The Zhi Char is fast, taste good and delicious for most of the dishes . Price not too expensive . Generous with the portions. The Pepper Beef & Curry Fosh Head . 27 Feb 2022 , Brought Fried Rice. Again, I have to ask for extra sambal chilli . Don’t understand why they need to be so stingy on these chillies. . The reason why we order what we order was because their sambal is good. So please be more generous.

Everything there were OK. Its a great place. There’s free wifi. Good for family having a meal there.
One bad thing is, encounter several times for breakfast on Sunday, if the drink stall is served by one chinese guy (very dark skin), will experience very bad serving from him. He don’t talk like repeat your order, unless order was a lot. He look as if you are transparent although later you will see him prepare your order. Then also only for him he declare no breakfast set – no toast bread, but once learn that actually he didn’t take it out and don’t want to sell to customers! Drink stall service will ruin by him if he station there full time. The manager might not aware, hope for improvement in this encounter.

Not bad for an out of the way food court. There are many people who park illegally along the entrance to the basement carpark, so watch out if you’re driving.
The food is not bad. Today I had spinach soup at the yong tau foo stall. It is quite delicious. The salted and century eggs add an oomph to the soup.
The tea, though, is only so so. Ordered teh-o less sweet. Left an uncomfortable feeling in my mouth, like a little tangy.

    Order the economic rice.
Pricing was ok, but apparently the portion perspective is a bit odd where curry chicken for 3 includes only 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of potato.

Taste for the following dishes are ok
    1) Sliced potatoes
    2) Curry Chicken ( Should try but prepare to order more)
    3) Cooked Brinjal.

Sweet and Sour pork tasted like it’s left over from the previous day as it has the spoilt taste.
And the meat felt like it’s leftover as well.

Food selection is limited. Veg rice stall is slightly pricier but more variety than most similar stalls. Pig organ soup is above average and mostly open and price is acceptable. Zichar stall is ok, price is slightly on the high side. The rest of the stalls are basically changing every few months.

Plus points are: air condition. Free underground parking. ATM machine onsite. Relatively clean environment.

Our family usually go there for their “tze char”. The food is not bad and the price is reasonable. We ordered 6 dishes for total 8 pax, total spending exclude drinks were $80.
There are other individual stall selling roasted meat rice, boil soup (炖汤), bak kut teh, Malay food and vegetarian food.
We also tried the dim sum and the taste is normal.
The location is not very accessible unless you drive. There’s a bus stop nearby though. Car park at the basement is free.

    Disappointing morning experience.

Imagine Chang Cheng HQ canteen running out of eggs when placing for my breakfast menu of egg set with sandwich and coffee? Well, that was my experience.

Next, the toilet has got no liquid soap top up at its basin.

Come on, Chang Cheng, your price for food was never cheap, yet you sting with liquid soap and order just enough eggs in your coffee stall to sell, then call it a day?

Quite sad that about half the stalls are no longer in operation. Good that the premises had been kept cool, but cleanliness, especially the tables is lacking. Pleasant dining environment in aircon comfort. Prices are hawker-centre rates. If you use the in-house phone payment system, there is a 10% discount off for certain stalls. Not all stalls accept the phone payment system.

Centrally located wash basins to wash your hands. Cleaners are very efficient and prompt in clearing and cleaning up the tables. People tend to linger long after they have finished their meals due to the pleasant environment.

Just wanna flag 1 stall in particular. Noodle stall (Woodlands 27). Think the lady is not conversant in noodles. I asked for bar chor noodles (minced meat) and she asked me, “soup?” After a while she looked at her ingredients and told me that it’s spoilt. My other order was not very ‘pleasantly’ done. Cooked prawns were taken from a cold bowl and dumped into my already cooked bowl. Earlier she threw in some onion leaves and a couple dropped out onto the messy prep surface. She picked them with her fingers and tree them inside my bowl. Don’t get me wrong. She’s nice, but this is not the way to go; this could lead to serious food poisoning.

    Edit:5pm now. Diarrhoea.

Lots of variety of food. There’s a nearby carpark too that you could park. It’s pretty crowded here during lunchtime and it’s still definitely worth the time and energy.

Newly opened air conditioned food court run by Great Wall, the food holdings company. The tze char there serves tasty and fresh food at a reasonable price. Pop corn chicken in salted egg sauce is recommended. There are also other food stalls to patronize just like a usual food court.
Sliced fish been hoon is actually quite good with plenty of bite and a decent soup.
You may want to give the dim sum a try. I think it’s almost on par with a decent dim sum restaurant.

This air condition food court is own by chang cheng. It has quite a few food stall inside and it operates 7 day a week. The zhi char is quite good. I try the promfret steamboat and it taste nice but a bit too milky for my taste. Their homemade tofu has a soft and tasty texture. The stir fried white hor fun with slice fish taste great. The stir fried nai bai vege also taste great. The staff service is good too and pricing affordable.
