A much appreciated 24-hour supermarket located in the accessible OTH. The variety of products here meets most needs, and is especially useful when I need something in the middle of the night.
If you require more novel items or greater variety, you’d still have to head to the FairPrice at Tampines Mall. Otherwise, this place has everything for the average person.

This NTUC Fairprice Tampines Hub is not as big as the one in Tampines Mal basement level, but I always go to this NTUC Fairprice as it’s the nearest to my house and it opens 24 hours. So, it’s very convenient as you can visit and shop earlier to avoid the crowd, I always come at 6 AM and less crowd which I prefer. Mostly I can find the stuffs I need. If I can not find what I need I will go to The one in Tampines Mal.

I was shocked to realise that the discount price for the US Barnsfield orange wasn’t update at the abovementioned cashier counter.
I have to go back to the cashier for a refund, what a waste of time n effort!
Would appreciate if the management could look into this matter as to how to improve the service render to the customers and efficiency of the cashier.

Our Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS (machine) went kaput this morning having being bought at this supermarket yesterday(!), so I’d called this branch to speak to Store Supervisor (Mr) ZHANG who’d quickly agreed on an exchange provided I could show him the receipt. This afternoon, I’d exchanged it for a new one with staff, Ms POH, covering for Mr ZHANG as he was at lunch, after she’d called him. It was a very good/fast service recovery – thanks and well done! And by the way, the gourmet coffee’s delicious!
This Fairprice outlet had some really great collection of fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables. It is otherwise a typical Fairprice outlet. Located in the basement of the Festive Mall of Our Tampines Hub, this shop is easy to spot.
However, it gets quite crowded on weekends and ends up in a long queue for billing.
Very helpful staff when I approach them
Large n spacious supermarket. They got almost everything under one roof. The cashiers were a far cry from those 10years ago. They were better educated in terms of knowledge n customers’ service. Good Job! Likewise for the rest of te NTUC fairprice outlets as well.
NTUC at OTH is good….all items easy to get……………………. but……the only PROBLEM is…….Q…is to LONG……. maybe I go at the wrong time……ha ha…

This FairPrice is the largest supermarket in the Tampines area and is very well organise stocked with a wide range of products which include groceries, appliances, food and toys. There is also small Pharmacy in the store. Prices are competitive in Singapore.
Cheap and 24/7 open, this is a popular supermarket. Centrally located and with easy access transport and parking, it is always crowded.
Don’t plan on weekend shopping or just buying one or two items, the long queues make such jaunts a 30-60 minutes expedition. I do like the variety and quality of the products, but don’t get me wrong, Sheng Siong is cheaper and Cold Storage offers a wider/higher quality range of products. Even Giant and similar supermarkets often match or beat it’s prices. But it’s convenient, not extortionate and quite responsive to its clientele.

Pleasant shopping experience especially since it is operational 24 hours. Good selection of fresh vegetables once they stock up. Easy shopping as not too crowded as the other NTUC at Tampines Mall and the aisles are wider too. Just check the prices carefully especially for watermelon and other goods; as often, they display an expensive item under a cheaper Sale sign with a similar name. Has happened to me too many times and on different occasions, for it to be a coincidence. I now take photos of any Sale items so that I can have the prices handy at the checkout counter. The cashier even once mentioned in frustration that they always put the wrong sticker on the watermelons. Hmmmm NTUC management…..pls take note.

The staff of the fruit department from this outlet is smart at covering the damaged portion of the papaya with label. So surprised that the ntuc staff actually did that to cheat their customer.

One of better FairPrice in Tampines
The ladies were very helpful and friendly. I called to ask about the availability of gift vouchers and the in-charge was on a break, but she called me back to give me updates. I bought a couple thousands worth of gift vouchers and the vouchers and envelopes were pre-packed and ready for collection. They even went the extra mile to answer my queries. Really efficient and I had a pleasant experience. Would totally buy more if they had the stocks I needed. Will prioritize buying from this outlet in future.

Convenient n 24 hours
Decent prices and wide assortment of products to be found here. Don’t expect expensive imports like those from Finest but for everyday buy this is an unbeatable supermarket. Check-in and check-out is pretty fast even during the busiest of time. Even at self checkout there is staff ready to assist.
