My daughter rented a chalet here for my birthday and we had a bbq. Four spacious rooms all with aircon, a big upstairs living room with tv and fan, a kitchen and double bbq all in nice surroundings beside the sea. Very clean and comfortable and A short walk to shops, bars and restaurants in Changi Village.

Location – it is relatively far and took a while to reach there. There were signs that helped us to find our way to the specific chalet buildings. Rooms – the Aloha Changi Seafront Resort rooms were quite spacious and clean upon entry. However it tended to feel abit stuffy in the room after a while despite having a ceiling fan installation.

Had to figure out where exactly your bungalow is from a googled map.Had to notify guests last minute that entry is easier by turnhouse road. A guy went through the list of items provided by that chalet.I almost died looking at how filthy the place was.I swear by God the cleaning was not up to par. The toilet walls were even yellow! Im not a fussy person but Again I swear it was so bad.How hard can scrubbing be.I scrub my toilet every week.It looks so clean.Even the door can’t be closed properly and there was a hole in it which he told us casually.We had you enter and exit via the sliding door and it was si dangerous as there is a flight of stairs And less than half a meter of space to negotiate your way In and out.Not elderly friendly at all.How much does it even cost to repair or replace that old door and make a ramp.Seriously.If it was not for my family, I’d have just walked out. Why do they think sweeping and mopping is just good enough.Occasionally you do need a deep clean.Mind you, its not even cheap.Its really such a waste as it’s a beautiful place. The dustbin by the pit was so dirty.It looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed down for years.I had to take my own tissues and wipe the cover myself.There is no smell outside but there is a stray dog.Please throw some food to him.Poor dog.And not bones ok.Don’t be stupid.Keep your doors closed at all times and blast the air con.The mosquitoes are no joke.Lastly, parking.You are allocated a certain number of lots.I had one only.Common sense will tell you that you have to find out how many you have and where should your guests park.But some people have brains the size of a pea and think they can just occupy all the lots.Guests should park at the bigger parking lot a bit up the hill and walk down.Management should also label the lots on the ground!! With the chalet alphabet.What is the use of a label if someone takes my lot.Am i suppose to park 5 miles away at an empty lot. Really nonsense.Why do you even open this issue up to become an argument between guests is beyond me.I couldn’t care less.Just box other car in and they can find me if they need vehicle removed.I wouldn’t stay in this unit.Maybe others is nicer.This is unit D near the sailing club area, 2 rooms.The maintenance and cleaning needs to be hugely improved.I could feel the bochapness or the give up feeling from the staff.maybe its a management issue and the staffs hands are tied.Or staffs are just lazy.either or.Who knows.Anyway if you want to stay here jyst dont choose my unit.And chop your parking space near your unit with three plastic chairs provided!Cos some humans lack common sense.And tell your guests where to park.

Lousy ammenities. Aircon came with a limit. Reception and check in was a pain & very troublesome. Deposit paid via nets and have to wait 4 weeks after checkout to receive via cheque. Only book if you wanna waste your day and money cause 1/10 won’t go again

The place is only serviced by a few bus services. But the renovated bungalows look modern and cosy, with good facilities and more rooms. The place is able to host more people, and it is fully air conditioned. Comes with stove, freezer, refrigerator and a stove for cooking at kitchen. BBQ is made easy! The service is good, and staff are friendly. Definitely an enjoyable experience!

On the check out day around 9.30AM, we were awoken by an exceptionally rude staff, named Jonalyn. She came round our block, Netheravon Terraces D, to do the mandatory checks before checking out. She went straight to check the air-conditioner meter and apparently overly stated our air-con unit count. Over charging us by up to and excess of 77 units. We had to confront her till she realise her mistake and correctly noted the accurate meter reading. How can we, as your honourable guests, trust your staff ever again, to do such a simple task? I feel deeply cheated by this incident.

The cluster of chalets has recently been renovated and spruced up and it now looks much nicer with new furniture and paint. Some of the chalets faces the sea which is nice and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit and stay there, very suitable for families with children

The view is breathtaking to say the least! We went there for a team Bonding event and stayed the night! It was a bliss. From the sound of waves breaking to the soothing brezze ,will all the amenities in between ,this place is the best you can find if you are looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle of singapore inside singapore!
The staffs weren’t the friendliest bunch of people though. Apart from that tiny part I think it’s a must.

Excellent place for celebration or gathering but not suitable for couples or honeymooners due to place is quite eerie at night because the hall of the banglow is a semi open concept…
Spacious but inconvenient location. Compounded with liMited parking space and restrict 1 booking participant limits to 4 parking spaces with 4 given car park labels. Despite the chalet mega size, not user friendly for other than 4 drivers as need to park out of the compound with considerable walking distance. Any walking trespassers allow access to the premise and no question ask by the security. And there is No doorstep loading unloading areas to access the chalet to unload or upload stuff for drivers. Poor maintenance with leakages from roof, poor visible lightings with blown off lamppost and very dangerous using stairs especially wet or rainy seasons. Highly not recommended but having said that, small group gathering up to 4 drivers loaded family and friends would be sufficient for small gathering. And the price doesn’t come cheap with poor maintained premise. Think again.

I think it’s alot better after the renovation. Before, it was pretty dirty and rundown but now it has a really clean look. The rooms and beds are really comfortable. Aircon works fine. Floors are pretty clean (if u keep it clean). And the toilets looks like ones from a hotel.

There were too many cicadas and insects that catering food couldn’t be placed outside, maybe this is due to the weather but both times I went there they have the same provlem . The rooms were not maintained well because there were issues with the locks. The whole chalet itself is quite small.
There’s Changi beach 5 min walk from the chalet and overall the whole compound is quiet and peaceful (except for the insects)

Has all the essentials for a BBQ and a stayover. TV channels are rather lacking, Shower stall door gets jammed at times, and the walls are really thin. Can hear people outside or in the corridor talking clearly, troublesome when trying to sleep.
Cooking is limited, only a microwave and pot is provided. No pans.

It is in quite a secluded area which is a bit inconvenient if you take public transport because you will have to walk a lot to get there. However, it is a nice place to go in a big group because there is a beach to play games and the chalets are quite big. There is also a barbecue pit for you to have a barbecue with your friends. However, there is no housekeeping at the chalet which is not the best but is still acceptable.
Fine for a wine toast? It was 50 bucks.. apart from that, good experience..!!

A very spacious chalet. There are 5 rooms and 4 toilets (but only 2 have showering facilities). The kitchen is well supplied with basin, refrigerator, freezer, cooking area, and cooking equipments. There are also 2 parking lots.
There are sporting facilities, but sadly those are a walk away on the other side of the chalet closer to Changi Village bus interchange.
Can be pricey for public bookings… But considering the size and privacy, I feel it is worth it.
