Ordered their La Mian with braised beef brisket from grabfood. The soup was still warm when arrived and it was protected with microwaveable wrap to prevent leakages. Beef broth was savoury and there’s a strong herbal taste. The beef was in large chunk but they are super tender and soft. Yum! …

Ambience is great, food was nice, especially the Claypot mulitgrain rice.

The negative part is the service is super slow. Is like after they serve you the food they do not care about you already. Asked them to top up Chinese tea, they need us to wait for 5 mins and they just walked away.

Had CNY dinner at here. Casual setting, but serves pretty good food especially the auspicious set. I think service could be better although this could be attributed to the festive crowd and inadequate manpower. Outlet here may not be easily found for those not familiar with JP. Would definitely consider having Réunion dinner again.

Food ingredients is not worth the price. La mian without any meat is $11+++ before svc charge and gst.
La mian chicken soup with just 3 small chic pieces at $13++ before svc charge and gst.

Service is basic not worth the price.

When we arrived, the staff especially Alex Teo were welcoming and helped us arranged our seats to ensure there is sufficient space for ur family of 7. Their food tasted very acceptable, la mian live up to its name. The mala grilled fish is superb and is a must try! Love their fried rice and seasoned fried beans too! Will recommend people to try!
A good job done especially Alex to ensure the dining experience was a pleasant one. Total damage at $214 after Gst and SC! But all of us is super full.. So I think is worth it!

The dimsum here is absolutely delightful. The xiao long bao is arguable better than Ding Tai Fung, much more juicy and flavourful. The red chilli oil dumpling is excellent, wanton soup is great, drunken chicken taste very strong of alcohol. The carrot cake is my boyfriend’s favourite but his review is nostalgia biased. It reminded him of the childhood snack he used to have. Highly recommend! There is discount for CITI and UOB card as well.

Signature Sichuan dan dan noodle is not bad, the soup is rich and not watery type though a little oily due to the spicy. Xiao long bao is juicy and delicious, skin is soft and not too thick, meat is tender. Their fried rice is normal though, and a little oily. Siew mai portion is quite big and fresh.

Would recommend this shop for dining. The service here are all very good especially 1 of the part timer, Sam. He is very professional and observant, when our teas are half full, he is always there to top up for us. When we are taking wefie, he automatically came to offer to help us take. After all orders was served, I was checking against the receipt. He noticed that and even came forward to see if everything is alright. I am very impressed by his service even though he is a part timer. I seldom see an restaurant staff offering such good service as if like he is the host and is so observant. Overall, service from staff here is very good. Thanks alot.

Came here for the lunch set which was a good deal at 11.80. The beef brisket noodles were quite good, the beef brisket was tender and noodles were smooth. I felt that the soup could be stronger but that may be personal preference. The drunken chicken had too many shots of alcohol, maybe the chef was in a TGIF mood as well. Everything else was okay.

Went for dinner at around 8pm and it was not crowded so you get a table easily. Ordered 2 drinks, spicy dumplings 红油抄手 (average), pot stickers 锅贴 (like the soup within and pork filling, not the thick skin that dries and toughens after a while), scallion pancake 手抓饼 (didn’t came here for roti prata with some spring onions), Szechuan chicken noodle 口水鸡拉面 (noodles had a good bite, a little generous on the numbing Szechuan pepper in the watery sauce, chicken was tough), fried mixed grain rice 五谷炒饭 (nice aroma and flavour, a little dry and hard), beancurd skin roll with prawns 鲜虾腐皮卷 (soaked with oil = it was fried before the oil has reached the appropriate temperature hence the bean curd skin has taken in all the oil making it really oily and not crispy, filling was alright). This is not the regular standard of Crystal Jade, it’s a far cry with the same pricing and tarnished its brand. Will not return.

Although the variety and the service is good, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The fried rice is quite dry and lacks flavour while the deep fried ribs were seemingly plain. However, the double boiled soup was very rich and the Xiao Long Baos were satisfying. Perhaps with a menu so diverse, they cannot afford the same quality for all dishes.

Went there on my sons birthday for lunch as I craved for the la Mian from the crystal jade franchise. Beef brisket was excellent as before and the noodles were not too soggy and not too hard. The beef was tender. The Dian Xing were light tasting and soupy.

Service was top notch! When we mentioned to the staff that it was his birthday, they were generous in treating us to the red bean pastries(even though it was not the normal thing to do). When they saw me putting away some of my noodles to feed my Son, they took a scissors and helped cut without us asking. Constantly checked with us as well whether we were okay.

Hardly post here but I felt they deserved it after what we have experienced. The food and service made me wanna go back there again.

5 stars for the customer service! Very helpful to assist my grandma to the table as she has difficulties walking. The manager Alex, was very helpful and patient in sharing with me the perks of Crystal Jade membership and waited for my data to load before I can scan the M points.

The food was good, from XLB to the la mian, egg-rice with crab meat, rice cake and dim sum! The only thing that was alittle upsetting would be the duck. More bones than meat! Wasn’t as tender and alittle dry. But I guess that’s not exactly what Crystal Jade La Mian is good at. Generally the la mian and xlb are still better!

Took drunken chicken, mixed colourful vegetable, special tofu soup with cordyceps flower. Had mango pudding and glutinous rice ball in fermented rice wine as desserts. Had a nice meal!

Nice Chinese la mian store, xiao long bao. Pricing is about 20-30 sgd per pax most of the time unless you order something expensive. One of my usual weekly.

The overall standard has drop a lot. The skin of the xiao long pau is hard especially at top section
