Bad telephone / data reception and no wifi. You cannot use internet while shopping unless you go close to entrance or windows. Very inconvenient.

The parking in the basement of Cluny Court Mall is really limited and hard to turn for bigger cars. Also, the entrance is very narrow ad sometimes blocked by delivery vehicles, or worse, vehicles that just want to illegally park there to wait for passengers. If you go down bukit timah road just a bit , thereis a much larger NTUC in Coronoation Plaza with much more parking lots in the building. I suppose this Cold STorage here is popular for people who walk here from their houses, but it is quite a far walk to most of the neighbourhod, especially in the morning humidity. The staff here are actually very friendly, especially the cashiers. I come here once every few months and they recognize me and still greet me, which is surprising and nice. Produce and fruits are always peak-y and expensive, but upmarket items like the cheese, wine, ice cream are OK. The frozen food selection for those takeaway items (like frozen pizza and instant dinners) is quite good here. As a Cold Storage, it is a very established, old place, and medium-sized (Or small, really). But very convenient for those who do a bit of light grocery shopping and want to have a coffee at the Da Paolo’s next door. Part of an all-in-one experience for people living around here (can make appointment to do nails, get laundry, frm the other retail outlets here etc)

Or else I point the cook knuckle today. He have this attitude you should say it properly. I point what I want. And he still want to give me the knuckle that I don’t want. I always encountered poor service with him. Hope he can make it better how he serves people

Since self checkout is available the shopping experience got better as the staff is really slow. Coldstorage is more more expensive than Fairprice or Giant, but that’s not a special thing related to this store. Nowadays this store is open 24/7.
Decent collection of goods and the staff is generally helpful as long as you stay away from the meat section. The folks at the live meat section are generally grumpy for reasons beyond me.
Open 24hours 7 days a week. Especially fruits are always of the highest quality. I am so glad that we have this supermarket just within our walking distance.
Great location next to Botanical Gardens. I enjoy doing some of my shopping here about once a week as they have almost all the produce I need as well as baking staples, tons of cold beverages and of course random impulse purchases that jump into my shopping basket.
Indeed the “aisles” are quite narrow, more like gaps between shelves of stocked items, so if you are claustrophobic it can be unpleasant. Every visit I’m knocked in the knees by a stroller or a cart or a child dashing about…but this is humanity searching for sustenance so I simply smile.
Be patient and it’ll all work out…. It’s just grocery shopping after all.

I’m usually very happy with Cold Storage’s service. The goods selection is varied and the staff are usually helpful and friendly. But today was disappointing. I wanted to get a roasted whole chicken today and asked (very politely) if they had resumed the chopping service (it was halted for hygiene reasons). Instead of responding to that question, the staff very rudely replied that the chicken will be dry and soggy. I said it’s alright as I was going to eat it straightaway. Again the staff answered rudely that the chicken will become dry and soggy right after cutting it… Won’t visit this outlet again anytime soon.

This Cold Storage is about 50 meters away on the left hand side of the road when you come out of the Botanical Garden subway station. I pass by here often, and I can buy some food by the way, which is very convenient. The food is varied and fresh. And it’s not crowded, which is nice!

The sushi bar tends to serve hard sushi rice rolls; I thought it was just a one off situation but it has happen to me on 3 separate occasions
It feels as though the rolls were kept the night before and displayed for sale again the next morning. Thankfully it is for the cooked rolls. If it were the selection with raw fish, I dread to think what would happen to the poor soul.
Apart from that, the selection of groceries were pretty much Cold Storage standards. The counter staff are always a polite bunch.

Fantastic Cold Storage. We often time our groceries for the end of a nice walk through the Botanic Garden. It’s conveniently just across the road from the MRT and if you want to kill a few other birds with one stone you can get your coffee nearby or your bulk goods from the Source Bulk Foods that’s just round the corner.

It’s on the corner right in front of the pedestrian crossing in front of the entrance of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, but the entrance is recessed and hard to find. It is very convenient to buy water, drinks, sweets and snacks before exploring the botanical garden. There was also watermelon and coconut juice.

Convenient for MRT users. Drivers are better off parking in the Botanical Gardens and strolling over as car park is trecherous and there is no 10 minutes free parking usually allowed for in other carparks in Singapore
This one is hard. On the whole I find the selection at this supermarket a bit limited. However it does seem to match local needs well. Some of the staff are a bit unfriendly.
Nice location and open 24/7 but had several bad experiences with fresh meat/fish that wasn’t fresh anymore and had to be thrown away, or even gave me food poisoning. Please review how you handle the cold chain and “fast selling items”.

Still a pricey 24 hour supermarket, even price reduced items which are near expiration dates are priced at the same as other 2 big supermarkets which are their normal prices and fresh. It got even more pricer
