Has everything for day to day living, but quite crammed on buzy days. Need some organisation during peak hours. Otherwise, it’s a decent mart.

I visited this outlet for the first time this afternoon while on the way to buy food at the Bedok 85 Hawker Centre. They have the essential products, but as the outlet is small, there us not so much variety.
The layout is quite narrow so no trolleys provided. It is quite cramped so that is a disadvantage. Most people just grab a few items and go. The staffs are friendly here. 24 hours outlet. Usually I shop at other places.

Very Small but basic needs are fulfil
Right next to the hawker centre so you can have your fill with BCM etc before doing your grocery shopping. Bear in mind that it gets crowded here, because of the high population density of the area. To make things worse the aisles are quite narrow as with many HDB estate fairprices. I would recommend visiting during off-peak, which is easy because this is a 24 hour fairprice.
Store is a bit smaller and more pack with customers during peak hours

Family style HDB outlet with many older aunties esp so be prepared to exercise patience when trying to zip around grabbing groceries ! It’s nice to see many active and independent ladies Has usual grocery items but also a fresh seafood counter to gut & clean your fish plus a hot BBQ Chicken counter with interesting Roast Chickens – halal ! Has mesquite and creole flavours among usual honey BBQ and Black Pepper. Also has fresh pick & mix Yong Tau Foo ingredients. Dry good and tin items upstairs plus Unity Pharmacy there too.
As usual,Fair price, still the best! But it could be expensive,too!

On 15/7/17 at 1220hrs. I need to express my rare experience, impressive encounter with this cashier, Miss Hong Ha. I was so touch by her considerate, service before policy and regulation/ rule.
While I was cashing out, I realised that I forgot to bring my pioneer and NTUC card, she adviced me to go back to bring my cards as today is pioneer day and double point day. I rush back to bring my card, while in the process of doing so, I was so surprised that she actually cash my goods and ask my maid to wait for me to pay later. This is an unforgettable experience. Hard to find people like that. Pl do the needful to grant her a service before self and gold award. Thank you NTUC. Awesome!!
