They sell many things here, high end stuff. The cooked section chicken and pork knuckle are too pricey, cold storage is cheaper. The prime rib beef, some other places is cheaper. Always crowded.
Very good fruit and vegetable selection. The aisles are very tight and it is crowded, but it is well stocked and the self-checkout lines move quickly.
Spacious with enough variety to meet your groceries needs. The best thing about this place is the friendly service staff and cashiers. As the name implies, it carries the more pricey stuff especially in the fresh food category so you are better off heading to the nearby “normal” NTUC for the more “down-to-earth” fresh produce. Other than that, both are interchangeable. This place carries a wider range of wine and beers as well. Worth a visit and comparison with the other nearby supermarkets.

Dont bother to come here for bananas of Malaysia origin. Almost never carried here. Ask any decent banana lover, his/her vote will most likely go to a pisang raja or rastali! Not the cavendish, for goodness sake!
Thai Mango sticky rice is offered for sale when mangoes are in season. Buyers beware! It is not the same as what you get in Thailand! 1 key ingredient is missing! Salted baked mung beans!!!!
Like the Jordon brand of lean pork cuts available here. Minced pork, pork fillet and loin (i think). Consumers dont have to take bulan or normal aussie variety (the former is so typically fattier). But, Jordon range may not be available in the early hours, as deliveries come later in the morning.

Whenever there’s a heavy crowd of customers at those cashier counters… most cashiers will disappear for meal breaks ! Management need to discuss closely in future so as not to loose customers to nearby supermarkets ! NTUC is not the only supermarket in this country !

This is a convenient Fair Price since it is just located near the MRT station. It sells a lot of groceries ranging from fruits to milk powder. However, it is better not to go there after working hour such as around 6-7p.m. Because it is very crowded during this period.

Great grocery store within our reach. If you are into gourmet foods, organic or anything in between, they have it. All sorts of household needs can be found and are relatively cheaper than of any grocery store in the area. Imported foodstuff has historically been stratospherically unattainable, the domain of expats and the hopelessly westernized, but NUTC Finest changed all that. Another unique feature of FairPrice Finest is the self-service payment station where you scan your items and bag them yourself. Wandering through this store will make you think twice since it almost have it all.

Tdy visited tis supermarket outlet. Tis outlet is smaller than the one I visited at central near courts. Since tdy is pioneer day, there r quite alot of customers n queue r long. Encounter a customer complain abt long queue loudly, seems venting her frustrations.
Noticed quite a number of customers using trolleys. S there r quite a few of elders n the place us quite small, I would suggest to the management to reduce the number of trolleys available for safety issues and ease of shopping.

I seldom shop at Clementi Mall Fairprice unless I really need to as its convenient for me to grab some stuffs after work. Usually the cashiers are okay.Atleast some will say “thank you”. However on this particular day, i went at about 10plus at night and was served by a cashier name “Soh Swee Li”. I understand that everyone needs to go home after a long day at work and all the counters were closed and she was the last one who was still operating at the cash counter. So I do understand how it feels.Anws she seem to be rushing me to take out my money. Impatient. And when she return me the change, she didnt even face me much less not even a word of “Thank you”.She and her body position was facing her cashbox while giving me the change. And I find that very rude. This is not the way you should give change.I mean like seriously no manners. Im also in the service/front line and I also know how you should behave to your customer even if its the last customer for the day. And you guys close at 11pm. And when I checked my receipt, it was not even 11 yet. Her behaviour is not acceptable. Rude and Impatient.
Layout is poorly designed. Counter queues are slow and they extend into shelves which is mayhem when counters are not running optimally. Overall, Fairprice should revamp this branch.

Almost always crowded. The payment area is so cramped and yet management does not seem to bother. More payment machines and lanes should be added. The sundries section could be reduced in size to cater for more payment lanes. One chest freezer closest to the cashiers’ lanes should be relocated to make space for the long queues waiting for payment. Alas, nothing is done to make space.

Ever since the pandemic started, there is only one entrance point and one exit point. This is ensure that everyone checks in promptly and that temperature is taken. Other than this, operation hours remains the same and supply of products remains constant.
I wish we can have some more space in between isles bec Clementi is a big estate and it gets so crowded that people have to squeeze in between with trolleys and shopping baskets. However glad to see that they have opened up more DIY counters for payment now. Cashiers could be little more friendly and not grumpy

Located at the basement of Clementi Mall, it is quite a big supermarket. The roasting skill of the roasted meat section improved slightly. Ever tried their homemade beef balls …it was hard like rock. Still got room for more improvement!
Few years back, saw their staffs threw away the sushi into dustbin around 9.30pm. Wonder if they have used Sheng Song’s “reduced to clear” method which benefits both the customer & company. I believe such a big company can achieve more than just wasting food!

Fairprice Finest does offer a wider variety of products, especially in the fruits and meats.
The fruits are generally good and have a lot of variety – such as persimmon, nectarine, peach. The prices are more or less the same with the normal Fairprice stores.
For the meats, if I recall correctly, they partnered with Culina. The cooked meats are good – I had tried the pork ribs. It is not very juicy, but it is not tough either. It is quite well seasoned too.

Fairprice finest is very packed along with the entire basement layout, the place is really a chaos when u navigate past the crowd. Will try to avoid the place whenever possible.

The place is beautiful and clean i like the arrangement of the store.
Seafood seems more expensive than the other fairprice. The Nor salmon not fresh, gills all greyed. The supposedly jumbo prawns is I consider large at best but selling at $2.69 per 100gm… That is pricey!
Produces from different countries like sweet potatoes from Indonesia,USA, bananas from Malaysia, pPhilipines. This supermart offers wide varieties of fresh/ frozen produces, groceries for customers to pick.
Very organised. Working staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to instruct you and to attend to your request immediately, no delay.
Hopefully, the area of this shopping mall can be bigger so that customers can walk easier while looking for the wanted items.

The best among three NTUC outlets
Have less range of items compared to other Finest stores
Seems small but so much more convenient than larger shops like those at Jurong or Vivo in the West.
Always a great range at finest harder to find goods than at other NTUC outlets but less expensive than cold storage.
If you want cheaper but good, go Sheng Siong. Giant only OK. If you want finer go Cold Storage or Jason’s but NTUC Finest at Clementi good mix of both. If driving best to go flagship store at Vivo.

Layouts are not clearly defined so take quite sometime to find the required item. Many self checkout stations but too few cashier station that cause long queues.

Ur manager who collecting money from each station raise her voice to customer to go self checkout and question why you all like to queue. She dont know many elderly or maid dont have cards and dont like to use machine? Why made such a remark?????

Due to its spacious sales area, it’s shelves have more items on display, compared to the one at Yew Tee Point where I usually do shopping.
1) Queue system for self-svs needs improvement. 2) To provide ample table top for customers to sort out bags after making payments (for those who use own bags). 3) Service staff – please be more friendly (greet, smile, thank)

A wide variety at this one (wine, cheese, meat, etc), but some things are quite pricey – for example, they don’t have the option of cheap steak cuts, just expensive cuts. If you want cheaper stuff, head to the fairprice down the road.

Messy too long queue no PG lane they previously had should reinstate back senior citizens make to queue NTUC Finest l am referring to.
Fairprice located at different locations i had visited…..the recent one is at Clementi Mall, previously been to Tanjong Pagar one near to the smrt.
The veggies and fruits are fresh and pleasant to sight. Its really a temptation not to bring it home on sight.
