Hands down the best shop in SLS, built a PC there recently and despite stock limitations, I was still able to get the parts I wanted, there were some hiccups along the way but the customer service was excellent, from start to finish they made sure that the PC was running properly, they were attentive to my specific instructions on customization and will attend to any issue that arose.
Good prices and great customer service, nothing more you can ask for, no point going to a shop where the prices are low but the customer service is bad, although do cut Abdul some slack as he is very busy and may not respond to you immediately over WhatsApp and it is no surprise why, if you want his immediate attention then I’d suggest personally going down to the shop, a lot of people frequent this shop.

Great customer service! Very helpful as i was not fimiliar with pc building.
Liaised with Abdul purely on Whatsapp before heading down to purchase the parts ordered. The communication on Whatsapp lasted 5 days (from 12 Sept to 17 Sept) with me changing my part list over and over again. Abdul was patient all the way, took the time to check prices for me and come with some recommendations as well.
Since I also had time due to working from home, i shifted the collection date 1 day earlier on a short notice and Abdul and his team accommodated my timing change and packed the parts nicely.
Prices are very competitive as well – being lower than some other shops i compared pricing with.
Invoice also states which distributors will honour the warranty of the product which will prove convenient for customers in time to come.
Building the PC will take about 3 days or so, so I went ahead and have it built myself. Hence I am unable to comment on this part.

Let me share a lengthy one why Dynocore gets a five-star.
All shops are good when it comes to Sim Lim Square. Most customers prefer that one stop to get a new pc or fix a new component under their budget preference. I always prefer heading to a shop which has pre and post sales service. They should be welcoming, hear you out on your expectation and budget. Work something realistic and have a win win situation. Dynocore does that. I am similar to those guys who are lost with the new pc components and know very little of the products on the pc market. Mr Abdul was patient enough to explain which component sit well with my budget and work along with my expectation. Dynocore is patient and efficient that gives them an extra advantage for being outstanding
Kindly do not abuse their service. Seen some customers who are very demanding at the counter. Please do your research before stepping into sim lim.

Really great experience. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to build your own PC. They made the purchase decisions very easy, recommending a package of products all fit together. I had a small problem getting the cooling fans to work properly so I brought the case back to the shop where the technician was able to quickly show me where I had gone wrong. They even agreed to help me install Windows (I’m a Mac user so was struggling a bit with this process). Very impressed overall and will definitely be going back when my other child needs a PC.

I was exhaustingly scouting to build one for about half a year at least until almost gave up and get a RTS. But Mr abdul and the staff were very helpful in every step although I had numerous questions and uncertainties. Not only Mr abdul helped to choose best specs and most fitting to my budget but he and the team also helped build, diagnose and fulfil all my needs diligently. They even offered to carry the pc to pickup/drop off point at simlim for me to go home although I was the last customer.

First time pc builder here, and visited dynacore a month ago. Went on a weekday which was supposed to be slower. Very professional staff! The build was very clean and cable management was impeccably done. Went down, picked out ny parts and got my PC built on the same day. I am glad I made the right choice going with Dynacore (Abdul and team). For the past few years, my thought of shopping at SLS was rather… doubtful. Partly becos of the recent negative cases were seen and heard. However, Abdul and team really helped restore the confidence in me to buy stuff from SLS.

Fantastic customer service and professionalism, which is extremely rare in the custom PC build industry these days. Liaised with Ashley and Ahmed over WhatsApp to build a PC for me and my wife, and they patiently answered my hundreds of questions in detail, without pushing us to go for more expensive parts. Out of all the other DIY PC companies in Singapore, i had take the leap of faith to go with Dynacore because of the competitive pricing.
After a week of usage after purchasing the Invader Master MK 1 package (Ready-to-ship), i’ve decided to review for this awesome company.
Cons:
– Received my PC with slight defect (bubbles) on the tempered glass
– Didn’t send the free gift (wireless speaker) during delivery
Pros:
– Competitive price among other local DIY companies
– Wide price range of choices (including ASUS parts)
– RGB lights for the components are able to disable, if you do not like fancy lightings.
– Fast delivery: Placed my order on 20th Dec, and received my order on the 22nd Dec, with the delivery team constantly updating me of my order status.

Staff (Basha): I had whatapp Dynacore once i had found the defect and replied to my whatapp within 1 hour and offered to do a one to one replacement for the defect and stated that his team will contact me to arrange for the replacement. Was also very patient in explaining the services that Dynacore provide, delivery timings, advise on Windows OS installation and how the activation license works.
Staff (Abdul): Contacted me within the next 1 hour and offered to do a next day glass replacement for me or whenever date when i am free, together with the delivery of my wireless speaker, and they even do delivery on Christmas day if required.
Staff (Ahmed): Due to the RAMS was out of stock, even whatsapp me to ask me if it is ok with me to provide me with a replacement of equivalent RAM (from Crucial Ballistix to Kingston Beast Fury), instead of just replacing it without any notification.
Staff (Fedrick) Finally, the items were delivered and replaced professionally and quickly.
– Fuss free component warranty: Took a good rest before i had decided to start registering for a minimum of 7 PC components’ warranty, just to found out that they had all been registered by Dynacore’s team! Thank you for saving about 2 hours of my life for me to avoid doing the warranties for my components.

Building process was great and staff was very helpful in selecting components to fit my price point. However, I faced an issue where the computer randomly restarts. Brought it to the location and there wasn’t any technician to assist, so had to pick it up the next day.
Subsequently, it seemed like the technician was set on Windows 11 as the issue, and only did insufficient stress tests (multiple YouTube windows). Brought it home and the same issue persisted (event 41, bugcheckcode 0). Felt like they shrugged off every other possibility.

Let me just say that they did not disappoint! Abdul was the one serving me, and he was very patient with giving me advice and suggestions. The monitor that I wanted wasn’t available, so he recommended me one that was similar and slightly better.

Guys, let me tell you… I bought 2 laptops and 1 PC from Aftershock.
I went shopping at Typhoon Systems, Dreamcore and Mansa.
Yet I chose Dynacore to build my PC eventually. Why?
One of the marks I look out for, is whether the PC build room is connected to the sales room. In the early days of Aftershock, it was like that. You could literally walk in and shake hands with the guy building your PC or chat with him about your build.
As a photo/video editor, my build was quite demanding. To do a custom order over the weekend while keeping my storage so as not to disrupt my workflow. Other places were dulan because I didn’t buy storage or a graphics card, but Bashir(?) from Dynacore was cheerful despite being busy.
I will admit that due to the sheer volume, they missed out one or two items, but I forgive them because my build was quite complicated. They delayed my build by a day but I saw Saheed (?) work OT until 8.30pm when they closed at 7.30, just to finish my order without any compromise. Tell me whether you can still find such customer service at any of the big companies above?
Aftershock gave me the wrong size cooler.
Dreamcore still hasn’t replied to my queries after a week.
Mansa said “checking stock” and Typhoon said “see when we free”.
Dynacore was the only one that stepped up to the plate and delivered. From now on, despite lacking the marketing that the other companies have, I will recommend Dynacore as the only place for serious media professionals to build their rigs.

Great Package, Good Prices, Excellent Customer Support.
I was considering Aftershock for months, but their prices and config is not really to my liking. Took the leap of faith with Dynacore and was pleasantly surprised. Read on more if interested.
Great Package: Came across their Invader PC line during COMEX sale, and their configuration was almost identical to the one I spent weeks researching and doing price checks from multiple SLS Price list. I must have compared at least 10 different CPU and motherboard config, considering the price range features vs features as well as how future proof the system is. It’s as if they could read my mind and offered what I was looking for all in a Ready-to-Ship package.
Good Prices: Not only that, the price offered was also extremely competitive, and by my calculations based on SLS price list, the 3070TI was only slightly above MSRP, and definitely the cheapest i could find when comparing with the rest of the other packages from other big brand name stores. Even Aftershock’s COMEX/Intel Gamer Deals wasn’t as good.
Great Service: The main thing that sealed the deal for me was the Service. The Boss replied me even on wee hours over whatsapp to help with my queries, and replies were always very prompt and fast. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even when there were some hicups with their supplier, they stayed late beyond their opening hours just so they can get my set out in time to accomodate my schedule.
I originally opted for delivery ($10 only which is cheap!), but subsequently changed my mind as I might not be able to stay at home when the delivery comes, they offered to refund the delivery fees without even me asking. They even waited 30min after their closing time for me to collect my set. For other businesses, I’m sure they would have just forfeited my delivery fee.
When i missed out on collecting the free gift, they could have asked me to make another trip down to collect again, but they offered to get it delivered to me, without even me asking for it.
Even after delivery, they were prompt as always in replying to my queries, regularly following up to see if I needed more help.
Really best service I have ever came across.
Unboxing Experince: Although they sold the set to me as a Ready-to-Ship package, they included all the left over accessories and boxes from the components, as if I bought the individual parts myself. If you are the kind that likes to unbox each box or keep all the leftover accessories, this is something you wouldn’t find with normally with a pre-built. There were the manuals from the various parts, original CPU coolers, tons of cables, screws, etc

All these years I’ve been buying parts from the other store. Usually because I keep thinking they are the cheapest. But their customer service is just 1 star in my opinion. Service: The team there was great and responsive. They answered all types of IT queries, quotations, PC builds, discounts, etc.
Outcome: I added the 2 HDD into 2 different computers. The 2 disks ran well. I did a full complete format, and there were no hiccups.
Initially, I have them a 4 star rating because the M.2 NVMe SSD was a bit of a disappointment. However, after they provided great support and I managed to get the M.2 NVMe SSD to work at improved speed, I changed it to a 5 star rating to show my appreciation for their support.
Details: I read online that there was some issues, and when I asked them whether I will be able to smoothly install windows 10 on the new M.2 NVMe after showing them the Asus H97-Pro Gamer motherboard manual. They said that it will work for sure.
However, I spent the whole Sunday trying to install windows 10 on the new M.2 NVMe SSD and it failed. I faced so many problems, such as MBR disk problem, changing multiple BIOS settings, windows 10 installation failed to complete the installation, motherboard cannot detect the M.2, etc. I hope that I will be able to resolve this once I upgrade the BIOS on Monday. But if I fail, I will be bringing my PC down to get their help, hopefully their team will be able to help me to solve my pain point and redeem their 5 star rating.

Dynacore sent me a WhatsApp message once they received my review. Kudos and appreciate their fast response. I updated the BIOS OS and finally managed to get the motherboard to detect the M.2 NVMe SSD. However, there was a bottleneck on the speed at 500 MB/s. The drive could support about 2000 MB/s. Hence I went down to their store again, and they advised me to get a PCIe 3.0 to M.2 NVMe adaptor to improve the speed.
Outcome: The adaptor worked well, and I managed to improve the drive speed. Great support from their team.
I went there without much knowledge of PC. The sales person there was nice and recommended me with different parts that I can choose for my build. I choose to let them build my PC at the shop, after it was build they called me to pick up on the same day. Everything went smoothly, great service!

Built a gaming rig. Abdul was cool enough to allow me to use parts bought from other store for the assembly and even gave me friendly advices with regards to the build.
The prices are quite competitive as well, and he’s even willing to match the prices! In the end I’ve decided to get a monitor and wireless mouse from them as well (note that he did not try to hard sell me but I’ve decided to purchase them on my own whims). Noticing that I would probably have a hard time carry everything to the taxi stand myself, he even sent one of his employees to help transport everything via an trolley to the taxi stand.

Went in looking to get parts for my pc build, and was quite disappointed. Firstly, when I asked about the availability of RTX3070, the staff (pc builder?) told me that it was OOS and there’s only 3070ti, which was more expensive. Seeing as that was the only choice, I went with that. Just as I was about to confirm my purchases a mere 5 mins later, I overheard that same staff confirm availability of the 3070 with another customer. I quickly told the cashier that I wanted to change to the 3070 because that was what I initially wanted. Not once did I get an explanation from either of them regarding this, when that pc builder guy almost got me to spend more than I wanted if I hadn’t taken matters into my own hands.
Another issue was that before I went down, I checked with their e-consultant via whatsapp regarding delivery costs, and I was told that it was $15. Once I was at the store, the same guy who told me that the 3070 was OOS said that delivery was fixed at $20. Didn’t know delivery costs could change based on the person quoting me, but I found that quite unprofessional.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for me.
Boss was very friendly, recommended us which parts to pick and what not to so we could save cost. The staff were very patience in going through the specifications with us too
Been looking around for new PC to replace my son laptop. Always in favour of custom PC instead of famous brands pre-built desktop. Was quite surprised on how expensive GPU is now…
So I did a lot of parts research for the past few weeks and looked around for reputable shops at the same time. Somehow with leap of faith, decided to settle down on Dynacore Invader series and was introduced to Abdul. Whatsapp conversation lasted about 1.5 days as I have few parts to upgrade. Was quite pleased that we managed to squeeze in a better GPU. After getting the Invoice and make payment over PayNow, PC was delivered the next day on 11.11.
PC came with all the individual parts boxes eventhough it was pre-built, which is nice. My only concern is that the AIO cooler tubes was too near the rear exhaust fan, think only 1-2mm gap. So I turned the radiator to face the front and looks much better now. My son was ecstatic with all the ARGB lightings and how cool it look esp with the Be Quiet 500DX case.

I was looking for ASUS’s PN64 mini series with a 64GB RAM configuration.

I was happy with the recommendation and just before I left, Raja assist me to perform a test on the system just to make sure everything is ok. And indeed, it was NOT ok haha.. The BIOS would not recognize the (32GB x 2 DDR5-4800) but can only registered with either a 16 or a 32GB.
Raja was determine to solve it by swapping new RAMs and try it on different set. He even contacted the support team for this unusual expectation.
After a few rounds of testing, unfortunately the unit was confirmed it couldn’t support 64GB. Raja then offered me a full refund as he has exhausted with all the options already.

Went to the Dynacore showroom was so ready to order my first PC after so many years (have been a Mac user). Had to wait a while before someone could finally help me. Which is not a bad thing as the more customers they have to serve, it means the more trustworthy the brand is!

Recently bought a pc from them and all I have to say is Abdul was as good as everyone else reviewed him to be. Fast in responding and took the time to find all the parts I wanted while giving recommendations for better parts at a cheaper price. The assembly was pretty fast and everything was setup nicely (software/drivers). Prices are slightly lower as compared to other places. Would recommend anyone to go there even for beginners after doing some research for what you need.

I also must commend on the after sales service and especially highlight Abdul. After I made the purchase and went home, I realised that the motherboard was one that did not support DDR5 and DDR5 was what I wanted and communicated to the shop. On top of that, I also had already bought DDR5 32GB RAM from the shop.
I highlighted the issue to Abdul through WhatsApp at 9pm. Abdul responded next morning at 7 plus am to say that he will check.
Long story short, upon verification, Abdul apologised and provided a switch to a DDR5 motherboard without much hassle.
Before sales service is one thing, but what makes a good service orientated company is how they manage the after sales. And I must say, Dynacore has set an example for others to follow. I would recommend this to all who are looking for PC build and parts.
