A 24 hours supermarket in Waterway Point. An excellent place to get some last min groceries after work, while it can also get quite busy during weekends.

Huge supermarket but it’s crowded though. Scan and go is the way to go!
One of the draw for the Finest chain is that they carried Organic Certified products. With a quarter of the whole floor area dedicated to vegetables and fruits, surely will not be missed by people coming to the supermarket. The supermarket is busy especially on saturdays and sundays morning with up to 20 shoppers queued for the cashier.
Good varieties on fresh seafood as well as a good selection of tidbits, condiments and sauces! Good place to look around if you are planning to cook but looking for what to make.

I never like to visit this Fair price. Although it is very big but I find it very messy. Cashier is always packed too. Unless I happen to be there,if not will I deliberately go there.
The two staff manning the fresh fish/poultry counter were busy chatting away when I approached one of them, Jun Pang and requested in Mandarin, to cut and pack the sakura chicken into 2 separate packets. He chopped up the chicken and packed it together in shrinkwrap, ignoring my request. When he passed the packet to me, I emphasised that I had wanted the chicken to be divided into two packets and he just gave me a blank look. I turned to the other lady staff member who just gave me a smirk look. Both of them resumed with their conversation with each other, leaving me with the package and ignoring me. Disgruntled, I approached the store manager, Mr Tan who promptly apologised and asked his assistant, Hao Han to ensure that my request is met. Thanks to Mr Tan and Hao Han for the prompt service recovery. As for the other two staff, with such bad attitude and customer service, they should not be in the frontline. IMHO, they are best suited for stacking and backroom tasks.

Somehow this outlet is always packed with long snaking queues. Went there in the afternoon and the lines to the cashiers went all the way to the shelves. Even the self check out line was long.

Although it is supposedly fair price on grocery items at this supermarket by our national trade union cooperative, some goods are more expensive than other supermarkets like Giant, Cold Storage, Shing Siong and Prime supermarkets at times (shoppers may not be aware of the higher prices).
It has a bigger variety of things to buy and even stuff you can’t buy in normal fairprice stores but the products can be quite expensive
I would have given 5 star but there is a lack of halal meats like beef.. Halal chicken is limited. If there were more halal meats special in 1 corner, it would definitely be a Finest… But overall, its okay.

This FairPrice Finest is still not “Finest” enough….
This is just a bigger than regular FairPrice Supermarket with a wider range of groceries, a dedicated aisle for imported Organic produce, cold selves for imported fresh Organic greens, and chilllers for imported Organic dairies, juices, and frozen baked goods etc.
Like all the FairPrice Supermarkets islandwide in Singapore, this place utterly ignores sustainable green practices of ‘BYOB’, plastic bags are given freely and wantonly with frequent double bagging for fragile or heavy items!
There is a chiller with frozen bags of ice packs provided for FREE for keeping those groceries that badly need to be chilled till you get home.
Open 24 hours a day…..very convenient, variety of products is quiet good, service is excellent with very friendly staffs.

One of the biggest and best fairprice around. Among many outlets, this one has one of the freshest fruits and Vegetables section. They restock at around 3AM daily so you will have the best picks then! Perfect for a midnight movie at the nearby Shaw Theatres and then head over to do your late night grocery shopping. Some popular items here tend to be out of stock quite often, so you may usually only be able to get 90% of what you want, unless you are okay with other brands. one unique point is that this outlet sells fresh durians daily!

NTUC fairprice is perfect place to shop. Your employee Mr Leong a basket collector whom lives at Block 210C level 9 punggol place threatened to burn our flat because my kids bounced balls. He kicked my daughter bicycle and spitted on our corridor. He has mental problem. This is not the first time he did this. Maybe the 5th times.

Opens 24 h – makes it good for shopping anytime of the day. It also features the scan and pay service which cuts queue time significantly. Do note however that this NTUC is the ‘finest’ branch so while it carries higher end brands, some more basic brands cannot be found here.
Good place to get whatever you need and the best thing is its 24hrs.. It can get really crowded so do avoid the peak hours if you are able to.

I asked my brother in law to buy a duck but he came home with a chicken. So I went back with the him to change it. About one hour passed. As it is a perishable goods and exchange is not possible. The customer service contacted Manager for advise. For this one time goodwill FairPrice made an exception to allow the exchange. The perishable goods has to be disposed. I am thankful. Exceptional kindness. This place is big to shop for my CNY Fruits, Veg, Poultry, Sea Food, and many more including electrical goods. Clean and pleasant place to spend time with family too. One of my favourite places.

I love shopping at this supermarket. Lots of goodies to shop albeit the very bad crowds during certain days of the week and weekends. During festive seasons like the couple of weeks before Chinese New Year and Christmas, expect to queue to pay. That can sometimes take up to half an hour and even near to an hour with snaking long queues.

The NTUC itself is well organised and alot of variety.
However there is a particular plump guy who is SUPER RUDE and during this Covid 19 period when it is mandatory to wear mask, he is not wearing his mask over his nose and mouth and scolding the other NTUC staff.
On other occasions i, have also bump into him scolding some other elderly NTUC staffs like not “bring brain to work”.
I love to grocery there in NTUC water way point because intensive and I know it we’re is the things I need.
A good selection of items but carries the more costly products as compared to the normal fairprice. Spacious enough but used to be better. Minus a star cause fish department is slow and not organised especially during weekends. Organic section has moldy items sometimes so do check.
This is a very contemporary, upscale designed store for a Fairprice.Wow!
Two reasons I could not give 5 stars:
One, poor planning on checkout lines…that is, when the long queues form, there is nowhere for the people to line up. This makes quite a jumble. Two, the wine selection is so very small and has only a handful of wines, but that’s okay as Fairprice seems to stock everything else you could possibly want in a neighborhood supermarket.
Now the good part: prices are still quite reasonable even in this lovely store. And talk about selection! Where else will you find grapefruit marmalade, carrots and baby formula all in one store? The produce section alone is worth a visit. It is gorgeously stocked with everything fresh and good for you. Cant wait to return! Oh, and bonus…open 24 hrs.
Tip: on weekends shop before 10 a.m. to avoid the humongous crowds that start pouring in about 11:00 to 11:30 a.m.
All you can find, groceries, food, fresh item, bbq, etc, anything. You name it, for sure can get it. ( Remember, not the brand, but item)
Good selection prices still fair cheaper than shopping at cold storage
24hr supermarket wih alot of products varities. Try to go early of the dat to skip tue crowd.

I would not say u will find everything there like ntuc xtra. And some items are more expensive. But nevertheless still can get those essential items.
Large supermarket with a good variety of supplies is rare in punggol. 24 hours as well.
Some items may be out of stock on Sunday night.
One of the places you can buy a lot of groceries under one roof inside the waterway town. Bit expensive since it’s one of the finest.
Excellent customer service by an Indian lady customer service officer (I didn’t manage to catch her name) on 31/07/20 at 11.15pm. I did a self check out and she was assisting and manning the station. Great effort and thank you for your help

One of my go to supermarket in Punggol and conveniently located at B2 of Waterway Point. Sells a wide varieties of fresh groceries and household items in a spacious environment. However can be extremely crowded at times.
Many people but great variety of goods available. Prices are the same as other NTUC fairprices but less promotional offers. It’s 24hours so you can go at any time but take note fresh items (meats vegetables etc.) May not all be available during the midnight hours.
Overall, one of the best Fairprice outlets, 24/7 and has a lot of varieties. I be always admired cold storage for the varieties it carries, this Fairprice does step up to that competition.
Only come here on off peak hour as it gets crowded and queue will be long.

The store manager.. Mr.lawrence is very hard working..he knows his job very well and efficient. The store is very organized and neat.
Except today I purchased the BBQ pork rib.was dry and tasteless.. usually was good.
You can Scan & Go in this supermarket.
Like their fruit stall, you can do shopping premium products which you can’t generally buy in regular Fair Price supermarkets.
I love that this branch is huge and spacious. It usually is well stocked. And also is in a mall that is conveniently connected to MRT/LRT!
24hours. They really do try to stock up but with the high traffic, always runs out fast enough. Look at how neat they stack the items. Five stars!
Don’t like the idea of having to Q up again just to update my fraser points. Should be done seamlessly. Unimpressive layout. Too cramp

Absolutely amazing, items are shelved effectively even with the small space they have to work with. Groceries ranging from local to international treats i.e. Tesco, Korean snacks. Fruits and vegetables are top notch and are priced reasonably. Overall amazing experience ️

Typical fair price offering your widest selection of groceries. The aisles are quite spacious and far apart enough to feel at ease while grabbing your favourite soap or sauce.
Its Fairprice Finest peeps! And its quite big too! Each visit there, what i can comment are the items are well stocked and are arranged neatly. Have fun exploring!and they have salad bar!
Good range of items etc. However, the layout is not good. To top it off, they seemed to promote close proximity mingling by putting lots of items wherever there is any space, so that if feels even more cramped than a Sheng Siong. FINEST??? Really??
Checkout queues are long even on a weekday plus not much space to queue. The NON-Finest Fairprice at Downtown East feels more like a Finest than this one…..
Will avoid. Just because Punggol does not have many supermarkets does not mean Fairprice can do this….
You have everything here in a large 24 hours supermarket. Can be very crowded at times.
24/7 plenty of food and options for a supermart
All staff are friendly and helpful as compared to those China staff at Kangkar Mall especially the night Supervisor or whatever very rude and also never think of Customers safety high time to see him back to China
