Went on a Sat evening and queued for about 20mins. As expected of DTF, everything was great. I’d especially recommend the pork chop fried rice (the pork chop was so tender and flavourful) and xiao long bao.

Also, note that they’ve removed the usual jar of chili sauce from every table, likely because of Covid restrictions, so you’ll have to request it from them.

Always a great experience dining here at DTF, evident from the long queue during peak hours daily!

Had a battery crisis coming in here, with our phone almost flat and not being able to check in – service staff went through the hassle to check if they have any solutions to help us get through it. Though they didn’t have the cable for android devices, they made multiple trips around to check and the sincerity to help was appreciated

Food was good as usual, though the same can’t be said for the sweet and sour soup which is a little sub-par.

Will definitely return when I’m craving for a Chinese cuisine (especially Xiao Long Bao)!

Family’s favourite. Although prices have gone up in recent years, it’s a place we love to visit. Our preferred is Jurong Point. Service is excellent, and best of all, the staff always serve a bowl of hot soup for my young one to have with her fried rice. A really nice touch. One more thing to add….. 红油抄手 & 干拌面 seem to be uniquely Singapore. The Taiwanese & Malaysian versions are the same & different from Singapore’s. And we love our version. The Best!

I have eaten here thrice. The service isn’t too good. They are slow and the product quality depends on the time one visits I Guess. I ordered the Xiao Long Bao that’s soupy delicious but the filling of soup was too little. The hot and sour soup was good. The last two visits were better and so were the dumplings, but the service wasn’t great then.

The food here is just disappointing. 担担面 has too much peanut in the sesame source; 酸辣汤 is too watery; 小笼包 is mediocre, at best; 炸排骨 is just bland; and 葱香鸭卷 barely taste onion, and the duck meat still stinks (should have been treated with ginger to staunch that taste).

So I am a big fan of this place. Always and always. This is a taiwanese chain and I can’t wait to go to Taiwan once to try the food out! The service is always perfect. Order usually arrives on the committed time. I think look at the menu and decide. There is lot of food to explore. There is a queue always in the place but they have a very efficient system of managing. I don’t think you can do a reservation here. Food is really awesome!! If you are around any din Tai Fung the xiao long bao is awesome!! The mango pudding too!!

Definitely the place to go to when we crave for Xiao Long Bao. Is still the best in Singapore. However, DTF @ Taipei 101 in irreplaceable.

Enough said, service is also very different. Will be hard to get service staff when they are crowded and your requests might be forgotten, but nonetheless, the staff are friendly and polite.

Our recent visit is rather pleasant as it is rather empty due to the Covid Virus. So orders were promptly taken and food were served fast, didn’t have to wait too long.

This outlet at Jurong Point has a lot of seating to accommodate to demand. But still, if there is no Covid, you will have to wait for some time during peak hours.

Used to be serving one of the best fried rice in west zone, but I am surprised today’s standard has dropped so much. The rice is too sticky, taste is not good. Btw, ordered 3 plates of fried rice but not served about the same time, waited too long apart despite reminder. Even chilli oil only served when asked the 3rd waiter. I came by on a weekday afternoon for lunch, and there was a short queue. However, I did not have to wait long. Due to the huge lunch crowd, there were some hits and misses in terms of service. The staff had forgotten about my appetiser dish, the 小菜, which is usually served within 5 minutes of ordering, until I asked them about it. By then, all my other dishes had been served. Food-wise, the standard is maintained, and I did enjoy the simplicity of my noodles and the xiao long bao.

Didn’t have a DTF-worthy meal at this outlet.

Food-wise, the beef noodles soup was horribly bland and the beef has a really gamey taste. I couldn’t finish half the bowl and left the eatery hungry

Star of the show should be their XLB but I personally feel like the standards have dropped since my last visit. There wasn’t much soup in the dumplings and that is kinda the point.

Service was also below average – hard to get their attention and one of the servers really came over multiple times to refill our water glasses with a really grumpy face. The place was also only less than half filled as we went during off-peak so not sure why it was so difficult to get their attention.

Will not return to this outlet.

My wife’s favorite Din Tai Fung. Outstanding. However, in the last times we have gone there, the usual waiting time has become very long. If you order two different dishes, they come in very different times, and that is no more to eat together. A great restaurant, where better organization and logistics are really needed.

Ordered the braised beef noodle, pork chop egg fried rice, steamed pork dumplings (xiao long pao), and vegetable pork dumplings.

Only the xiao long pao was good. The fried rice was not very interesting, but it had a large pork chop. The beef noodle soup stock was not tasty or rich. The vegetable pork dumplings were dry.

Service is excellent. Staff are courteous, fast, and efficient.

    Would not return.

Last night meal was quite disappointing as restaurant wasn’t busy but service crew did not try to take our orders. If arrive after 8pm, usually some starter dishes will be sold out for the day. one xiao long bao broke when lifted up from the steam tray…

The service here is really slow and lacking. Got the outside seat. Didn’t pass the usual bag holder that they usually still pass to us at every other outlet.

When asked for menu for our parents, asked us to use QR code. Reluctantly passed one menu.

Food was ok. Refilling of water is not auto and have to get their attention. But we do see the refilling of tea. 2 dessert (pudding) took way too long to come when it is getting empty. Not sure why

A place to put customers bag, specific utensils designed for kids, each waitress has custom designed pouch to keep their pen and walkie talkie nicely, even their Earle Grey Lemon tea’s ice is Earle Grey itself! Not forgetting to mention their Xiao Long Bao is very good!

Nice place for a family dinner. Ordered their Fried rice, XLB, Prawn pancake and Duck in crispy pastry, and a pot Chrysanthemum tea.
If you prefer inner seating, you need to inform earlier when getting a queue number, however must be willing to wait due to limited availability.
Better queuing system than before, phone message reminder when it is almost your turn.

Nice restaurant with great tasty food. Their pork dumpling (aka 小笼包) which is a Must have. Their pork chop fried rice is tasty and comes with a big piece of crispy chop. My favorite is the prawn roll, which is the best I’ve ever tried, though the portion is a bit small. There’s also a healthier choice of noodles to choose from and fried rice are less salty.
