One of the best locations in Singapore for outside dining and an after dinner digestive walk. Food is good and inexpensive, restaurant overlooking the straits and passing sailing and cargo boats give an extra scene. Breezy place most of the time!

Great location, just need to live up to it. For a club with a public restaurant, expensive. Prices on wine Etc not realistic… There are 5 stars that are cheaper. Hasn’t changed in 20 years, needs to catch up with the times… Missing the boat. No pun intended.

It has the best location in Singapore and probably the only natural beach. It’s nicely tucked away far from crowds. Five stars on the location and vista. The club grounds are untidy and need a big clean up, that’s the three stars.

One of our favourite spot in the little red dot – relax beachside establishment, great view especially for sunsets. Ideal place to relax with the family or socialise with friends and guests from abroad. Casual atmosphere, great facilities, friendly and professional service from the sailing club staff. The club events for members (and guests) are regular and run very well. Great F&B options (nice cold beer in jugs!); the bar service is very good especially from the usual bar staff. The on-site restaurant is good, we love the local food options. We love coming to CSC, always a positive experience when we go there.

My dining experience at the Changi Sailing Club was great 🙂

Seated at a dining table facing the beautiful sunset view of Changi Beach…. enjoyed the yummy food served by friendly staff who came by a few times to ensure everything is alright.

The only “not so ideal” thing is the commuting part…. Best if you have car so you drive straight into their premises and park at whichever lot you like :D…. Otherwise you have to take bus and walk a little….

The place looks the same as before. Menu also fusion style – chinese and western. We ordered tze char dishes like tofu, veg, cereal chicken, fried beef and sweet sour pork (photos taken after we started eating). Nice! Will visit again with friends.

The oldest sailing club in Singapore, still great for sailing but showing signs of age. The swimming pool area is a pleasant spot to relax and the food is acceptable. It’s also well suited for families with kids. However, there’s not much to do besides sailing because the beach is very dirty (lots of trash is brought to the shore, since the club faces a shipping canal) and there aren’t other facilities besides the pool

Nice club, nice views, restaurant food is not bad, price is what one would expect for a restaurant slightly more than one would hope. The bulletin board for crew is a waste of time. I now only sail the races here. Getting here is by bus, taxi or car ….. no MRT. Changi village is nearby if one wants cheaper food and more range, only a 5-10 minute walk.

A little gem in Singapore. A little spot in Singapore where you feel you are away from Singapore. You can’t explain the magic. You just need to be here to feel the charm.

Sad to hear Coachman Inn had ceased operations but delighted to know Georges had taken over the space. Great service! Friendly and attentive staff

The place looks the same as before. Menu also fusion style – chinese and western. We ordered tze char dishes like tofu, veg, cereal chicken, fried beef and sweet sour pork (photos taken after we started eating). Nice! Will visit again with friends.

This is a very popular watering hole. Former Coachman’s Inn, it is now the Seafix Restaurant of the Changi Sailing Club. All are welcome. Packed on holidays and on weekends. Cheery staff in colourful Hawaiian shirts. The menu is western and local. The ambience is unique as the restaurant is right on the beach opposite Pulau Ubin.
Definitely worth a visit. And another.

Beautiful marina for sailboats. Located in a very peaceful corner of the North-East Coast of Singapore. Met a client there to deliver boat spares he bought from me. There’s a sizeable swimming pool and restaurant with a nice sea view. Very breezy there too which makes the Singapore heat more bearable. It’s also a 15min walk to Changi Village via the Changi Boardwalk trail. Very scenic walk along the coast. Would recommend coming here to enjoy a meal with the rising/setting sun

Enjoy the nice breeze as you have your dinner at the restaurant. The Chinese food is very homely and rnjoyable esp the Hainanese porkchop. The steps going up the restaurant are not for the immobile/elderly who have difficulty walking up and down.

Changi sailing club is situated on the north east coastline of Singapore. The drinks menu and atmosphere is great with a huge selection. Downsides of the place are beverages and meals being expensive and meals not being top quality. Overall we had a decent experience.

Went to the sailing club to eat lunch, friend recommended to try the Chinese horfun dry style.. wow! It was really good! The chef there really knows how to whip up a good hor fun! The “wok hei” or fragrance of the wok permeated the entire dish and you can tell the chef really knows how to cook his hor fun well!

The fish and chips were excellent as well however the hor fun stole the limelight. So.. highly recommended hor fun!

It’s a private sailing club for members to enjoy the facilities but only the restaurant is open to public. Membership is with a one time entrance fee and then with monthly subscription fees. It’s the only sailing club in Singapore that offers Swing mooring for sail boats. The mooring fees are probably the lowest in Singapore for a sailboat but the waters here come with the fastest and highest rate of marine growth on the boat hull. Weekly hull wipe downs are necessary to prevent marine growth from accumulating.
The club has a small swimming pool. They organise regatta (sailing races) during the windy seasons (towards the end of the year)

Most active cruising and racing club in Singapore. Organises cruises to nearby islands and regular weekly races. CSC has a regular training programme for people looking to learn how to sail dinghies or yachts. It also has a very friendly social scene and great staff. Singapore’s best kept secret

One of my Favourite yacht club. Generally good service but don’t expect much if u are not a member. Their restaurant is opened to the public and the parking rates are decent with charges similar to public rates. Nice view of the straits and many idle sailing yachts. Catch bumboats going to and from from Changi Jetty to Pulau Ubin and back. Recently renewed their lease to continue operating the club for another 3 years.

The restaurant inside of the Changi Sailing Club offering two levels of seating: outside (base level) and inside( first level). It’s a real chilly & cool lunch spot. It really let you feel like you are in vacation @ holiday island! So so nice, you immidiately feels relax. The menue on the first page offers seasonal fresh seafood, so you really struggle to order. The fantastic view to Pulau Ubin, in between some palm trees and those little sailing boats cruising around. The waiter was friendly, attentive and gives us correct and helpful advices. It’s a secret little spot, so please don’t go there! 🙂
