Awesome
Great place for a run next to the river. Very empty and nice ambience most of the time.
Good
Wonderful experience of the pit and road the cars are driven on
Great experience but slave to the weather
Nice place. Watched chingay there very good performance
Very good customer service. Registration process was smooth, ambiance is decent, place is semi well ventilated. Very organized, and staff were skilful. Penetration of nose and mouth with the cotton tip done professionally, didn’t gag or vomit. Nostrils now feel enlarged and breaths better. Say yes to more oxygen. Jokes aside, really good to see the testing process so efficient and organised.
Pit building has multiple purposes, be it an exhibition area, a pop-up club or a F1 paddock. It’s not the most convenient and I recommend to go if you have an event in mind already
In year 2020 half quarter. This place is where swab test are done
Every one just pry for me.i can make more deam hear.
What is there not to love about being on an actual F1 track and in a pit building?! The driver names are still present and you k ow how many stars have walked there before you. Love it
Excellent but now currently use for other purpose due to the current Covid situation.
An interesting place to explore by the kallang river towards singapore river. It is referred to cycle or jog there. Skating maybe limited since the road condition isnt as smooth as I expected.
It offered nice scenic view of the skyline during evening time.
Excellent location to experience the Formula 1 Grand Prix! Great food, entertainment!
After 3 years MCO,SG F1
Went there for swab test. Spacious and evening can go cycling around the area.
We’ve tested COVID19 by swab and blood.
Being used as a swab test facility now, organized for its purpose.
Very questionable parking management during event period. What you save in parking fees you pay in petrol burned because the human system of parking wardens are unable to collaborate effectively. Lotsa space wastage – for every 4 parked cars there was actually space for a 5th one. Check out how the parallel cars are parked with so much space in between. They should just let the Drivers make their own decisions like we do in all other car Parks.
Lots of excitement with the Last Overland – Singapore to London expedition flag off.
Big area two storey building with function room upstairs. The rest are empty halls.
After 2 years..!!! F1
Seats aren’t comfortable but have a great viewing angle to view f1
The place itself have a very nice view of marina bay area of the sea and the sheared bridge which looks pretty nice in the background by itself
Many beautiful art pieces …
Good place to see F1.. The food is great.. And also for the hospitality
Go here for Chingay PA duty.
Good place to visit despite no F1 at the moment…
Finally back after so long ️ …
Amazing time. Ate so much
Great venue to hold events as it is spacious
Would prefer to be here when the grand Prix is on, but still pretty good to walk the street circuit.
Attended the Army Open House 2022 at the F1 Pit Building. I must say it’s pretty well organised but the battle rides bookings can be seriously improve. Everyone literally ran the moment the entrance opened to public at 9am. Didn’t even get a chance to ride anything as the bookings were all filled up by the time I reached the battle ride stations. Nonetheless, I am very happy to see the vehicle that I am trained in displayed at the open house… The terrex!!
Starting point for Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2018 Race
A 21K run, organized by 2XU, starting point at F1 pit building. Wasn’t expecting such a crowd.
nice Arena, next to Millenium walk, beautiful for jogging early in the morning.
Standard chartered marathon
2019 Standard Chartered Marathon is held here.
Very cool
Was there last night for the Sundown Marathon. It is the only night race in Singapore. The race is getting very crowded and the organisation is getting worst.
Being an F1 fan, this is the place you have to visit when in Singapore. They’re open all year and you can take photos in front of the pitlane.
An existing opportunity to walk through a pit lane, a section of the track and see the garages (from outside, though one was open) for any F1 fan. For better or worse they didn’t make it into a tourist attraction. We were there in October shortly after the GP and the track was still being dismantled. 4 and not 5 since it could be a bit better organized.
Nice
Nerve centre of the Singapore Formula One (and only) Night Street Circuit since 2008!
World first Formula one night race famous the world over happening every year in Sept 2nd half of the month.
This is now a converted place where the swab test for most of the people are taking place in
Really good feeling the pit area, had to change to go around the pit building
Raining open seat. Wet wet
I’ve seen many f1 races and chingay parades here. Great crowd control and food and bathroom options. I’ve also run marathon through here… f1 pit lanes
Not bad but I don’t think it is good enough as an attraction
F1 Pit Building is also F1 Garage & F1 Pit Stop, enterprises may rent any of the 41 garages or F1 Pit Building premises for company events outside of F1 periods.
Good to walk there at nigh
Great cozy place as a holding area for NDP training!
The home of F1 night racing! Nothing to complain man!
When the F1 is on its simply tantalising…
The Army Open House at the F1 Pit Building Last Day is on 28 May.
Don’t worry since you are unable to book your tickets online.
You can still get your tickets for the Army Open House.
Head down to the Army Open House Ticketing Enquiries Booth. There would be soldiers to help you book the tickets.
You just give them your Name and Email Address and the Tickets would be Send to your Email.
The Red Lions is under the Army Street Parade: 10 – 10.30 am
Book the Chinook Rides and M3G Rides at 9 am.
Try to book early as the tickets for the Chinook sold out very fast.
The Chinook Ride Take Off is at Marina South Grass Area.
Fireworks: 7.55 – 8 pm
For those guys have vehicle to visit. No public transportation nearby.
We walked by the building and as F1 fans this was a real treat – you can still see rubber marbles on the road and all the pit markings. Worth walking through IF you’re nearby. Otherwise not worth the trip.
No bus stop near this place because no alighting or boarding at the Marina Bus Terminal
Came here for the Army Open House 2022. Lots of people but still well organized. A really good place. The activity has air- con area and open area, you can step into the tank or the helicopter to get the real feeling as an soldier. A really good event.
Didn’t get to see the race live but did get to wander down the pit straight a week or so later. Quite a bonus to walk on the track, start/finish line and the pits. The pit building is a permanent feature so worth seeing if you can access while in the city.
Construction and maintainence activities have begun for the Singapore GP, 2 months prior to the race day.
Singapore is by far the best F1 Circuit there can be. It is a live road circuit and the race happens at night.
It is located in between many other visiting areas like the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay sands.
It host the F1 race (which might be discontinued in SG) and some events like outlet sales and hipster markets. Other than that, it is an empty building at a inconvenient location. The circle line has made it easier to reach though.
Place good. Loading bay for event is too far
Really awesome experience!! A drwam come true for me
When no event is going on, there isn’t much to see, unless you’re hardcore F1 fan.
This building today we go there for swap test excersize, near by marina bay, giant weel so many beauty full places around
Was exploring the city and the finish line area of the track was open (I think it always is). Closed to street traffic. Pretty fun to walk around and explore if you are an F1 fan. Drivers names were still above the garages. Nice view of the gardens by the bay.
Good place for medium to small sized events
Fun to go
awesome time at prade
Came here for the Army Open House 2022. Lots of people but still well organized. A really good place. The activity has air- con area and open area, you can step into the tank or the helicopter to get the real feeling as an soldier. A really good event.
Convenient. Not far from the mrt.
I’ve attended the Army Open House 2022 at the F1 Pit Building. That’s a great chance to see a lot of military weapons, vehicles, technologies. It’s a great experience but there are quite a lot of visitors.
Got the honour to enter the place but it was empty. Would imagine it to be packed and noisy when F1 race is ongoing.
Awesome feeling walking down the start finish line.
Good for tourists, but at present is closed due to Cobid 19..
Event will be start soon
every two weeks take the swab test here. …
The place looks decent. Many nice cars come here for photoshoot.
Good experience
A nice facility when not in use, it is a great place to cycle or jog around. Some pretty amazing views of the CBD from there too.
Beautiful place to run, but can be really hot when the Sun is up. The scene is stunning along the way!
Main hub for f1 and for major activities through the year like the Chingay Parade
Interesting activities the weekends before the grand prix but the karting activity although very cheap was very slow
Good parade route. Nobody really goes here unless it’s an event like Chingay or F1 races.
The night race at Singapore is one of the most interesting and unique on the calendar. There has been a safety car every race here and the heat and challenging circuit make for very interesting action. There is no place to sit where you can see much of the track since it is a street circuit, but at least they have tv screens everywhere. You can even run obtobthe track after the race and get a great view of the podium.
No public carpark for event
Ever wonder how the F1 paddock looks like when there is no race. Well, you may visit the paddock now. It’s empty but still quite an experience. You can almost feel the excitement and thrill of the race even though it’s empty now. However, do stay away from the front portion of the building as the building is currently being used for Covid-19 swab area. The place is well maintained and clean. Good place to cycle to.
Was there for Standard Chartered Run….what an experience to be at the F1 Pit
so good
During Chinese New Year, there is celebration of Chingay Parade here. It’s good to come earlier to observe the participants preparation.
Is empty now with no race but the pit wall with the 2018 f1 driver are still there
My few years Singapore experience, I visit only for covid-19 swab test, big place, looking awesome,
Great.
It’s a place for money burning. High heat, noisy, and crowded. When it’s back, expect a crazy weekend, lots of patrons, packed trains, and very hard to get a cab in and out.
Great seats to watch the GP. Podium visible if you’re at that end.
Traffic leading up to the place can be quite terrible esp when there is an event at the building
No speaker inside Level1
Basically a big holding area. Was here for NDP 2018. Definitely recommend to come by car.
Better drive if you wanna come here.
Nice view n good place for relax
Large empty rooms which are repurchased multiple times throughout the year for the many events hosted here
Nothing much to do there other than walking around. Flyer is just right next to it. It’s linked via PCN so it’s not that bad for scenery.
Singapore F1 Race 15th September to 17th September 2017. Street Track.
attended Chingay 2023 at F1 Pit. Awesome venue.
Everything about F1 is great
This place is used for motor racing and also for various other sports events. Marathons are also organised here. Place is very big and spacious for big events. Singapore flyer is right over there and you can have a very close look of it. The location is prime as it is located in the best location of Singapore.
Is good place at Singapore for Swab test area thanks all
2022 SIngapore Formula 1
Exciting Grand Prix in the City.
It is for those with deep pockets and is most exclusive and indulgent experience in life.
View from exclusive Paddock Suites.
It’s a clean & beautiful scenery once you are in the building. Both ends of the building have cargo lift (left side) & passenger lift (right side near to Spore flyer). Free parking.
Downside is if you are stuck in the rain with no umbrella, best to call a cab.
A 10-15mins walking distance to walk from the nearest Promenade Mrt & bus stop opposite Ritz Carlton. No direct bus that stops directly at Singapore flyer. No alighting/boarding in the Marina Centre terrace.
Nearest ATM/7-11 is located at Singapore Flyer.
Great f1 experience! Next time again
Very nice setup, I am impressed..
Organised place. Ample parking. Easily accessible.
Its a gimmick to me. The viewing is not great due to the road n blockages unless u r at the main gallery
The place for many companies to hold their events. It’s a nice venue!
Went for a swab test, process was quick and minimal hassle. Parking is ample.
The best place to be during the F1. Was here a few years ago to watch the F1 and it’s just amazing. Best views and nice lounges right above the action of the pit.
Being in the F1 paddock was amazing and it was a once in a lifetime experience.
its a place people use to host F1 race and other times they use it for runs (like marathons such as 2XU, NTUC income run, sundown etc..)
Interesting place to visit during F1 race and during non touristy season too though without any action. Outside of the F1 season, the Pit Building is a commercial building and is rented out as an art fair venue, sales venue and special events. Otherwise the building stand empty and closed. You can have a look at it from the outside. It is located at Republic Boulevard near Singapore Flyer.
nice to visit pits and names on them.
New experience other than FI Race ,now is Swap Test Centre
Nice place. You can ride bicycle, do exercise, running etc here.
Quiet when in between events. Great space to spread out.
Big building used for events on non sporting days. Super cold aircon contrasts the hot weather outside. On most days, just a big empty building.
Went there for the Chingay Parade – was superb! Beautiful display of various cultures!
Take a stroll around this area. World class track …
It buzy, but good
Im going there for 9nly swab test not for watching f1 racing …
Attended the Culture cartel 2019 there. Great place and space for holding such events.
Top class service.
A good place to watch event like F1, Chingay as it near to the seaside and walking distance to the MRT or bus stop. But need to walk about 10 minutes to the place when there is an event or not buses can reach there. About 5 mins walk.
I spent 2 days at the Affordable Art Fair. So inspiring!! Loved it
Wonderful place to explore, beside to Singapore Flyer. Lot of natural view’s, good place for nature explorer and photography.
Chingay 2019 at F1 pit building, Singapore. 15-16Feb 2019. #Im at Chingay 2019
You can have your own F1 racing.
Big area for any type of event. Just a 5 minutes walk from Promenade MRT.
It’s windy and clean!
Pit Row @ F1 Singapore 2017!!
Headed here for the coffee festival. Place was a definitely sure-kill for claustrophobic’s.
Word to organisers, while the F1 pit is grand and nice, it is definitely not a good place to organise a carnival with a payload of over 10,000 goers.
Attended the Dia de Muertos event here! The venue was convenient enough and could hold a large number of people.
Walking around after 21K (Half Marathon) 2XU Compression Run 2019.
How regret you will if not come for just once and you will felt differently before you been to than…couples, family outing, sports activities and even can cycle here throughout the park connectors!
Beautiful scenery by the Bay…
Bldg is not accessible to general public. So really can’t tell you anything. But this place was used tires the recent Standard Chartered Singapore marathon 2018.
Cather for F1 racing event and alternative use for Chingay parade and some orhers big event
Great place for leisure stroll or night jog
This place needs:
(1) better stairs
(2) more spacious washroom cubicles
(3) sheltered walkways
Great areana for cycling jogging and dog-walk.
So fast!
Pit Lane
Had the opportunity to view this year’s F1. Food was fabulous and service was superb. Would consider coming again.
The rain took out some of the enjoyment but overall okay. Expensive tickets but still seats are small. And lots of walking involved. End of the final day was a CHAOTIC -felt like potential stampede like situation.
Just wow
The place was the starting point of the Stanchart Singapore marathon 2018. Located near the Sing flyer, provides an excellent place for hosting such events..
Parking is easy there as there are ample amount of spaces. Well-ventilated and lited place for youngsters.
Odd building that reminded me of a secondary school. Once again bad Singapore architecture. It really felt old. Still, pretty convenient getting to.
Nice and big, good for riding along the track. Be warned of the heat during afternoons. Next to no shelter. If it suddenly rains you gonna get wet for sure. Beautiful scenery, can see the river, Reservoir and of course the flyer.
If you don’t take a photo it’s a crime!
It was a painful but memorable experience. My seventh swab test.
Extremely Crowded the actual race day. But lovely atmosphere !
Preview of F1 race
Great place for parking during events.
Great way to spend an afternoon cruising around the legendary F1 Track and the Pit Building….. very quiet these days – so the best time to visit…. enjoy the ride….
We warch chingay 2019 rehearsal.. its was so cool. We saw everything and even though i am smaller build, i can still see frim my seat! You can see the singapore flyer and it is beautiful! Definetly recommend dis place for awesome events!
Love the Boutique fairs here and always have nice events here.
For event is good, very spacious
Area are clean.
Hot as hell. Bring lots of water, views are good c
Nice place to relax on the afternoon , can rent a bicycle for evening cycle
Huge space for exhibitions spreading across 3 floors. Only thing is directions are not mentioned clearly. Would be nice to have sign boards when they have exhibitions. And parking is only for decals. No parking for visitors in the open car space which is huge! except at Singapore flyer parking.
Spacious space for events, outstanding location, be in a place where racing legends have stood.
Such an amazing track! Singapore puts on a great Grand Prix!!
Sad state to see the place unkempt n used as quarantine center. Made it look depressing… many potholes on ground, grass patches uncut
Attended boutiques fair at this location. Not the most accessible but still walkable from Promanade station Exit A, about 10 minutes walk.
Near to the Singapore flyer, hosting events such as F1 and chingay
Need to walk very long distance. There suit have a shutter bus, if have big event.
Exceptional!
Under utilized building that can do lots of public activities with free access as the view in front of building is facing to Gardens by the Bay.
Frequent venue for events, other than that nothing much. You can walk on the pit lane when there’s nothing going on
World’s best F1 night race track.
Nice place to Jog in the morning.. Or stroll in the evening.
Came here today for swab test…relatively faster den other place
Huge space. Good to have big event.
Good place for different events.
F1 2022 was oversold and oversubscribed. Do not be too greedy organizers. Money is not everything.
Best view ever.
Best experience ever after many years
Good place for cycling and the views. It serves as a connector to Kallang Waterfront Park and the National Stadium from the Floating Platform in your cycling routes. Now, it is currently transformed to host the Singapore Grand Prix in Sep so most of it is cordoned off. However you can witness the actual venue of F1 Racing and the view of the surrounding ocean is truly mesmerising.
They are preparing tents for covit test and getting ready for next F1
I had actually went here during the changay 2020 parade. The parade takes place In the F1 pit. The parade was actually nice and its held for 2 days to welcome the Chinese new year.
20 years old and still world class. There are other major circuits that don’t have half the facilities this does.
Very beautiful place & enjoyable.
Holding area for NDP contingents. Aircon there quite nice.
Very nice
The best view
Great location to host activities outside of the F1 race period.
Went to that place for chingay 2019 rehearsal lol, looks pretty cool
Chingay is the best show in February month
Cycling is the best way to view this stretch of building from flyer to national stadium
Great place to walk the pits if you’re interested in F1
Awesome, near by marina bay sand building
Huge place for huge events. Here for AOH.
I’ve attended the Army Open House 2022 at the F1 Pit Building. That’s a great chance to see a lot of military weapons, vehicles, technologies. It’s a great experience but there are quite a lot of visitors.
Great place to watch the motor racing. Able to see what was happening in the garages and during the race.
Nice place to cycle with kids
Went this morning for Standard Chartered Run. The F1 Pit is awesome and everyone loves taking g good pictudespite we were there maybe on many other occasions. Well maintain and kept.
Good view for National Day 2020 fireworks
I went there for the Army Open House 2022, and it was quite crowded and hot, but there were many activities to do there that were very fun
A place where memorable events are hosted. F1 GrandPrix, Chengay to name a few.
Only used for special events when no public parking is allowed…only for VIPs
Temporary used as a workers dormitory. Do not go there
Best F1 experience to eat and watch F1 racing from ur dining area
Great view of F1
2020 this year must use permit worker swab test Centre
Best place to see the Chingay 2019!
Wonderful atmosphere. Quite breezy.
Just that the parking is very far. Gotta park at Marina Square.
This is also the spot to see the F1 night race.
Lots of work going around now, to prepare for coming F1
Great venue for this year Chingay Parade
Starting point of SCSM 2022
Dint have time to look at the building becouse the cars and their sound will pull all your attention
