goods! It’s difficult to find a package of fresh produce without any damaged item inside, a good example is onions. Not all their products are cheap!
The supermarket has 2 floors. It is big and it is quite time consuming to locate a produce. It can appear at either floors. Suggest that ntuc installs search post for customer to use to locate a produce. The fresh produce is at basement floor. Parking is at hdb hub or the multistorey carpark

bought some celery that turned out to be going bad. some pears all of them BAD (rotten core). lots of people all the time, very crowded at the aisle and cashiers. It’s also split into 2 floors, so could be inconvenient having to navigate 2 floors to get all your shopping.
Selling of durians in such a great supermarket damage the atmosphere. It is pungent to those who dislike durian.

It’s great that ntuc have extended hours and with constant supply of fresh produce, and clean environment, so many of us are reluctant to visit the older fresh and wet market. I guess brick and mortar supermarket will still survive the online shopping onslaught as we still prefer to handpick and choose our fresh produce.

Packed with the most comprehensice good and this is the place to buy fresh fish, poultry, chicken, beef or any market fresh produce. Vegetables and fruits are sold out with fresh stock replenished. I will certainly recommend this place for the variety & freshest. Price of products are reasonable with occasional offers which makes shopping here pleasant & affordable.
However try not to shop after office hours or during festivals as the supermarket becomes congested with too many consumers and queues at cashiers are often a long wait.
The 6 self help counters at the basement helps to ease the queue. You can pay with credit card, nets or even cash with these new machines.

Last week when i was at NTUC, HDB HUB, I was shocked to see a big rat climbing into a box at the choclate section. I alerted the staff. It took them almost 5 minutes to come. When they arrived they took the carton away and said calmly that they would get the exterminators. How could this happen?

The supermarket is organised, and it is bigger than other outlets. You can find almost everything that NTUC offers there (there are some items not sold in other smaller outlets). The cashier queue is pretty and patient. The cashier waited for me patiently while I forgot to scan my vegetables and has to move to away for a short while to scan.

Very crowded by good marketing prices very high at household and personal grooming and hygiene sections. Nowhere it is cheap or special priced. Aisles change too often so gets confusing looking for what you want. Same for Giant Supermarket. Buy only what you need, do not splurge.

Cheaper place? Look for China vendors who operate on short term outside shops. But do not expect warranty or money back

Super super crowded ALL the time. Good selection of products. Cashiers not friendly at all (typical of Fair Price cashiers). Perpetual long queue at the cashier. Takes 15-20 minutes to reach the cashiers at times. Not convenient for buying in bulk because the car park is very far away and not easy to access with a push trolley. I DO NOT enjoy shopping here.

There used to be a few cashiers working at every counter. They are fast, accurate, focus and friendly. But don’t know since when they were all gone. Replaced by slow, easily distractive and loaf on the job aunties.
Good for everyday items, does not have everything, but you can get 90% of your stuff there. Spread over 2 stories, it has a lift for carts and wheelchairs. The self check-out feature is very convenient, and all payment methods, including smartphone payments are accepted.

Just some feedback: especially during peak hour n weekend, the counter can get very slow. The fair price today looked very squeezy, messy, slow and rather unorganized. The management seems to be trying to squeeze all the products into limited spaces.

As at 17.9.2020 there is only entry to the supermarket at ground level. No entry (only exit) at MRT level. Supermarket is on 2 levels
Small but basics are there. Staffs are not very friendly though.
Located next to Train station. Well stocked with common items and groceries, and simple but limited selection of organic produce. Can get quite crowded during evenings and weekends.
The Toa Payoh outlet is not crowded between 10am to 11am today. The counter queue was quick and acceptable. Maybe could consider off peak hours and weekdays for shopping there.

The Supermarket is fine. The ambassador who was standing near the cashier did nothing when an elderly man standing in line to check out was coughing again and again. This elderly man’s mask was below his mouth. Shouldn’t the ambassador do something instead of disappearing from that station.

1 auntie took the wrong basket of mine which is on the floor and my wallet and phone is in the basket!!!! So i quickly go to their office and seek for help! 2 very very kind hearted helpful staffs helped me. 1 indian young man (i did not mange to get his name) and 1 aunty name Lynpe (i think this is the name). They helped me. We finally find the person that took my basket throught the CCTV. Thank you very much!!! Really apprecatied!!!!!!

Quite a large supermarket with a large range of products. Only issue is that it’s too cramp with narrow lanes and things are very disorganised. Products are not arranged in proximity. Staff will send you all over the place to find what you want. At times it’s in level 1 and at times it’s at the basement.

A neighborhood supermarket right at the heart land estate.
Items are easy to find in the supermarket. However, there is very little space for trolleys so would recommend using baskets instead. Overall very pleasant experience. However, for NTUC members please do be wary. Some cashiers will use the NTUC Plus card to pay for your purchase even though you specify that the Plus card is only for link points. You have to tell the cashier upfront that you wish to pay by another Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card before payment.
