NTUC is undoubtedly doing an excellent job and this AVERAGE feedback has been put forward for the purpose of improvement as we patronize from its outlets frequently. We approached the fish section at the Ave 3 branch and requested for fish to be cut into pieces. The staff responsible for handling fish did not understand simple English and instead replied ‘No English’. It took a significantly long time before we managed to get the message across and eventually succeeded in getting what we wanted through sign language. It would be good to ensure staff who have to communicate with customers are trained on basic English terminology so as to cater to customers in the common language medium.

This Fairprice supermarket has been here for a long long time. Can find most of the stuff you need here. Aisle are wide in comparison to the newer stores around that makes shopping so much more comfortable. The addition of the self check out kiosks make payment a breeze. Surrounded with great foods, it’s a great place to dine before you do your groceries shopping.

I like this ntuc as it provide a wide range of grocery n household items. Prices are cheaper than ntuc xtra. Most importantly during this current pandemic this ntuc cleverly stationed the cashier counters near the entrance/exit areas which are well ventilated even though the central air conditioning s on. So u get to shop in cool air con comfort even though the doors are opened.

Crowded as usual. Price doesn’t varies much to other supermarket. But take note, they have pretty bad drainage there. So when it rains, there will be a puddle of water. ( puddle is too mellow for that huge pool) outside the entrance/exit point.

Doesn’t carry as many products as those supermarkets near major train stations, like Boon Lay and Jurong East. Therefore, the price is not always the best deal you can find in town. But this is probably your best choice if you live nearby, and what’s more, it opens 24 hours a day.
Fairprice finest in clementi mall is much better, although it’s crowded. You can get basic needs here though.

Supermarket. One set back about this branch is there is no scanner to check price. They need to being to office to check and not easy to find the staff. Even you find them, they are reluctant to do it n gave you a “look”

With NTUC Finest just a few paces away in Clementi Mall, it should strike anyone as unsurprising if NTUC Fairprice has cheaper options but no less the price. In all fairness and objectivity, the produce here does not pale in comparison to those of Finest. However, expect a smaller range to certain items. Also, another feature you will find here is the prominent display of electronic household appliances.
Beyond that, there should not be any difference in pricing between either Fairprice outlets.

A small neighborhood supermarket that is kind of well stocked. But it is very cramp inside as they placed the shelves very near to one another. Don’t expect to use a trolley. Baskets only. So it is good for light daily shopping but don’t count on coming to get a week’s worth of groceries. That will be a torture to yourself.

On the cooked meat section, they offer the whole roasted honey chicken. The chicken is pre-packed ready to eat in a microwavable packaging. Seasoning wise, it is quite good. The meat was okay too – the breast parts are still not too dry. The price is also quite cheap – $4.90 for the whole chicken.
This branch also offers sliced ready to eat pizza, at $2/slice. The pizza base is unfortunately not crispy anymore, though the toppings and the sauces are quite acceptable.

Love the fact that I can do self checkout for my purchases here. But there’s no health points for self checkout.
Many times some of the items on shelving are empty.

My favourite supermarket…everything from household to food ar reasonable prices.
Cashiers are very friendly and helpful too.
To have more cashier during Tuesday n Thursday cause senior citizen do utilize tap card.
