Quite unique office building built around to minimize electricity costs. Has very distinctive feature at roof and is recognizable from any place in Singapore where you can see it.

The cafe up top is open to the public via an express elevator. It provides great views of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and surrounding area. Has an inside cafe area with air conditioning and and outside area with a garden you can walk around. A hidden gem within the city. Prices are high for most things, but ordering a coffee by itself was fine

CapitaGreen is a 40-storey Grade A office tower located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. It is of 2 min walk from Raffles Place MRT interchange via Market St, 5 min walk from Telok Ayer MRT via Telok Ayer St and Phillip St.
Very new office building
Bad card scanner systems. Laggy and make users suffer. Please fix. And don’t remove this feedback. It’s for your Customer Service team.

Enjoyable place.
Capitagreen stands out in the CBD for being a green building. From its exterior facade you can see it incorporates plants throughout. Besides offices, it also houses an exclusive gym on the 38th floor- Gravity gym and on the 40th floor – Artemis Grill & Sky Bar. The office building is a short walk from both Telok Ayer MRT (nearest) and Raffles Place MRT.
Excellent greening features as i pass by. It’s located near to mrt that facilitates office workers. The building adopted a lot natural lighting features and spaces for planting. I wish i could go up for a closer look.

A lovely looking building in the CBD. This place is green! A carpark with electric sockets, bicycle parking, a “sky forest” and loads of plants on each level.
There is a premium fitness centre with a swimming pool, a restaurant at the top floor, a dentist and health clinic and at the bottom a cafe.
This is a great office building with all the expected features, located within a few meters of the MRT exit at Raffles and super close to Telok Ayer MRT.
The lifts will automatically choose the floor you need when you have scanned your card at the turnstile – remember to look at which one this is when you enter.

Environmentally friendly modern office building.
It’s an environmental friendly building, a lot of plants surrounding the building to cool it down. But the drop-down windows creates greenhouse effect to the people working inside. Air-conditioning not so strong during sunny days.
Only seen lobby and elevator, cannot really evaluate.
