Looks modern but there are a lot of cages with carton boxes stacked near the checkout making it look ugly. It is rather small and the range are limited: eg I can’t seem to find Ben And Jerry Vegan ice-cream here, can’t of out of touch for a top end supermarket. Lots of stuff out of stock or do not stock: yalkult grapes, Meiji chocolate milk, etc. But other than this, the ambience is great. The checkout lady can improve on her customer service skills too just like the other Cold Storages: position premium but do not bother to train their checkout girls.

Weird entrance, weirdly placed shelves at the entrance. Once customers enter and stop at the first few isles, whole entrance is blocked up. Might want to rethink the organisation of the entrance.

Not the biggest cold storage with the biggest range of stuff, but somehow you are still able to find most of the stuff you want. Has a problem with trolleys during peak hours however, meaning that there are none available when you want one.

Tucked away in the corner of star vista this place is very convenient albeit smaller than the neighbouring store in Holland village. Has most things that you need and easy to get around.
Please update the salad form, thank you! No point having the form there when half of the toppings aren’t available. I would suggest having an ordering kiosk :l
And also, the serving size is so inconsistent, the salad could have a HECK TON of baby spinach with 1 measly piece of meat OR little bit of spinach with MORE pieces of meat? Like wut?

I have been shopping in Star vista Cold Storage for the last 9 years. Over the years, I came to know almost all the employees in this store. I want to make a special shout-out to your staff Ms Nisah, I am amazed with her dedication and patience. She’s always wearing her sincere smile even when the store is busy, esp during the pandemic right now.
And because of Nisah , and her rockin’ customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Good chicken but honestly the ready-to-eat food section has pretty horrible staff and customer service. Same with other cold storage branches i have been too. Always waiting for them because they either doing own things or disappear very annoying. People take forever to choose salad when i just want a chicken. Staff at this section across branches are always rude and dismissive and snarky and sarcastic. Idk how cold storage manages to fail so badly in hiring people. These bunch of staff are entitled and act privileged. It feels more like i am dealing with toxic workmates.

Well stocked supermarket that’s hyper conveniently located next to an MRT station. The target audience is also on a slightly higher tangent, as they target the working crowd around the area. Overall the supermarket feels very fresh and the produce and items sold are definitely of high quality (and price).

One of the smaller cold storages. But still can get most products here. Flour can get from nearby redman. Have to do an electronic checkin during circuit breaker before you can enter.
Most of the staff are ok but there is one pretty incompetent cashier who is uncommunicative and a bit slow and she has been there for years. It is a smaller cold storage with smaller everything. Meat section is reduced and so is the fruits and produce. Still, it is serviceable.
