Sole distributor and seller in Singapore, not much of an option for Shoei Helmets. It’s a pity they do not offer Shoei P.F.S.
It’s alright. Check your helmets thoroughly. Best to come earlier before closing time, especially during weekends.
Fairly pleasant shopping experience. But maybe it was near their closing timing when I purchased my stuff some of the staffs was like eagerly anxious to do their closing. Fortunately, the auntie who served me was very patient. Will be back again for future purchases.

Went to shop for a full-face helmet, of which they have a good variety of Shoei. They probably have an interesting selection of motorcycle bags but I did not look in detail.
About the shopping experience. I have had warmer feelings shopping outdoors in winter for frozen fish. It is funny to experience medical screening vibes in a shophouse, selling specialised consumer goods. I’m not sure their staff enjoy their work or riding in general. Other reviews mentioned a Filipino staff member, I am not sure if I was semi-attended to by the same lady.
Anyway I wasn’t there to make friends, I wanted to buy a helmet. Just be aware they have a policy of trying a maximum of TWO helmets in store. I’ll just assume it’s due to covid. Fair enough. In that case I should report other stores for letting customers try more than 2.
Make sure you are good at eyeballing the shape and fit of the different brands of helmets, lest you prematurely blow through the entirety of the precious opportunities awarded to you.
It would help your endeavour immensely to be gifted in cavital spatial visualisation of melon shaped objects.
Or be a natural born savant in discerning the right helmet for you when the staff declare: different brands have different fit. Or other statements as useful as a pimple on your eyelid.

I was visiting Singapore for medical purpose. But once I get the chance to explore the city, I jump for the motorcycle gear shops. This shop is really well organized. They have huge collection of SHOEI helmet. The stuff were very helpful. They also have good range of riding jacket from Thaichi. You can find various types of riding boots such as SIDI. They really keep a good collection of SIDI boots. They also have tank bag, saddle bag and tail bag. Btw please note the Shoei helmets are not CE certified.

Have been buying riding apparel here (Desker Rd showroom) for several years and one main reason: friendly service from the staff (especially the Chinese lady). Whether its a $500 Shoei or $50 Trax, the staff is polite and helpful. Keep it up guys!
Prices are fixed, so no bargaining is possible, but I have noticed that their prices are reasonable or comparable to other shops. Always pays to shop around, regardless.
Customer service was bad. Product was faulty but insist on not replacing a new device.

Widerange of helmets and accessories.
Went down to purchase an additional cardo audiokit and x14. Sales-lady was quite friendly. However, after assembling the audiokit, realised that the cardo couldn’t fit in and so I decided to try too but the cardo just dont seems to “locked” in with the click sound. Was quite worrying as the sales-lady was using alot of brute strength to force it in And so she tried one after another from the cabinet. The whole process was quite long and worrying so I requested her to use their in-house cardo device as I’m afriad she will damage my device.
Conclusion, she said the whole new batch was defective so have to use the display set. Not an issue to me as long as it works.
