Great hawker stores! Tried the “Lor Mee” $4.50 (for the big bowl) which is huge for 1 pax. The 2 storey FairPrice complex is also a great place to stock up your groceries at an affordable rate due to the gamut of merchandize.

Sad that seniors have to carry boiling soup precariously, purely because authorities have insisted on charging $1 for trays (to be reimbursed upon return). Also new signs have displaced the character of each stall.

You can understand why a bustling teeming food hub is now sterile and deserted.

The food center here has a lot of delicious food stalls, so many people have a three-story ntuc at lunch time, a ck department store, a CD store, a stationery store, a fruit store, Watson, clocks, groceries, a coffee shop, a dentist, electrical appliances, a salon, and cakes. The store sells snacks, cosmetics, ck department store, AX, water and electricity bills, ATMs, post offices, too many to list. On the fourth floor, there is a polyclinic. I always come here for checkup. HDB has a town council. I come here every year to pay miscellaneous expenses. For western food, go to Hans and subway KFC. I don’t know if there is a burger king, but there is McDonald. It looks like a shopping mall. I forgot to mention that there are pawn shops and gold shops. There is a car&house key specialists. All the locks were repaired by him. Great Jiang Lizhu (Singapore)

Although it is still the so-called center of Hongshan, it has not been as lively as it used to be since HDB evacuated, and the food is average. If you just want to fill your stomach, it is acceptable.

Very lively. There are all kinds of food you want to eat. The price is fair. There is a vegetable market at the back, and you can buy some vegetables or meat to cook at home. The place is clean, the dressing room is also very convenient, and it is not difficult for people with disabilities to eat. The hawkers here are also very hygienic when handling food, and the parking is convenient.

Whether it is selling daily necessities or delicacies, it is a small family style, not suitable for high-end consumers who require professional and high-quality products.

Whenever I wanted to do my monthly shopping that’s the No.1.Place that I would go cos shopping is actually time consuming. This place there are so many items that you can get all a one time go.
Bukit Merah Supermart is big two floors of getting your groceries and also the dry stuff. It is at the central and also situated at where the offices are. Around the area you do find some good eating place but due to the circumstances of the pandemic everything seems to slow down, but life still goes on.

I usually use it generally, but it’s a very ordinary town, not too bad, but as expected, it’s named “Town Center”, and it’s the center of our neighborhood (Street 32, Community Center (There is a so-called Tonari Gumi Office).
As is the case anywhere in Singapore, when you get off at a subway (MRT) station, each town, or a bus stop in each place, there is no detailed map of the shops and residents in that area, so it is “inconvenient”. In Japan, from the middle of the Edo period to the end of the Showa era, there was no inconvenience due to the “town map”.
