I’ve been buying my groceries at this outlet for many years. Although it’s not a big outlet but i can get my neccesities here. The staff are helpful, friendly and engaging.
However noticed this outlet is often short of staff, counter were not occupied. Suggest if this outlet could install self-service machine to resolve long-Q/shortage of staff issue.

This may be considered a small outlet/branch of Fairprice but it is almost always crowded during the weekends. Basically there are many elderly folks who shop here and I believe it is because this outlet is within close proximity of the wet market. I think it is just very convenient for the elderly folks to have a stopover after their marketing to get some of the household essentials. There isn’t much other essentials that you can expect but you’ll just be surprised that the queue at the counters can sometimes be very long.
One other thing that I wish to highlight is that the aisle is a little cramp and you’ll find it quite inconvenient if there are a number of customers queueing to pay as well as you need to buy thing within that particular aisle.

Several items are not available in this outlet as compared to other outlets. Need to reduce some items to make way for more items to be displsyed.
Frequent long queue to pay at counter or card machines and Most cashiers are slow in service nor answer your queries. The walkway is cramped due to space constraints.
They always take long duration to refill stocks even from following days still see unavailable.

When the suppliers or the staff are replenishing the stocks on the shelf, due to space constraint, the pathway between the shelves and the frozen food area are always jammed. The payment queue is also very long and at times I can see baskets of stuff are being left behind by shoppers who left without buying.

Update: Customer service significantly improved since its renovation. However, just one complaint about some products. For the drinks, such as Dasani water and H-Two-O, can you guys sell it in packs? Cause my family always have to buy 10 bottles each to reduce frequency of visits to the supermarket just to buy drinks. Honestly, I don’t wish to put a burden on the staff and waste time, others also need to use the self-checkout machine.
This supermarket is near hawker center and wet market. You can’t find everything here but items here are enought for daily needs.
