The Burger King Whooper have shrunk over the years, in fact perhaps almost all fast food burgers have shrunk in size. The Whooper that I purchased is only half thick as what was shown on the photos. The taste sure is not the same as before, IT HAD LOST ITS ORIGINAL BURGER KING TASTE, it is almost cardboard dry, gone are the juicy as in the original form, can’t get that good old days the satisfaction of eating an original yesteryears Whooper whose beef patty was thick, juicy beefy too. Quality obviously like most fast food burgers have dropped significant, in the name of health or environmental marketing reason , and it feels very much lighten too.

Today’s order is disappointing even though no crowd in store. Tendergrill chicken has reduced in size. Set meal costs $7.60 comes with small fries and and a small soft drink. Chicken today is not tender. Ordered one set with onion rings but packed 2 sets fries instead. We love BK burgers but please do some quality control.

Newly renovated restaurant looks fantastic, great ambience, splendid interiors with new wooden tables and chairs, LED lighting and new self-order kiosks. Awesome.
The restaurant is usually crowded during lunch and dinner periods. There is outdoor seating. Great grilled burgers sold here. Their western bacon whopper is fantastic. Love their waffle topped with ice cream. My favourite fast food restaurant. Prices are comparable to other large fast food restaurants. Downside is that food quantities are pretty small.

From my past experiences dinig here for lunch, I wouldn’t reccomend here for a quick bite as the number of times I had to queue for more than 10 – 20 minutes is litteraly countless. The food is great but the fries are a little soggy once it get’s served to me, there are some good area about this as there is ample seating for everyone, there is a self-service kiosk and more importantly the staff here are friendly. Overall this is a fairly decent place if you want something light, but not as fast service as possible.

Another one of my comfort foods besides nasi lemak and chix rice. The flame-grilled beef patty is my favourite as it comes with a reasonable amount of salad. Their fries are plump and much better thsn mac’s. I prefer to go on weekdays when the queue is minimal. I wish they’ll bring back the rendang burger soon.

The queue is long so I ordered thru the kiosk. Otherwise the queue is around 20mins. As there are 2 self service kiosks outside the store, I would recommend you use it to enjoy special deals and coupon deals which are at a discount and beat the queue.

Ordered delivery and one of the burgers arrived badly packaged with sauce leaking everywhere. The plant based whopper was also a big disappointment, tasting like very cheap mock meat, and nothing like the impossible burgers or similar alternatives sold by other restaurants.
Crews are impatient , lack of assertiveness and kind of rude when answering queries or requests from customers.

The in store seating can be quite limited especially with the pandemic restrictions. There were about seats for 10 separate groups, though there were a few more seats outside. Always a nice place to eat at. I mean, it’s Burger King for goodness sake. The seating arrangements offer a sheltered outdoor area, and the air-conditioned indoors offer regular tables & chairs, high tables and barstools, and three booths. Child seats are available though it’s not very handicap friendly spacing. Slightly more fancy than your average fast food joint.
They had to turn away my friend who wasn’t fully vaccinated. I am impressed that they stood their ground when it came to partial vaccination. We cannot afford more outbreaks with the Covid-19 virus. Everyone has to do their part. Thumbs up!

There are indoors n outdoors seats. When there isn’t any event going on, there will be a gigantic space next to the outdoor section. If you have kids, great space for them to round around. Outdoor seats are under a huge roof so not expose to sun or rain.
