I very much like this train station, given how it conveniently connects the City to Airport, making it one of the most structured and simplest airport to get to around the region. It’s also very affordable, given how you’d only spend a couple of SGD to get to the airport compared to much more elsewhere in the region / world. Clean, convenient, and multi lingual, not sure what else you’d need.
I like this airport, all you need is to drag your luggage and walk to the destination within the huge terminals. It is air contioned, not scary, and so convenient ! By the MRT station in terminal 2, there is an outlet for you to buy ezlink card, the lady who attended me was so friendly and guiding and understanding. I wanted to “reduce” the coins i was carrying, she said throw it all out here and she counted for me, the total value. I got myself a new ezlink card and a lighter handbag

One of the best airport experiences that I have had. Efficient, clean, plenty of things to do to keep you occupied for a few hours. Next time, I’d love to visit The Jewel and the Rain Vortex, which looks absolutely unreal!
It is always a pleasure to travel to Changi by train. Unlike other parts of the world, where you would be charged with an excessive ‘airport surcharge’ fee for using the train to the airport, such a thing is unheard of here in Singapore. The fare structure for using this train service is distance-based, just like any other service throughout the country.
However, the need to change trains at Tanah Merah (if going to the city) has (and always been) a hassle for me and other travellers. Why can’t LTA create direct services?
The trains along this airport branch are rarely crowded, and you mostly find solo travellers them. Unlike Hong Kong (where an exclusive high-speed premium train is used), the trains here are the common ones used across Singapore. It is said that the trains have exclusive baggage racks (although I haven’t seen any). I prefer to carry them with me.
The station is spacious and attractively designed. There are flight information screen on the platform, and staff are available for assistance. I am pretty sure that you would have to take the Skytrain for Terminal 1 (or the bus for Terminal 4), since this station is directly connected to Terminals 2 & 3.
Though only 2 stops from TM, it takes while after Expo (at least 4 min) to reach the airport.
Can’t deny that changi airport is one of the best in the world and I am not saying this because I am a Singaporean.
Ask anyone who has flown into Singapore. They will say it is hard not to be overwhelmed by the spectacular display of the Rain Vortex and indoor rain forest at Jewel. In fact Jewel itself is an incredible shopping mall.
It is just as amazing in the transit area of changi airport. The butterfly garden, the water feature. The movie. The children playground. The hotels. Etc.
And you can eat cuisines from all over the world, including street food at almost street prices.

Best way to get into the city from the airport is using the MRT.
MRT is so well connected to the airport, it is no trouble getting to the platform even if you are hauling luggage.

High ceillings! Lots of tourists with luggage bags jostling to get into the train. Being the last station, no worries that you are unable to squeeze into the train. Has the flight information panel in the platform. A pity need to transfer at Tanah Merah station for the main East West line.

Thus is the first time i went to changi Airport by bus n MRT with my scooter, since my accident on 2nd march 2020 i have to move around using my 3 wheel scooter alhamdulillah all access to handycap was easy and i have no problem at all, the sign to go where i wanna go was easy to and theres alot of lift in terminal 3 n juwels ty so much for making my journey here the best ever hurrayyyy️
This station should be more tourist friendly. It took us about 30 minutes to figure out how to get a ticket. Also they ticket machines should all accept credit cards. It is absurd that you can’t now.

Changi airport is the best airport. My departure time was 6 in the morning. Allowed boarding is at 4am. I went in the airport before 12midnight and decided to stay there so as to avoid traffic when going to the airport. I stayed in Newton which is quite far so i decided to stay the night in the airport. Even though it is midnight and past business hours, there are still stalls and entertainment open. I suggest to try out the free massages in the first class lounges. Don’t worry, even though you fly economy. The free massages are for everyone but they are just mostly near the first class lounges.
Changi is a huge airport and there are lots of enjoyment. So, i suggest… first find where your lounge is…to avoid being lost when its boarding time. Then, go and explore to the jewel, the pool or the theatre. Then go back to the lounge when boarding. Don’t worry about getting lost! Changi is equip with Artificial intelligence monitors that will show you the way to your lounge. You can spend the time sleeping on the plane. I do that because i always get airsick so i prefer to sleep. Explore the airport and goodluck!

Super convenient train station that connects the Airport to the City. One of the cheapest airport transfer as well, given how you pay only about 2-3SGD each way depending on where you are traveling from.

I have been several times go to Changi Airport the last is ten years ago. And last week i went to Changi after 10 years before. I didnt know what is the differrence after 10 years behind. As I know Changi always full of shops and restaurants and I love it. But the problem for me is there is no transportation around the terminal like golf car which can take people like me which difficult to walk fast. There is no officer to help us where we must go. Which I almost didnt have boarding pass until the gate will closed cause i travel alone didnt know what to do! And the wifi is very bad! low signal!
Train service is almost flawless, no disruption like those on the main lines.
Incredible airport with so much to do and see. You could quite happily spend a day just exploring the first visit. Worth visiting the HSBC vortex in the jewel, which on its own is worth the visit. If you stay for a while, you will see the vortex create natural clouds right in front of you, which then float around and dissappear. Worth noting that entering the jewel terminal is free, however accessing the canopy bridge and walk/jump nets are chargeable. We walked through the botanical gardens, which were lovely with lots of natural material sculptures. The place is so lovely and colourful, you wouldn’t believe its in an airport.

This is the connection from the airport to Singapore s much loved train system. MRT Sation is not much different from any other in Singapore exept you have flight information and more staff to help the visitors on their way. The line from here just go to 2 interchange stations. Expo where you can get on downtown line or Tannamerah interchange where you can board trains on East West line.

Great world class airport.
The place is clean, chic and huge.
We went there the get the Singapore Tourist Pass and cost us $30 each for a 3-day pass. The day ends at 12.00 midnite, no matter what time the pass is bought.
At the arrival hall, tourist kiosks sell the same pass for $38.00 each, and we decided to get it from the ticketing office at the MRT station. As we were to take the MRT to our hotel, we might as well buy the pass there. From the Arrival Hall at Terminal 4, a shuttle bus is available to take commuters to the MRT station. The busy operates at an interval and there are notices at the seating area on the frequency and time of the bus.
The tourist pass can be used on all public transport, including the public buses. It is really convenient and we could even use it to make the trip to the Sentosa Island, specifically to the Universal Studios. And that trip alone cost $10 return.
When the pass expired on the third day, my son return the pass to the Ticketing Office at the MRT Vivo City and a refund of $10 per pass was straightaway given to him. So for all the trips and transport that we took for the 3 days, only cost us $20 each.
It is a huge saving and the public transport in Singapore is always on time and reliable.

One of best airports in world, clean, very friendly staffs to help travelers, enough restaurants, lounge well kept restrooms drinking water points kids play area..name anything which you want to spend time while transiting or wait for boarding flight it is or must be there. We need lifetime to explore the options in this airport n thats the reason why it named the world’s best airport every year if I am not wrong for past 6 years it has taken 1st place. Irrespective of the terminal you take you will get best service and facilities.
I have been at many international airports including London (Healthew and Stansted), Boston, Adelaide, Doha, Sharjah, Muscat, Hong Kong, Brisbane, and Mumbai but I will grade Changi Airport is one among the best for multiple affordable food choices, fun activities for kids, butterfly garden, free 24 hours movie theater, large section of duty free items and cleanliness.

Before visiting Changi Airport, in India i have seen Mumbai and New Delhi airports having great facilities. However here in Changi everything is world class Singapore Changi Airport, commonly known as Changi Airport (IATA: SIN, ICAO: WSSS), is a major civilian international airport that serves Singapore, and is one of the largest transportation hubs in Asia. As one of the world’s busiest airports by international passenger and cargo traffic, it has been rated as the ‘World’s Best Airport. Metro connectivity, bus connectivity, attitude of the staff working in airport and duty free areas is quite amazing, positive and helpful. You will not feel that you are visiting first time and will have lot of problems.

Very clear signs of directions and how to take the MRT for foreigners. We have hard time to purchase the tickets by using our credit cards. Very clean and stable metro system. It was amazed and thoughtful that people all lined up on one side on the escalator and left out the other side for people who were in hurry.

It is so complete, there are malls, hotels, food street, skytrains, places for selling souvenirs such as chocolate and others, luggage storage, free drinking water, and many more, for those who are on long transit can also walk around the airport, and it’s not make you boring, because the airport is so large, by the way changu is one of the best airports in the world
The transit machines and ticket window only accept MasterCard, not Visa. To buy a tourist pass you need to go the ticket window towards the Terminal 2 end of the station. They are per day/s (not 24 hours) and must be returned within 5 days to avoid losing a $10 deposit. There is an adjacent Citibank ATM that charges its own $3 fee. Kind of frustrating if you were planning to do a cashless trip and have the most common credit card (Visa).

Needs a coin changing machine. If use $10 notes for ticket purchase, min ticket price must be above $6. Mrt control centre will not change for you to smaller denomination. Silly system for tourist arriving with >$10 notes.

Have a safe flight
A great MRT station. Decorated intricately with white panels aon the side and on the top. Many seats to sit while waiting. Clean and well maintained with air conditioners to cool you down. There is also a clear display panel with the flight arrival and departure times and status, convenient for planning. Staff are friendly and helpful. What a great experience.

Jewel at Singapore Changi Airport is simply an overachiever. They just beat themselves in term of architectural & engineering feat. You feel like you are back to the future. Surreal feeling when you move towards the centre fountain & slowly the sound of water gush your ears, then you are presented with the greatest of view. Every area you go you just cant take your eyes off of the big fountain. Enormous landscape, plenty of interesting shops & restaurant. Only downside is the building is cramp with people during long holiday. The Airport also have lot of entertainment and shopping areas. No wonder it’s called the best airport in the world

Chnagi Airport MRT station located at Terminal 2 and easy to accsess from airport to city centre/downtown singapore also all staffs very helpful
Great spacious station with clear signage and even flight information panel at train platform
Very huge and beautiful place. Lots of restaurants and shops. Can literally spend the whole day there, sometimes there are events for you to take photos.
Facility in the airport are also clean and comfortable. It’s no wonder voted for the best airport in the world!

Family oriented shopping in an airport. Food and restaurants too. Good parking and also lots of transport options.
Some airport required buses or taxis to go to the airport. With this line station creates convenience to tourist or locals to visit the airport easily not for just taking/sending off flight but also shopping.
the train is on time, wish the operation hour is until midnight.
It’s my first time travelling abroad (i’m from PH) and Changi airport has set the bar really high. Everything is excellent — from staff to food to lounges to restrooms to attractions — everything!!!
Beautiful interior huge airport . Very good facilities of wheelchair ️ accessible,skytrain every 3 minute to reach other terminal free of cost ,escalators for easy walk , Good seating area with power points .Huge food court around duty …

Love this airport and always sing it’s praise but beyond checkin where everything is automated for scanning boarding passes and passports at the gates it’s a very different story. I wish they could at least provide antibacterial spray or gel at the gates for users after the staff have handled your belongings.

At immigration families can join the special needs queue. Bags come out quick. Lots of taxi ranks.
Car park for private taxi pick up down stairs from arrival exit level.
Kids slippery dip / slide over 3 stories high need belt 50, one ride per $10 spent in airport.
Fairly clean toilets which a choice of sit down or squat toilet.

One of the best airport. My flight was 6 hours delayed. But it was not difficult to pass the time. Roam around the shopping malls, have food and time passed like few minutes.

Was checking the avaliable, different types of mode of payment to travel train or bus rides…
Noted that if you visit Singapore and want to buy the “Singapore Tourist Pass” (to keep as a souvenir after usage), it would not be avaliable at Terminal 3.
It can only be purchase at Terminal 2 Ticketing Service Centre.
The vibes in this train station platform level was very different from all other MRT stations… love the design featured “glass cladded bridge” hanging along the high volume ceiling space… perceived a sense of calmness and beauty to the atmosphere… the lightings on the wall divided the huge segment/potion of wall and its vertical linear lightings effect enhanced the expression of the high ceiling…

It is located at B 2 of Terminal 2 with linkage to Terminal 3.It will bring passengers to Tanah Merah mrt stn which passengers can change to other mrt lines.Alot of people are using this station to access toTerminal 2 and Terminal 3, for Terminal 1 is by way of connection
by Sky train from T 2 or T 3.The mrt is another mean of transportation to reach Changi Airport besides public buses, taxis,grab cabs, airport city shuttle buses and private transportations.

Futuristic MRT station connects you to the rest of Singapore. Efficient, very frequent connections and cheap too. Gets you to the city in 30-45 mins. Skip the taxis or buses, this is the easiest way to get around. Only problem is the MRT system has a last train somewhere before 12am.

This is a convenient station to city. This connects all the 4 terminals. For terminal 2 and 3 it is very near. However, for the other terminals 1, 4 you need to take SkyTrain. This train connects the city at two stations expo and tanah merah.

Singapore Changi is so nice that in places it doesn’t even feel like an airport. I mean, what other airport would incorporate a butterfly garden or a phenomenal display of tropical orchids? Hub through Changi and you’ll be positively begging for your plane to be delayed so you can make the most of the airside cinema and the world’s tallest airport slide. There’s an entertainment deck, cactus garden, koi pond and art installations worthy of a city gallery. You can shower, have a massage and enjoy a swim in a proper pool, take a nap on one of the lie-flat chairs in a quiet corner or book a hotel room for a decent rest. Whoever planned Changi knew what they were doing – and executed it well. The airport even offers free city tours to those with sufficiently long layovers

Well labelled and so easy to find directions with signs at every corner. Everything you want from a public transportation.
Probably one of the best big airports I have been fortunate enough to visit. Modern and clean, especially the toilets. Generally great facilities. It is a very popular hub airport, so that does have some downsides, but it never feels too crowded, unlike Heathrow.

Connecting flight which I dont mind taking, excellent airport, going in and out is easy and accessible via the Skytrain for my next flight. I also like walking thru Duty free shops to grab a good deal of branded cosmetics first! Such a breeze in Changi!
