    ITS DONNY AGAIN! Bought the DJI FPV from him at the Funan store. Have bumped into him multiple times. At a flight meet. Helped me with my warranty claim. And was the one who welcomed me when i dropped by this flagship store. Even gave a nice tour of this brand-new place. Great guy, and very knowledgeable in his products.     This compliment and gratitude came a little late but better than never.
    I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DINO .. of DJI Vivo store.
    I contacted them via web chat early hours of 1/2 dec. As I head to work I forgot about it. Dino replied to me and closely follow up in the evening of 2dec where I realised that I don’t have time to get the gift as I need to fly out on 3dec morning.
    Dino called me personally to make the arrangements to ensure I got it by that night. He even offered to have it delivered after operating hours and even asked if it’s ok, if he delivered it after he had dinner with his family.

    I totally did not expect him to go beyond that and trusting that I would pay him cash upon delivery.

    He arrived to deliver the item past midnight just to ensure I am able to have the gift and head for the airport early morning on 3dec.
    Dino definitely is a service legend to me which is hard to come by this days.

    He deserves a recognition for his excellent service DJI.

    I just had my drone serviced here as it got some dust inside the gimbal and propeller. At first, the crew advised me to just buy the blower to save me from paying service fee. He even thought me how to do it. That’s when I know, he’s putting customer first instead of personal benefit. So kuddos to him (sorry, i forgot the name)

    I sent pushed for a service since i know they can do better than me. And after 2 weeks, i picked it up and it was fantastic. They even test fly it within the shop.

    Impeccable services received from both Reeve and Vincent! On our first visit, my husband and I decided to purchase the mini 2 as the demonstration and tips given by Vincent was great.

    On our second visit, we were served by Reeve and we were glad to receive same top-notched services. Reeve was willing to share more flying tips and was really patient with us.

    We had issue connecting the drone to the remote controller (user’s problem) after our visit and he was kind enough to video call us to solve the problem.

    I went to have my dji mini 2 repaired as it won’t turn on. It happened after my drone fell into a pool. The technician was very accommodating. After few days, he said that it was working fine and that there could be some residue of water left the last time. We tested ok. Didn’t cost me a thing!

    The sale personnel Reeve is such and sale oriented person. Which is helpful even after month later. I had an problem oversea using it. He still advice me through our contact. Yes It did not work out during mine oversea trip. Today on 22.02.2023. I got to his shop. He try and he told one of his IT personnel to help me solve it issue. They are such a great team work.     Brought my gimbal in for servicing thinking that one of my motors is faulty and after one look the staff Carl was able to tell that I did not balance the gimbal properly.     Took a second basic training course with DJI @ vivo with Dino – a very experienced instructor. I took the introductory training course in order to decide which drone model I should purchase. He was very patient to answer questions and he was clear in his explanation, and he made the lesson very fun for all his trainees. I am now confident in making the right purchase now that have a better understanding and grasp of the product, not only that, I have full confidence and assuredness that my needs in future including the after sales would be just as accommodating. Thanks again Dino !!!
    On another note, please avoid this instructor by the name of Vincent Li. My first basic training was with this individual; he was out of line with his trainees, disrespectful and had the worse attitude which could have been avoided if he was more patient. The worse promoter and representative of DJI, very unprofessional. Hopefully after my confrontation with him, his attitude will change. For all those who encounter the same problems with this chap, please step up to the plate and report him to DJI. After my episode with him, I was told he was much nicer. If he ever shows attitude, confront him head on because I am sure this will not be his last outburst …. .BE WARNED !!

    I had an amazing experience at DJI ARS vivocity Singapore. Was served by JOE who has excellent customer service skills very welcoming polite and wins you over with his initial welcome. I bought a gimbal from here and JOE gave me lesson on how to use the gimbal. He also down loaded the app and configured the gimbal settings. JOE was very respectful kind and patient and took time to explain each function. I would highly recommend this store especially for beginners who are not so well up with IT. Keep up the good work.     My husband bought a DJI Mavic Air 2s yesterday and just had our training session with DINO. He was great! He very efficiently and effectively taught about 6 groups of us the “101” course. He was able to keep everyone in the corner of his eye and knew what everyone was doing the whole time. He taught us important skills and tricks and added such enjoyment to our experience. My daughter picked up the skills very quickly, even more quickly than us! The DJI Mavic Air 2s is a great device! We will definitely have a lot of fun with our drone. All thanks to Dino!

    Was assisted by Dino. I had an issue with a DJI pocket gimbal that I tried to refund through Lazada but eventually was rejected and the item was returned to me. By then, the 2 weeks grace period from registering the item had passed and I was unable to immediately get a one to one exchange. Dino assisted by making a special request to HQ and eventually I was able to get a new working unit. Very friendly and helpful.

    Reeve Lum very service oriented and knowledgeable in the drone. However after he made the sales he is not responsive anymore to questions around warranty registration. Seems to me he has made his commissions and therefore doesn’t care about after-sales service anymore.
    Buyers beware of this shop.

    Store Manager contacted me and rectified the service lapse. Appreciate the manager’s proactiveness to recover the service. Hence the 5 stars .

    This is honestly a store with an amazing service. I am contacting them from Indonesia amd messaged them through here yet the response was fast and thorough.

    I was getting DJI RC Pro, and asked them if they can have it delivered to the hotel where my friend was staying in Singapore. Without any hesitation, they offered and they managed to deliver it to my friend, and they contacted my friend themselves, and gave it to my friend and my friend paid by cash.

    I’m still very impressed honestly, that it was so easy. And for the helpful service by Dino Wong as I understood, the person who had been replying my inquiries.

    This is my first time doing business with them, but I know for sure you will be satisfied doing business with them.

    Writing a review here because I can’t seem to find the DJI Singapore customer feedback email.
    Sharing my experience of bad customer service from a rude staff.

    Firstly, I went to the store on 3 May 2022 looking to buy the Pocket 2 Waterproof Case and it was not on the shelves. I asked a staff whether they had stock and he snapped ‘No stock’. I then asked if the other stores in SG (e.g. in Funan Mall) had stock. He did not bother to check (maybe he is too smart and remembers the entire inventory in SG at his fingertips) and snapped back again ‘No stock. Supply chain problem. No ETA. Do you know what is no ETA? No estimated time of arrival. China got supply chain problem.’ I didn’t hang around anymore since the staff was pretty rude and what I was looking for was not in store.

    I then went to the store again two days later on 5 May 2022 to get the Osmo Pocket Accessory Mount and the same staff was working there. I asked again if there was stock for the Pocket 2 Waterproof Case just to see if I would get the same rude reply. As expected, he snapped at me again ‘No stock.’ And gave me a lecture on ‘China and Hong Kong lockdown. Supply chain problem blah blah blah…’ I told him he did not need to give me a lecture on the lockdown and supply chain issues because I would probably know about it more than he did. Then I told him I would just get the Osmo Pocket Accesory Mount that day. He took his own sweet time to process the payment and I waited a whole few minutes waiting for him to finish up whatever he was doing on the computer and finding the price of my item.
    Lastly, all these while when he was engaging with me on my second visit, he had his mask down and was pretty unaware of it. Before I left, I reminded him that this was an indoor place and he should mask up. This guy should not even be working as a service staff with that kind of attitude and service etiquette.

    I had a very enjoyable time at the DJI flagship store. As a completely new beginner, I found Reeve very trustworthy. He did not try to sell me anything but took great pains to explain the pros and cons of each model.He was focused on my needs as a customer and even advised me against buying an SD card far bigger than what he felt I would need,
    His colleague Dino was also helpful. I placed an order to buy and when my drone arrived, Dino helped me with my collection. In all, it was a very pleasant experience. I signed up for the drone flying session and I learnt a lot of stuff from the practical session that I wouldn’t have from just watching YouTube tutorials. I recommend it and Vincent is a very good instructor.

    Was serviced by Dino as my son lost his wire for DJI gimbal and bought a new wire from DJI online store as there was no stock in Singapore. However, when the wire arrived he was unable to trigger the recording function on the camera. We were referred to the technician at Vivo city and was serviced by Dino. He was very experienced and within 5 minutes, he could diagnose accurately that the issue was a wrong wire purchased. He was also really service oriented and willing to offer to sell us the wire that he has on hand at a discounted price because we needed it urgently. Thank you so much Dino for your excellent service!
