Connected to tai seng mrt, however limited range. Good thing is that it’s not crowded
Was there at 6 pm 24 Dec. Normally my go to groceries shopping s at SS. Nearer my place, staff s more helpful n generally prices are lower. But because I ve Fairprice vouchers I d to shop there. I brought my own plastic bags n a trolley bag. At check out I struggled trying to load my bag of stuff into my trolley. If I were at SS, I know the staff would help me load them before attending to the next customer. Note I m in my 60s n one can tell I ve mobility problem
Anyway a cartons of eggs dropped onto the floor as a result. No one helped me. A staff passed by n just told me to take care. I wished she d get me a plastic bag to contain the carton of half broken eggs so I didn’t have to put it into my bag, thus dirtying my bag. I know SS staff would have done that. Maybe some would say I feel entitled. I m just giving feedback to let Fairprice management know how much better their competitors s doing so hopefully they could improve.
Such a blessing to have a supermarket there to buy drinks and snacks for office needs.
Very good sale
Variety of goods is not so good as in bigger FairPrices
I feel like there aren’t many items. I wish the cash register was a little wider.
あまり品物がないような気がします。レジがもう少し広ければと。
Very cosy NTUC to shop
Good..everything i need is there
Ok
Propose Carry bag to be chargable below $20/-. In order to encourage visitor to buy . Most of visitors are not residents in this area.
Bright, uncluttered n spacious shopping experience,off-peak is a good time to shop leisurely.
Not too crowded. However the range of items is rather limited. No current MRT access but should be coming soon according to hoardings
Weekend free parking!
Mini NTUC, functional.
20c per plastic…….hiesttttttt
Used to buy different types of nuts from this place. They have very friendly staff there who greet you each time they see you. Worth mentioning is one of the staff named Quan Wen. She must be an asset to her organisation.
Ok
NTUC is no longer fair price. They over priced most of the things. I guess it’s overzealousness of some CEO wanting to score point. Good luck!
Awesome Accessible Excellent
Limited items and run out quite often.
Need to pay for plastic bags and staff will try to police you if you try to take more once you paid for it.
Avoid if you can.
Staffs are interactive, sky help, and friendly. Enjoy my each shopping at this place until today.
Open 7AM to 11PM. Medium sized fairprice.
Only brand things have
Less crowd
Good products, good price
A clean and well self premises
Fair price
Clean,spacious and well organised..
Not many varieties of foods selling here
This NTUC is less crowded. It is on the smaller side so it may not have certain items.. I enjoyed shopping here.
Its was verry friendly n kindly all the staff when they are service people arround shoping .clean.fast attention for custumer.i love going shoping to fairprice
Although the goods are not diversified, the quality and hygiene are still relatively good.
Cashier’s (Hannah) attitude is bad…
Shortage of manpower specially in the mornings. Existing staff efficient and helpful
Cool place has a 4d shop inside
Good self check out stations.
Trying to pay groceries by using NS55 twice unsuccessful due to system down. Very disappointed …
Good
Midium size supermarket where goods not too comprehensive. 1st NTUC to be charging $0.20bfor using plastic bag. Silly thing is the charge is unlimited number of plastic bags.
Parking at 18 Tai Seng is $1 per 30 mins, till 6pm. After that is $2 per entry. Next building, 26 Tai Seng parking is $0.75 per 30 mins, but some walking needed. Something to think about.
Very convenient location at Tai Seng station. Clean, spacious though at times they do not re-stock fast enough for popular items.
Small ntuc fairprice supermarket but does provide the 1 stop shop for the office workers here in Tai Seng area for their daily marketing needs after work. There’s a Singapore pools counter inside.
UPDATED: + 1star as after another email exchange, Fairprice has decided to allow an exchange of item of similar value at the same store. +1 more star as I have since completed the exchange without much issues.
Purchased a bag of cheese from this outlet for baked rice two days later, only to realise there’s a HUGE chunk of mould inside. How? It was a newly opened bag of cheese far from the best before date.
Emailed a feedback to Fairprice with as much details as I could and they asked questions that have already been answered in my email to them. I can’t tell if they bothered to read my feedback in the first place? There was also no mention of any plans to refund the item, not that I need it, but it did nothing to lessen my negative experience of having a dinner plan ruined. (If anyone makes baked rice, you would know that the last part of that is to sprinkle cheese for baking. Imagine the agony of sprinkling mouldy cheese on top everything else that were already prepared and arranged in place.)
This is the first time I have given negative review. The level of customer service is just disappointing.
Veg and fruit are not fresh. Limited choice. The only good thing is that the evening parking is free.
All we need we can found here. Indonesian, Malay, Singaporean, Japan, Korean and many more food ingredients is here
Convenient. Close to Tai Seng MRT.
Good to have an outlet within industrial area, convenient for people to buy grocery etc after work especially. Quite a big outside..
It’s good as other fair price in Singapore and it’s near to Tai Seng MRT.
No organic vegetables here but many shelves of Hala vegetables.
Good location, small crowd compared to the nearby ones. Decent selection of goods, except for fruits (can be improved).
Lack of options, good for those who wanted to get simple grocery.
Many goods, resonable prices, has 4D outlet, near my office.
A rather spacious fairprice that is well stocked. Perfect for grocery shopping
Good sized NTUC with a fairly comprehensive range of items. It also has a Singapore Pools outlet for betting. Best part car park is free on the weekends and after 7pm (I think)! Further, it never seems to be overly crowded unlike the NTUC Finest at NEX. However, they do charge for plastic bags.
Good location located within light industries and commercial area. Might be crowded at times at the checkout counters at times…
One of the few fairprice supermarket that is not crowded
Great place. Friendly service staffs. I love it
So big, many things are cheap
好大,很多东西便宜
Good
Small version but very convenient from tai seng mrt plus not crowded
Big sized NTUC but do not carry Johnson & Johnson body wash.
It cost 20cent for plastic bags.
Nice place and wheelchair friendly
Convenient, good shopping!
方便,好逛!
Always shop here.
Well stock. Good for quick grab on way home.
First time…
Very neat ..Spacious.
Cashier Miss Cheryl Tan … very helpful..During the self check out …
Thank you
Cannot find Heng’s brand chilli
Things a bit expensive. And range of goods is limited. But location is. Good.
Good. Staffs are friendly and helpful
Poorly replenished of stocks especially fruits and vegetables at 8am. Basic carbo like potatoes are not there. Capsicum and other veg left less than 5 to choose from. Even baby formula milk also limited. Please ensure that there are sufficient stocks for early shoppers.

A not so crowded FAIRPRICE outlet. Good place for some weekend topup.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping here for groceries. It’s a convenient walk distance from the Mrt Stn. It’s bright, spacious and neat and less crowded most of the time. Most of the staff are friendly, pleasant and helpful!
Wife’s favourite grocery shopping place.
An excellent place for a quick grab. Though not large but sufficient for the basic needs. Plus point is free parking and easy access of trolleys to carparks. Weekend coffee, anyone?
Very very convenient to do your grocery shopping. The store is rather complete in varieties of goods and stock. There are many eateries there too to satisfy your hunger and thirst.
Not a very big Fair price branch..but still have our normal necessarily goods sell there.
Good but something items missing
Local low price items for all
There are a new branch of FairPrice grocery market (open 7am – 10pm) at the TaiSeng MRT.
I am so happy to find new small shopping malls and many restaurants nearby the subway station.
However, there is no direct connection from the subway station. You have to cross the street at the MRT.
Very conveniently located. It’s short distance away from the mrt station.

The fair price is charging 20 cent per transaction for the plastic bag, so do get your own recycle shopping bag.
Very good service
This ntuc dont have many things sell all the useless things. Come here only if really convenient or you want to window shop. The ntuc staff also very rude keep staring …
