Had an unpleasant experience there with one of the staff, Amy. Unfortunately, she was really pushy with sales and occasionally hovering over me as I tried the items.. it made my friend and I quite uncomfortable After that when I didn’t buy the item she just started giving me an attitude and rolling her eyes. Otherwise, I’ve always loved that Charles and Keith offers stylish items at reasonable prices! Just that some staff need to work on their service skills!
Sure to browse at my long time favourite Charles & Keith each time I visit any mall with this store. Did you know? In the 70’s C&K first store was at Clifford Centre, 24 Raffles Place. Wow, over the years this local Brand grew, certainly made Singapore proud! Cheers!!

I left the purchased bags and shoes in the store earlier, the service attitude of the clerk at that time was very good, and the shopping experience was very good; when I went there later (about 18:00), the clerk I met had a bad attitude and impatiently assisted in finding them. The stored items, and because the clerk didn’t say to show the receipt at the beginning, he only had one of the receipts, so the clerk ran in twice (I told him that I bought bags and shoes), and the attitude of the clerk was even worse. !
The shopping experience in the front is very good, but the back really makes me not very happy.
