Good swimming pool
Ok too many kids are peeing at this pool on weekends. The water tastes different on weekends as opposed to weekdays.
I used to go to swiming classes here, my coach was very friendly and kind.
We always tried different ways to swim from one end to arother, most of my class are younger then me.
After class, we ( sometimes only if have time ) played a game where who can hold thier breathe underwater for the longest or who can swim the furthest from the catcher ( either me or one of my few classmates )
I always enjoyed going to the kids pool and play for 15-35 minutes playing with the water after class ended.
I recommend signing up for a class here for yourself or for your children
Need to use ezlink card to enter. Have improvements in the kids playground.

Alright. You just need to pay 1.2SGD and you can swim around for the entire day. Isnt it interesting? Well I loved it and I used to go almost everyday.
Friendly Lifeguards, whom I had witnessed on a few occasions saved patrons from drowning. Very spontaneous to emergency.

For a public swimming pool, it’s the right size. 1 training pool, kids paddle pool and 1 competition pool. Just as other swimming complex, it equipped with lightning alert system, life guard and in-house swim coaches. It opens as early as 6am every Tuesday and Thursday. And every Monday and Friday there are aqua-aerobic at night. The complex also come with gymnastic for kids and dance studio.

A few of the lifeguards, quite old, are stern n rude. Swimming receipt says 50min swim but swimmers are called up earlier than 44 min of swim time! Not even 45 min! Many swimmers are unhappy but they keep quiet. It shld be 50min swim duration! 2 or 3 more laps mean a lot to us. But the young Life guards are nice n one tall thin, quite old life guard is also friendly. They call us up nicely. I don wan anyhow say all the lifeguards here are rude n stern. However, the Active Sg pool entrance staff are all friendly!

Pay a dollar to swim all you want. A good environment to swim for beginners as well as professionals. The lockers and the bathroom are clean and well maintained. There is a baby pool and a shallow pool for beginners and another pool for swimmer at a higher level. It is not roofed therefore carry your sunblock if you don’t want to get too tanned.

Lifeguards here are strict unlike other swimming complex e.g.. Jurong West swimming complex.
Environment his good give us a relax feeling. Only -ve point, there is no water heater for young children shower whereas other complex already implemented such facility.
There is limited parking lot right infront of the complex. Need to park elsewhere within walking distance at the HDB beside or across it.

For at least ten years I have swam four times a week at Bukit Batok pool.
My experience is that it is well maintained and very clean.
The staff are friendly and engage with the swimmers although some have room for improvement…. They know who they are!
But this swimming complex has a major fault namely a disregard for those with physical disabilities which in the year 2017 is unenlightened.
For example a grab rail could easily be installed at one end of the training pool, better facilities for wheelchair swimmers of whom there are at least two and so on

This is a good place to swim in the weekends. Being located near HDBs makes it accessible to the residents here. There are different pools available to cater to different groups of people. It is also affordable to use, with tickets costing around $1.50.

The complex is okay. Standard Olympics pool size. Open from 8am to 9.30pm (pool closes at 9pm), and you are freely to use the facilities once you paid a cheap entrance fee. However, 3 lanes are often used for training, left only 2/3 of the pools for public use.
The urinals are smelly and the floor makes my toes curl
A good place to swim. It has many swimming coaches for children and adults, so you can check it out. There is one coach which is really good for beginners. She is called Sally and likes to always wear full sun protection, hat etc. Helped my child to overcome his fear of water.

Generally clean and place with friendly staff. Just a place with basic pool and a few dance studio at the side. Only thing i dislike is the distorted mirrors placed in the washroom.
I was using this facility when Clementi complex having s substantial upgrade for a few months. I found all shower fittings and environment are well maintained. They also hired workers to mop the floor regularly to ensure it is not slippery.

A model swimming complex. Very clean. Staff are are kind, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Lifeguards are sharp-eyed. Toilet was well-maintained. The childrens pool was fun, with a slide and many machine spraying water. There is also a pool only 1m deep for unexperienced swimmers. Coaches were great.

Basic swimming pool. Have kids pool, a lower depth pool and a full size swimming pool. Family friendly but does not have alot for kids or teens to play with. Lots of lockers to lock your stuff for about 20cents to 1 dollar each per use. Can get pretty crowded during peak hours. A little far from mrt but buses can get you there.

Bukit Batok Swimming Complex is one of the older swimming complexes in Singapore. It has a minimalistic feel as there are only 3 pools to go to: Playground, Training, Competition pool.
