At this particular NTUC location, the prices are more affordable than the one at Parkway Parade. Though there are some products that are not sold here, but are sold in Parkway Parade Mall, in general 70% of the products are better priced at this location.

My family has been visiting this branch for many years for our grocery shopping. I like that this branch is not too crowded, especially when compared to the FairPrice Xtra store which is located on the 3rd floor of Parkway Parade.

A nostalgic supermarket that has undergone a sea change with the times but still manages to retain its local essence.
I like the fact that you can find almost anything you want or need and the variety is incredible. I generally find the prices here friendlier on the wallet and the staff are still as warm and friendly as they have been in my childhood memories.
The added plus is a well stocked pharmacy on the second floor with a pharmacist on duty. Payment for any pharmacy items are also made with the cashier located within the pharmacy area itself – this is super handy when you need to pop in quick to pick up something relevant and you don’t want to waste any time queuing up. Definitely a lifesaver if you have a crying baby/child/spouse.

The new set up at parkway parade is horrible not wheelchair friendly and too congested. Lanes are too cramp and items hard to find. I prefer the old set up at marine parade central. It’s the same set up at vivo city horrible. Not relaxing and not enjoyable. Will not go to the new outlets anymore. 6 Marine parade central and Changi City point are the best. Thumbs up!

Visit this supermarket since 1999 as it has been a hot bed in the neighborhood. It has a wide variety and it has since changed with the times.

The Fine and high end supermarket operate by Singapore quasi-government owned supermarket chain. The groceries sold here are of higher grade than those sold in their Fairprice and Xtra, so price slightly higher. However prepacked groceries that are similarly sold in Fairprice and Xtra will have the same.pricing. All these 3 types of supermarket are located all over the island state mainly in the HDB heartland. You can also find a Finest outlet in Changi Airport Terminal 3. The owner also operates a convenient concept store all around the.island known.as Cheers in competition with 7-Eleven.
Well stock but lack varieties of vegetables compared to Sheng Siong eg mani chye. Sheng Siong seems to have fresher vegetables n prices are low. More fruit varieties n lower prices as well at Sheng Siong compared with Fairprice. No live fish here at Fairprice. Both places have whole salmon. Nowadays it’s Sheng Siong but Prime is catching up. Hao is still like mom n pop grocery.

This NTUC Fairprice is very big, and has it’s own travelator and lift. However, on the 2nd storey, it may be humid and warm due to some air con problems. Apart from that, the grocery store is clean and spacious. It is far from bus stops and MRT stations, though.
This 2-level store has almost everything in it for most household needs. They also have a sushi/sahimi section where I can pick the occasional bento for lunch. The delicatessen has really friendly staff who know their products well. A fair range of commercial cheeses are available there, too.
They do have an “organic” range of produce; as well as an “international” section; along with some of the offerings from Tesco’s. The Japanese section has a myriad of sauces for all sorts of things, plus a few brands just for tempura flour.
The walkway outside the shop sometimes has other vendors’ products on sale, too. They had durians outside in September 2019. Sometimes, there are books, underwear, plants or bedding on sale, too. These products change throughout the year.
Occasionally, I’d step into the Unity Pharmacy upstairs for other essentials. I only wish it were open 24 hours, but it isn’t. Doors open at 8a.m on most days and stay open till around 11pm.

2 levels but it’s not a hypermart. Enough to stock up on your weekly groceries. A decade ago, there used to be a Han’s cafeteria which I felt it was pretty cool but it’s long gone.

Very crowded and unpleasant during peak times, social distancing is almost never observed. Go to the Cold Storage nearby. It is a bit more expensive but there are a lot fewer people. Also Fairpirce overcharges for beef and lamb.

This is not a sharing about NTUC Finest Marine Parade but about a kiosk next to it. This kiosk is placed a little further back after the ATMs and people may miss it if they are not observant. I just spotted it tonite and don’t even know when it was placed here.
This book dispenser is an initiative by National Library Board. Since Marine Parade Public Library was closed for renovations on 9 May and is expected to be closed for three years till 2025. So finding this book dispenser was such a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t have time to try it out as we were shopping at NTUC and had to rush how with our perishables but will drop by again next time.

Good selection of products and fresh produce. Sushi counter is well stocked and has really yummy aburi mentaiko sushi. Also carries a good range of organic and health food products.
It’s easy to get here and to park on one of the upper levels of the adjacent parking garage, walk down to the store, deposit your $1 SGD coin into the grocery cart feeder and grab the carriage, saunter into the store and lazily stand on the conveyor to the top level to buy shampoo, gourmet Japanese sauces and seasonings plus cake mix and all that jazz before moseying down again to pick up Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, Hungarian sausage, pittaya fruits and jackfruit, celery and potatoes plus maybe some Kinderchocolate and a newspaper then waiting in line and paying your $214 for all that random stuff and walking out casually between the sunglasses wearing aunties and old coughing uncles and young skinny dears with kids in tow, loving the livingness of people and errands and plainness and the calm casual sobriety of it all, the gathering of stuff for daily life like it’s no big deal and really it isn’t; it’s just Fair Price grocery store, there with all those choices and your selections and then you go on, load up your car or wheeled trolley and get back to life, simple as that, not even vexed or out of breath for even a second. I love it.

Great selection of quality fresh produce, meat and fish. Wide choice of local and international brands of groceries and household products. Also has a pharmacy.
Pretty huge and stock level was adequate every time I am there. Can be quite crowded on a weekend morning so do avoid that time if you are not prepared to squeeze and wait.
This is my friend’s favourite fairprice.
You can find whatever you want from this outlet. Big enough 2 stories outlet allow you to have almost all of the stuff you want. Dont forget that you can get complimentary ice near to entrance for your frozen foods. It might be best for someone who buy frozon or raw food for bbqing at east coast park. Only my concern is that there are not enough variety of vegetables.

Very nice and big you can find many products good for weekly or daily shopping. Sometimes you can find some interesting Carrefour products. Staff is always very nice. During weekends is very busy. But anyway is good big supermarket

Fresh Vegetables fruits and Seafood, poultry and meat selection is also good. Wish it had more lamb meat variety though.

This particular NTUC carries a wide range of products from different countries that may not be available in regular NTUC

In the afternoon & evenings, they do not replenish items which have been selling well or sold out. This is not the first or second time that I have encountered this.
Generally more expensive than regular ntucs. There’s a unity pharmacy here though which is convenient. Car park always crowded though and badly designed. Pillars make it very difficult to enter/exit your car.

Other alternative is Giant in Parkway Parade and may be the later beats it with fresh produce stocked. Else this place is less crowded and some items are competitively priced cheaper

This ntuc supermart is very messy and duplicating of products display. It is like shopping at sing shiong. Very crowded and disorder. No room for shoppers to move about. You call this mart ….ntuc ‘finest’? Please delete the word ‘finest’!!!! It’s no more ‘finest’

Please be reminded that this supermart is introduced to serve the ordinary sinaporean but look at the prices of most products. They have gone up very much. Is ntuc mart serving the people???
Made a blindfolded comparison between these 2 canned pineapple brands and realize that the Del Monte one is superior and more suitable for whatever kind of dessert you wish to make. The S&W one is slightly softer and tastes cheaper but can also be used if the Del Monte is not available.
Great service from Elaine Quek who was friendly and suggested us a better buy (2 instead of 1) for the same product.

Lots of household stuff. Prices are competitive, at times, reasonable. Some auntie needs further education on Customers Service, how to pack using less plastic bags. You can’t do away with plastic bags. Recycled it at home to put trash and throw. This is to prevent contaminating the rubbish chute, especially those staying on the 2nd and 3rd level….!
One of the finest of the finests. This store has been there for more than 35 years. Lots of stuff and spacious to shop around. Staffs are very friendly and helpful even shares the promotion deals of the day.
Today I bought frozen crab meat. The price tags’ names of products do not tally as the items. We took one each from different pricing thinking that they are the same one price for two packages. Cashier No 11 scanned two different prices. Giving us two items instead of four. Ms Neti and Ms Teoh Siew Mui are extremely unfriendly u helpful and rude. They are NOT accomodative. The voided the sale but refused to return a copy of the receipt charged to my credit care. Only excuse is co’s policy. Sorry for Fairprice Finest Marine Parade are employing such poor standard of workers.
Prices of almost all goods sold in Fairprice outlet are constantly on the rise every week or fortnight. This is true because I have been patronising Fairprice outlets since day one back in Feb 1978 to date. Moreover an article on prices in Fairprice outlets was also written by a lady to the Forum some years back. You can compare the price by just taking a month ago. The Authorities concerned are keeping their eyes closed, I think.

What’s great is there is a huge selection of goods so I wouldn’t worry too much about what I can’t get. Cashiers are okay.

Items well stocked and neatly arranged. Staffs are most helpful and knowledgeable about locating items anywhere within the store. One of the better Fairprice Finest stores I’ve visited..

Convenient supermarket that serves mid to upmarket provisions and full range branded ice creams with good selection for Japan groceries as well.
With the additional of Tesco’s from the UK I feel NTUC will stand out from other supermarkets. In addition to their value to the local community they do incentivise using your own shopping bags with a 10c reduction in your shopping bill if you use your own bags.

This is a premium store and it’s huge.. there are so many options to choose from.. I love the varieties of fruits and vegetables they have and every other thing. On the price side it could be a little higher up but totally depends on your budget and what you are looking for.. this store is more spacious , better organized than other fair price stores. There are self check out counters as well.
Spacious and neat with usual range of more select grocery supplies than the standard Fairprice outlets. Has new Kinokuniya (not sure if same spelling as Japanese bookstore) but this is specialty products but only in a pop up version and for a limited time (chk online for duration). Unity Pharmacy is upstairs in case anyone looking for it or wants to know if there’s one. The Deli is outsourced to gourmet meats supplier Culina so expect higher pricing.

I normally shop at NTUC Marine Parade Finesse. It has the variety n quality, but wish it could be cheaper on the whole. When I want cheaper options on certain items, I will go to NTUC Siglap as an alternative.
I also wish that NTUC Marine Parade will accept the discount granted to us seniors on every Wed, when my helper produces my IC and the Merdeka Generation card. I am a cancer patient (on wheelchair). Therefore my helper shops on my behalf, for obvious convenience.

This Fairprice Finest has a better range of products than other outlets in the east due to the demographic of Marine Parade and East Coast areas which boasts of million-dollar condos fronting the coast. The vegetables are darker green and fresh. It’s spacious and goods are easy to locate. Shopping is not stressful unlike other neighborhood outlets.
Be aware Finest is not ‘the’ Fairprice. Their house promotions are different. So likely their products and pricing.

You cna find all brands of groceries here.. Have a light bulb that blew, no worries, they stock the whole range of bulbs and Energy saving tubes here. Two levels of shopping and enjoy the selection of fine tea and coffee.
Huge and comprehensively stocked. It has 2 levels and you can practically get everything from groceries to decorative plants to even alcohol! It is not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Opened 24 hours so highly recommended.

Has some of the finest and fresh groceries and is located near Marine Parade beach
This is not a sharing about NTUC Finest Marine Parade but about a kiosk next to it. This kiosk is placed a little further back after the ATMs and people may miss it if they are not observant. I just spotted it tonite and don’t even know when it was placed here.
This book dispenser is an initiative by National Library Board. Since Marine Parade Public Library was closed for renovations on 9 May and is expected to be closed for three years till 2025. So finding this book dispenser was such a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t have time to try it out as we were shopping at NTUC and had to rush how with our perishables but will drop by again next time.

Disappointed. Did not stock the frozen beetroot vegetables in “Leaderbrand” as advertised in the newspapers by Fairprice on 7 Dec 2017. Staff were good but store did not deliver on its promise in its advertisements, not only today but also again few months back.
