The owner and staff make detail explanations on the product that they sold, giving honest opinion about the difference between each product that best fit for your intended use and providing step-by-step coaching on the whole process from pre-purchase to post-purchase till transfer of ownership of product.

I wanted to take the time to thank both of them for their excellent services they provided for us. We sincerely appreciate their customer services, how they always available to handle challenging issues, the excellent work they have demonstrated on every enquiries and question and the professional way they conduct business.
As a first time buyer with zero knowledge of E Bike, they made us feel welcome and comfortable and no hard selling type of attitude. They are very friendly and assisted us throughout from choosing the most suitable ones, to registration , to payment and sharing with us valuable tips throughout our session. To sum up our experiences, I believe that they should be praised and recognised by their management for their effort and professionalism.

Went over to the showroom and the staffs were very approachable and friendly even though I am not decisive on the spot. Explained clearly with very good knowledge and answered to all my enquiries for a first time ebike buyer. Fast delivery and they provide with WhatsApp group for the after service follow up with the free 6 months warranty. Thank u guys for helping me with all the installation for mirrors and D lock positioning. Very very helpful staffs! Appreciate all the effort and highly recommend them
