This Fair price reminds me more of a Cold Storage but with NTUC prices. The feel is different and the stock is better than a normal FairPrice, more Ang Mo/ Caucasian catering then the local Singaporean. Style.
Though for some reason there are things like spring onions exactly the same in the FairPrice, but double the price …. noticed it with other things too, but subtly done. Their veg is fresher than the FairPrice nearby, and better stock, but both stores are needed when the other fails

The place is small but located just outside walking distance to one of the entrances of Bedok Mall, and to Bedok interchange. This is a plus . Coffee is tasteful , toasted bread with butter and Kaya if you want to satisfy your tea break cravings. Prices are slightly higher than those found in normal HDB coffee shops.
I am regular shopper at Fairprice Bedok Mall. I would like to compliment cashier Ms Yoke Peng (i hope i got her name correct). I forgotten to pick up my bag of fresh prawns after cashing it and left the store. As i was loading my other groceries into my car boot in B2 carpark, Ms Yoke Peng appeared and handed me my bag of prawns. i was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of her positive attitude towards customer care and service. She makes grocery shopping at Fairprice Bedok Mall a delightful experience. Thank you.

Conveniently located on Basement 2, near the lift lobby, which makes it easily accessible to the Bus Interchange on Level 2. And an ascending and descending service escalator and elevator leading to the Bedok MRT Stn. A wide range of merchandise and products. Many cashier counters as well as self checkout counters.
The usual fair price. The good thing is that this is situated inside bedok mall, so it’s quite convenient to come here by public transport or car.

Love the convienence of getting groceries from NTUC finest. Prices may be a tad high at times, so check your prices. Food is usually very fresh. Free ice to ensure your food stays fresh till you can get them to your fridge.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I observed that the store manager and team leaders are all very hands on and worked well together. The outlet manager comes on the ground regularly to observe and guide his team and displays good leadership.
It will be ideal to have 2 staff stationed at the customer service counter during peak hours if possible.
I had a bad experience at this outlet yesterday. I was looking for Tesco Pesto sauce that was on promotion as advertised on Thursday straits times. I checked out the Tesco shelf and there was no such product. There after I went on to other lanes asking ground staff who led me on a wild goose chase. Finally a staff suggested I go for assistance at customer service. She called for a man named Stanley over the PA system. After 10 minutes the mysterious Stanley did not appear and another two calls were made. In the meantime I was running around looking for it in other lanes that the service staff was suggesting. My husband had to go back to work. We gave up disappointed and upset. The place lack organisation in both good service and proper display of items.
Fairprice is a Cooperative owned by the unions and they have lower prices to beat other supermarkets.Support them please

Fairprice finest having a variety of items including the not so common items. One stop having OTC as well as alcohols. Sadly it lacks a pharmacy, quite popular so many items often run out of stock despite it not being a 24hr place.

Bedok Central has two NTUC fair price supermarkets. This supermarket which located and the lowest floor of bedok mall can get the groceries. The other NTUC which is located further down, a building that is near to Bedok Heartbeat. Can get electronic items such as induction stoves, fans etc and the NTUC Unity was located at level 2 of the building.

From the arrangement of goods perspective, the only thing that they need to improve is the demarcation to understand the shop’s boundary. At the edge, it is difficult to determine if you are standing outside of the shop or inside with your basket.
