Convenient, spacious n clean. Within walking distance to my home.
Usally crowded during peak hours with long Q’s
Self check out is there
Narrow spaces and options are less compared other FP outlets
Good place for daily items….but how fresh items are, cannot comment…fresh does not mean fresh from field…
Great place to put an end to most of your grocery list items
Many interesting things, people especially, hahahaha…
A bit crowded
Ready enjoying shopping of here.
Like how Fairprice should. Convenient and wide selection.
Always crowded here
Crowded everyday. Not s very good shopping experience to recommend.
Puspa the Cashier provide good customer experience. You must recruit more of her she provide fast and efficient service and such a helpful staff. …
just a typical neighbourhood mall.
Convenience for shopper with various shop and restaurants
Very crowded always. Please prepare to stand longer when que
Coffee 80 cents,food reasonable,place is cosy,open at 7.00am,most customers ore senior
1 month 1 time will visit here
SAME NOT MANY SHOPPERS.
Ok
Selections are slightly limited but you get your essentials here. Down side is the checkout area is really cramp.
Nice place to shop for groceries but making payment is a nightmare. Long queues and on weekends makes it a think twice to shop there.
Very convenient. However, the space is limited and usually crowded.
Very good. Tks
Good
Being that the restrictions due to COVID-19 are being observed, the visit to Fairprice was indeed much comfortable as social distancing was required.
Due to the covid i totally agreed with the safe distancing measures. Staff (3 STAFF) assigned to assist customers are not doing their role. 1- did not appear to be informing customers of the new procedure i.e. entry point or required – JUST gesture to a vague point 2- reapproach back satff as can’t see the entry point. When enquired how to enter, informed to go level 1 at Mcdonald. Came to Mcdonald informed by security that is EXIT point, NTUC required to go one round outside building
Good
A typical neighbourhood Ntuc supermakets, crampy and narrow as usual. Very difficult to navigate around due to its narrow isle and corridors.
A good pl to shop
Always crowded and super small.
Very crowded. You will find most of the stuff here
It’s a fairprice outlet, so you get the necessities from here…
The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the aisles are narrow and it feels over crowded whenever I am there.
There are a lot of variety of products here. It is very convenient for the local residents to get their daily groceries here. There are self check out counters and there are manned counters. Most people will use the self checkout counters. There are 8 self checkout counters here, making the checkout process a smooth one. Overall a great outlet to shop in. It is well stocked during my visit and still has lots of groceries items for shoppers to purchase.
Located at basement 1, good place to shop for groceries needs.
A bit crowded small NTUC supermarket
FairPrice a common supermarket yet very popular to shop place.
U can find everything u need there. however prices r very high
Fairprice at Lot 1 carries a large range of groceries items even with it’s limited floor area. Have a good range of local veggies.
Small mall in this area with Fair Price, Guardian and many food courts. Its the building attached to the MRT station.
Space a little bit small but crammed with a lot of merchandise on display
Popular ntuc supermarket in CCK
Self check out allow faster check out of purchases. However, produce lacks in freshness and varieties
Crowded as beside mrt only. Got alot of self payment service kiosk and Singapore pools
Good collection
So many people.
Price some ok
…
Vegetables are disgusting.
Friendly service from the cashier lady, serve with a smile
Area was full and there were too many rude people but oh well …
The normal expected of a supermarket though once a while there’s upmarket products, staff seems stressed out with their work
It’s convenient
Able to get most if not all of the groceries needed. Things are all well arranged. As this outlet is not hyper mart size, some of the more uncommon things can’t be found here.
Would recommend going to either Bukit Panjang Plaza or Jurong point nearby for those looking for better one stop grocery coverage.
Other than that, this outlet is good enough for daily needs.
My local shopping mall.
This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.
A place for almost all your groceries needs…
Good place to shop. A lot of things they have.
My favourite fair price outlet
It’s too cramped in there! The shopping carts can hardly fit the aisles. Really wish this branch can be expanded.
Pretty chaotic like a Carrefour in Dubai or a Vinmart in Vietnam or a Bigbazar in India.
The staff is very friendly. If you ask them where something is kept, they walk with you to show the product, not just show the general direction.
It’s always a busy place so make sure you have time. There are lines even on the self checkout kiosks.
Too crowded
Prefer JEM & Jurong Point ones. this one is small so they don’t have what’s available in other outlets
just your average fairprice. Has a very impressive collection of frozen/microwave foods though.
Fair Price L1 crowded counter quite fast but 4d counter no good can’t strike …
Mostly packed with your favourite grocery shopping items and narrow spaces
Nice place to get your groceries…
Supermarket items are fresh, varrety, well stock n nicely arranged.
Excellent place for grocery
Very good place. Big and spacious. lots of items.
My usual grocery haunt.
Ok
Well stocked and a little crowded on weekends.
V.good
This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.
Nice, big supermarket that serves the local community around CCK well. It has pretty much everything that a family needs for daily necessities. Note that it gets really crowded at peak timings though and there’s not a lot of cashiers so the queues build up.
As usual, crowded with lots of people
Friendly service staff
Today have special offers, and also senior citizen discount.
Location in lot 1 choa chu kang Mrt near
Good shop
Good range of items.
What you want to buy mostly have but only for cooking items n refreshments n many2 other items
One stop for grocery. Convenience.
Even though they have revamped Fairprice Lot 1 a number of times, crowd control is still an issue. I’ve tried scan2go at bukit timah plaza. It did help speed things up. If only they could merge unity & the supermart, and implement scan2go.
Always well stock. Smooth flowing
A handy supermarket for nearby residents or interchange commuters who need groceries and other commodities for their households.
Lot 1 no official to check on distancing, like don’t care attitude
Crowded and narrow aisle
Good place to buy groceries. A little bit higher prices than Giant
Easy check in/out…queue is short
1 of the squeeziest fairprice ever…
Nice
Small and crowded, no safe distancing
Vanilla Fairprice. cheaper than the more upmarket “finest” stores that seem to be the “budget” chains default nowadays
Good but price too high then others
Awesome
Crowded
It is alright but I prefer the one at Yew Tee Point Basement 1,as Service is better there.
Everything is better at FairPrice Lot 1 now but still Staff members at Yew Tee Point are more friendly and helpful.
Alot of stuffs to choose from. Surely can satisfy not all but some of your requirements
Congested
Racks / passageway are overfilled by inventories. Good or bad?
Room for improvement in term of service and stock upkeep
This is a popular NTUC supermarket in Choa Chu Kang area. Can be crowded during weekends and after office hours.
Small but can get most of the necessity
NTUC next to Choa Chu Kang MRT station and bus interchange. Varieties of household products at bargain discount price. Next to delicious hawker centre with local and International delights. Next to Lot One shopping mall with plenty of dinning banking libraries cinemas entertainments and amenities. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats visitors locals and families..
Good.
Very cramped and narrow walkway
Very small branch. Many things are not available.
Alot of varities proper queing for payment besides good social distancing unfortunately escalator under upgrading only 2 lifts serving inconvenience
Can buy groceries u want at there
Everything is mostly there, fresh fish and grumpy aunties.
Staff are focus on doing their own goods arrangements and not interested on selling their goods to customer, the mindset of staff are on nice arrangements of the store & hopefully no customer remove that goods from the place. Staff always want customers to give prioritise to them. Cashiers are nice people but queues system not being managed
its normal I guess
Crowded n no SD….
no crowd on weekdays
Still crowded as just beside CCK MRT station.
Well-stocked supermarket, but poor layout so very cramped on weekends.
Always crowded at the evenings.
Halal & pork are kept together.
Purchase necessary items for the home such vegetables etc.
Good place to shop and eat.
Cinema too.
Not bad place to buy staff
Convenient shopping daily household items
Went over to order the Festive goodies, ie. Turkey, Hanoy Baked Ham & Roast Beef; something i do every year. Unfortunately, the staff we were ordering from were blatantly complaining that we were irritating as we were clogging up their work (all in Chinese as they thought we weren’t able to understand their language?) So it was more of a letdown. Kudos to the cashier, tho. She was cheerful and polite and thoughtful. The managers and staff shld learn from her.
Current shopping experience here is pretty unpleasant as theres to many people. So im not sure, how NTUC is allowing many people to enter the outlet whilst we are in the 2nd phase..
Not so good , definetly in need of renovations and the ntuc was subpar and ddint have the fair variety of options that I have come to expect from them
Has many different things to buy as it is well stocked
Big Shopping. But expensive
Alot variety can find here compare teck whye NTUC
FairPrice medium size. Can get most stuff you need.
I need topokki sauce
crowded most of the time
Everything under one roof
Generally well stocked
Best shopping place for all a house need.
Not complete ..but still okay
Small and crowded.
But you’ll get your basic groceries here.
I can get most of my necessities here at FairPrice.
This FairPrice is always packed with people. There is a large variety of items from fruits, vegetables, meats, fishes to household essentials.
There is a Toto and 4D outlet and POSB ATM located at FairPrice payment exit area.
Located at basement. Thank you …
Good
ok
Very good. Can use google pay
It’s a medium size supermarket, basically you got most of the items here. But i don’t know why it seems to have a lesser salad option.
Good
Located at Lot One Shopping mall. Easy access . Next to CCk mrt and bus interchange. Various shops available including eateries.
Good location, plenty to please daily needs, however, I guess it is about them to renovate, as the population has grown tremendously in this area. Very cramp.
Too pack
It’s a fairprice outlet, so you get the necessities from here…
The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the aisles are narrow and it feels over crowded whenever I am there.
Same as any NTUC outlet but slightly bigger, more stuffs then most neighbourhood outlet.
No complaints .. pleasant shopping .. value for money.
An Easy to shop place actually
Almost all essentials here
A little cramped and not a lot of options to choose from
Queues can get pretty long in the evenings but other than that, it’s ok!
Nice
Nice
Go on non-peak hours.
Great variety.
Everything is fine, except for the staff attitude
It’s time to saving your money
Quite big as far as a supermarket goes, but always has a long queue to pay and don’t have the self checkout counter
Very crowded
Always a great place to get groceries done.
Variety of choice but always packed during peak hour. Suggest to relocate the toto counter to outside and have more self service kiosk
The things are very good and busy area
Too small
Every day many ppl… …
Messy
The Fairprice is messy n dirty. Maybe because it old shop. Not sure why. They trying their best to store everthing but it looks messy cause the store is not big. U hardly move around with the trolley. Should make some changes n clean more. Other than that the cashier is friendly n helpful.
Wide range of variety for everything.
A supermarket with stocked common food stuff & household needs – including vegetables, fresh meat, drinks, frozen items, household cleaners and items. Tend to be crowded. During festive season the store will pack in lots of festive stuff
A good grocery outlet but very cramped and insufficient payment counters
Is nuce shop
Usual NTUC Fairprice
Big shopping space with lots of items you would go for your household items.
2 issue here.
1 – 22/7/21, 4pm. just came back from lot 1 NTUC fair price. LLP p PMP p00pl lol
Have saw the card that wrote 10 oranges for $5.95! Today did not watch the cashier keying in the price of the goods. (Feeling weak cos have not taken my lunch). I checked the receipt only when I am home. To my surprise, I saw the price for the orange keyed in as $3.95! (This is the price for another type of oranges, 3 for $3.95!!!) That’s an extra of $1.95 charge into my bill!
2 – I use to buy eggs in a tray. But every time when I buy eggs from NTUC fair price, I got to pray that the eggs will reach home in good condition.. The packaging for the eggs tray is unacceptable at all. I wonder which customer will carry the eggs tray horizontally home. With the cover only securing on the side of the tray, eggs will roll out of the tray when we carry it vertically. (See attached img.) And today mishaps happen. 1 of the egg is cracked) I have no problems withyou supermarket as their eggs tray are tighly secure
My second home, for grabbing all the import food/beverage stocks…
Less crowded
No toilet paper, cubicle got smell
always a busy ntuc
Good place.. more items…
Quite crowded. Staff did not adjust appreciate price on the cashier machine. Today’s Xiao Bai Cai on the promotion card list stated 90¢ but cashier machine, scanned appeared $1.05. The front cashier mentioned that she only followed according to her scanner code. I felt a little upset with this matter.
Have got renovated library and new cinema
That’s is very good groceries market in Singapore. Convenience price and so many products are there
Its sooo convenient for me …
Neat and products are well placed.
The place quite messy
Okay but cramp and crowded most times
Not big outlet like AMK still can shop everything you want…
Crowded, narrow aisles, cramped.
good experience & the cashiers are very helpful & friendly
Variety of eateries for a hearty bfast
It does have the things that I require.
Things that I wanted is not available. Instead I have to go to Hillion outlet.
Nice price.. A lot of choices
Small but everything inside ️
Not bad just the q up take sometime
Shoping
Variety food to choose from there…Many too many
Usually crowded. Use the self-service stations for faster checkout.
Very big so many people Shop here
Fair price lot 1 is well stocked , it is fairly large location is good hence it attracts many shoppers to go there. The flict side is of cause the exit queue is always long so unless you are going to shopbig and take advantage of Sr citizins discount days there is no point for a person like me to shop there. The wine section needs to improve because they are not senior friendly the price list is so difficult to see and they are so small in number size.
Just visited CCK Lot 1 NTUC, now while checking my receipt and realised that 1 of the item was charge double. I would like to commend more on this subject, cos this is not the 1st time I have encounter item charged twice. Consumers like me just simply let it go instead of going back to ask for refund as partially my own fault for nit checking on the spot.
Daily needed itemvand necessity
Too small and cramp for super market with big volume
Long queue any time of the day.
Shopping
Lot stuffs so dun worry if the item you want is not there. Only down side is the Q is long during peak hours but having said that which place got no Q. Stay safe human
Nice place to shop in
Good assortments. Fast checkout.
Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits options
24/7 How many more can you find nowadays, Jurong East opposite the MRT Station
the que was super super long. Grabbing things like there’s no tmr. They need to buy common sense instead
its quite small, so try not to go in groups / bring your kids/elderly as it might not be pleasant for them
Good cheap Adult Diapers here, save 50% off with Budget brand
A very Small outlet.
Small and rather cramp, always full of people.
Great place to use ESSO coupon to offset bill
Many choices and great service by mr John Lim !
Very crowded place and cram
Good service especially the 4d counter staff. Huat ah 🙂
Last time this items like chicken thighs, rendang ,small hash browns, sambal pau and chicken drumsticks were not available but now all are available.I am very happy because I don’t have to go to other ntuc to buy them.
Very big
Ok for groceries shopping
Need more smile
Decent sized ntuc with a good range of products
Always long queues but products are always in good quality.
No ‘Scan N Go’. Queue takes forever to clear.
Conveniently located inside shopping mall
It has a good range of shopping mix. A neighborhood shopping mall.
Good shopping place for residents in choa Chu Kang and cinemas. Kids can play at level 5. Food court at level 4 is really tasty.
Super big supermarket with everything u need to be found thr
Nice. Quite Big. Easy to find products. Good service.
Big and busy
Hope it can expend bigger area. Lots variety but spacing quite small and pack.
