Tried their Holi special 8 course meal and it was quite a lot of food to be honest. Enjoyed the chats and the pav bhaji- but the star of the meal was definitely the Chola Bhatura. The chicken tikka roll was a letdown and could have been better. We packed the main course as it was too much food. As for the desserts- the kulfi was nice but cold rosogolla is a strict no-no for me. Would be lovely if they took the trouble to warm it up before serving.

A classy place on a street with many questionable ones. Had a paneer dish recommended by the staff, it was new to this American who enjoys Indian at home. This was my favorite meal in Singapore. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re in this area just eat there. You will be happy.

Went with a friend for a drink. I ordered a brownie. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. Stale and tasted like it was way past expiry. The ice cream served with it was freezer ‘burnt’. Overall a terrible dessert experience. Maybe the main meals are better?

Touristy, even when there was no tourists
The food was great, good selection for vegetarians with their Indian cuisines. Good music and staff were friendly and quick to sit us at tables but service took too long to come after. It seems like there were many servers but they didn’t give us attention and took us 20 mins and repeated efforts to ask for the bill and make payment. No GST charged.

This place has been there on our list for a long time and today was the day to pay a visit. Located at the Circular Road junction, back side of Boat Quay.
We wanted to check out some starters instead of main course and we went for “Bloody Mary” Cheese Kulcha, Tandoori Soya Chaap Tikka and Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli. Everything was just wow and yum.
Cheese Kulcha portion was 3 mini size aloo-cheese stuffed kulchas served with a smoky & spicy chutney. The chutney was so yum that I had it with every other dish haha!
Tandoori Soya Chaap Tikka was just so lovely! 9-10 pieces of Soya Chaap tikkas served with green chutney and mayo! Melt in mouth and so flavourful! Definitely a must try who are looking for some good Soya chaaps in Singapore.
Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli portion had good 10 raviolis in Arrabiata source, tasted great but the sauce could’ve been a notch better but still was tasty and filling.
These 3 starters was quite filling for 2 person. We had Singapore Sling which was very well prepared and a pint of draught Heineken which was fresh from the tap!
Overall, the taste, portion and service were super good and we had a nice time. Definitely a must go for a good spread of vegetarian options with drinks. We got options for both indoor and outdoor tables on a Saturday night, so no waiting time.

I found the place just ok. I tried their Sunday “Color of Holi’ 8 course menu and had mixed feedback.
Cons : the gol grappas never gave authentic feel as it seems they were the ready made fried ones. The least I wud have expected. Same way for chat papadi, the papdi were not freshly made. Instead they used the packets that’s u can find at mustafa easily. People wud come for authentic experience and not the packed stuff.
Pros : the staff was nice and the lady who served us was engaging. This makes a good difference.
Chole in Chole bhature was good and Pav bhaji was tasty.
In summary, Chat and gol gappe put me off and let them down, rest food was good and an extra star for staff.

Pros of this restaurant – amazing customer service. While most of the staff had lukeworm idea of hospitality, one of the servers knew how to entertain effortlessly. I think her name is Yoming.
Second, it is open late at night. We went to this restaurant, in pouring rain after flying into Singapore on a 18+ hours direct flight. This was our alternative to McDonalds at 11PM.

Cons – Very, very loud music
Second, it is located on a road that looks shady ( I am being polite).
Third – they can do so much to the food. The gobi Manchurian and the masala papad were very spicy. The burnt garlic fried rice and chicken Momo with herb were bland. Both (Tom Yam Yam) and mocktail (bubblegum Pina cola Lada) were average. The mocktail did not even look like the pic they had in the menu, we asked our server and were told it was our mocktail without any explanation into why did it not like the one in their menu.
But nothing beats the fact that we were able to enjoy that option at 11 PM.
Excellent service! The finger foods like momos, masala peanut and nachos were all of great taste. This place is good for hanging out with friends on a cool evening. Would definitely recommend to try the chicken momos. Kudos to the entire team!

If you want to try good Indian style Chinese, this is a place which will not disappoint you at all. Their taste and flavour feel like so much India. It’s one of the best Indian Chinese I have had till date in Singapore. The spices are mild here. We ordered Chilli Garlic Noodles and Veg Manchurian and both were so good. The noodles quality and quantity is also very good.
Music and ambience is very very nice. It’s a cool place to hangout with team members and friends and have drinks and chat. Service could be further improved as people are not readily available before service and you have to find them to have anything.
staffs are friendly and proactive. dj on friday evening was hilarious and played good songs. we’re lucky to get a seat without reservation on a friday evening around 8pm. however, they do need more choices for non-alcoholic drinks. popcorn chicken too spicy/peppery to our liking.

Great Indian food for a good price, made better with the Entertainer 1 for 1 deal. Lots of people around drinking as well which shows that it’s a good place for drinks although we didn’t drink. The briyanis were pretty great and all the servings of the dishes i.e. butter chicken, were quite generous as well. Would probably come back here if I’m craving for good indian food in the area.
