There are so many good places to shop and to have fun at. Recreationally, the skating rink, the Downtown East Wet Park, the Pasir Ris Park, the Bowling Alley. There are good places to eat like Mukshiddona, Macdonald’s, Hei Sushi.

Still a nice place to go for food and stuffs. Since it’s now all connected it is great.

One good thing is no mrt station here. So at times the place here is not so crowded (at times)

So it great to just have a coffee and chat here during less busy hours.

The mall is clean and ehub is linked to downtown East and it’s pretty spacious at basement level where the Daiso store is. My boy can play some rides and his scooter there. I love to visit the Uniqlo branch here. It is relatively big and spacious. This makes it conducive to shop. Its weekend shopping crowd at this Uniqlo outlet is thin, hence you do not need to wait for the use of changing rooms.

Store space remains spacious and wide alleys between shelves.

A good mall for food, bowling, watching movies or sending kids to enrichment classes. Other than that there’s not much else. This mall was super hyped up when it opened a few years ago with an indoor kids ferris wheel and lights all over the building. The hype has since faded and so the new wing at D’Resort could probably have more to offer.

Might be lacking in big brands (not an issue for me) but you have a good variety of dining choices, fun and entertainment for the kids (Tayo station and roller skate ring).

Despite the reputation for being a teenagers’ hangout, this place is family friendly and well thought out. Level 2 has an NTUC, restaurants, Coffee Bean, and various retail outlets selling the usual stuff for home. Level 3 is for kids, boasting an indoor playground (Tayo), Zoomoov, small toy shops and even a barber. There is also a cinema, nearby accommodation (D’Resort@Downtown East), Wild Wild Wet water park, and no lack of facilities for those staying over for the weekends or holidays. The beach is a stone’s throw away. Children would find the place exciting. Usually well decorated for the Christmas season, drive by one day this year end, and enjoy the fresh sea breeze with the other families hanging out here!
