Class 2B motorcycle license taken here was smooth and conducive. All the instructors were very friendly and eager to teach.
If you’re going for private, go for it. Don’t get influenced by the bbdc instructors. They will tell you school is cheaper and faster, it may or may not be faster, but it’s definitely a ton more expensive than private.

The class 2A bike is fantastic and well maintained, fun bike to ride. The cars are also cleaned and well maintained. Instructors are nice and friendly, always ready to help. I had a great experience at BBDC for my Foreign Driving Licence Conversion, therefore only needing BTT.
The online signup/booking process is easy. The website is very old looking, but it works just fine. Payment via PayNow is fast and you immediately get access to booking the lessons.
The process is :
– 2 BTT lessons
– BTT practice
– BTT evaluation
– BTT exam
You can not book the Exam without passing the Evaluation.
Many people think that since we already have a foreign license and thus we know how to drive, can skip lessons and practice and just go for evaluation, but there are a few things that are Singapore-specific that is worth learning so you can pass your evaluation and exam at first attempt. I especially recommend booking 2 BTT practices, even in the same day, back-to-back, so that you can go through all the questions in the 4 books. The evaluation contains a subset of those questions so if you get all the practice questions right, you will ace the evaluation too.
The exam has basically the same questions, but they are phrased a bit differently, so don’t just go by memory, try to understand the questions.
Please note that while there are a lot of spots available for practice/evaluation, the actual test has fewer spots, so be sure you book in advance, as soon as you pass your evaluation.
The room for the BTT exam is lvl 2, room 1. Wait outside until the door is open and arrive 15 mins earlier. Once you’re inside you will be assigned a specific computer which is already preloaded with your info. You will be asked to enter your password (birth date).
When you pass your BTT exam you need to go to the Traffic Police HQ in Ubi to request the license conversion. To make the process easy, in the room you take the BTT exam, they will give you a pink slip to fill that you need to bring to the Traffic Police HQ. Take it and fill it at home.

For some reasons, you have to go there in person to enroll. Then you are given username and password to book the basic theory test online, which is needed for foreign driving license conversion. Why can’t this be done online?

I passed 3A at 1st attempt, thanks to the professional instructors from BBDC. (16 years ago, I also passed my 2B in BBDC too)
There are many to name, but the ones that I would like to compliment are:
1) 6045 – whom I met at least 3x (2x when I was enrolled in 3C, 1x when I switched to 3A), a very approachable and friendly instructor who shared alot of valuable experiences that learners can learn from.
2) 6025 – This is one of the best instructors I ever encountered in BBDC. He was super patient with me despite my mistakes, and he was calm and this really eased my anxiety on taking the test. He also shared with me some tips that none of the instructors shared with me before on the parking techniques, which in the end I thought he was really the instructor that taught me rather than the previous instructors.

All in all, other instructors and the staff (counter) were friendly and addressed my enquiries promptly, and I really recommend this driving centre if you are looking to acquire a driving license!

Class 3 very packed, but this is just due to demand. Best school to take class 2b, 2a and 2, very fast to get slots.
Their new website design makes it harder for me to book for my tpds .. previously can log in for at least 3 times a day before to check for slots in case someone cancels it last minute .. now you can only check 1 time a day which makes us harder to chiong ..
Enjoyed my time here while taking my 2B! Instructor were nice and friendly and overall seemed genuine to guide and teach us for our license. Next up, Class 3!

Finally passed my 2B! Have been learning since 2019! But, with patience, comes success! Instructors are fun, very helpful with your learning process and even though you never pass the lesson, it’s nothing personal, just that our skill not there yet. Booking online is smooth, just that whenever you log in, they will say ‘The information you’re about to submit is not secure’ but just click send anyway, should be okay. Thank you to the instructors that helped me along the way till I pass. A good learning experience 4 me!

Overall a good center to learn driving or to pass your theory tests. Very helpful staff and instructors. Do note that there has been a relocation of their entrance (in front of the bus stop).

Instructors are quite friendly. Cars seem well maintained. However, slots are extremely limited, especially the simulator slots; need to wait 5-6 months just to book the first one. Also, you cant even book try-sell slots because they limit the number of page refreshes to 3 a day. At this rate, don’t even know if can finish everything including the test in one year. I had no choice but to move to another centre like CDC which has more simulator slots and earlier even though it’s more inconvenient to go there.

Instructors are super dedicated and really want you to pass. Been here 4 times for different licenses and have a good experience each time. No issues with booking, just that I feel the simulator (required by traffic police) is a bit dumb but not their fault.

In my opinion, best place to take your licence. Did my class 2b, 2a, 2 and 3 here and passed all first time. Instructors are mostly patient, clear in explanation, helpful and understanding. Been here for class 3,2b and 2a soon maybe class 2. There so many type of instructors and different teaching ways. Things that we as a student have to adapt to. All my siblings took all their prac class from bbdc too
Motor bike trainers are not friendly. Their expectations from the students are very high. They forget, last time they were students as well. Not all students are first learner which disappoint them. Few instructors behaved well with the students. Thanks BBDC.

The entrance and the exit are not the same door. Keep your eyes peel and look for the exit sign. It’s easy to miss.

Highly recommended by my friend to take the motorbike license from BBDC. Took about 8 months in total to obtain the Class 2B licence. No opportunity to book the test in the last 2 months. Else, could be even shorter. Experience and patient Instructors. No regrets coming to BBDC. I will be back for my Class 2A!!!

Overall a great place to learn your license. The Instructors were very patient and mindful of their words. They were also explicit on letting us know certain tips on how to overcome certain challenges.
Eventhough it’s a bit far for me, I would still return back to take my Class 3 or 2.

Took all my licenses here from my class 2B to my class 3. Trainers are kind and knowledgeable and always try their level best to impart their safe driving/riding experience to us students. All the best to future students here!
I had a fun time here for the last 6 to 7 Months. The instructors are somewhat friendly and can be quite lenient at times. However, because some instructors are firm and strict, it may be daunting for some.
If you are willing to deal with that as well as the bike conditions for some of the Honda CB190R e.g. the clutch lever flimsy, mirror flimsy or clutch issues but at the same time pass better as your standard is improved over time, this is the place to go.

As a class 2 motorcycle learner, overall experience is pleasant. However, I hope there will be more low cut version of the class 2 learner bike which I think will boost the passing rates higher

Great riding school with professional teachers and proper coursework to prepare you for the traffic police test.
Easy to find and have parking space for many types of vehicles. Learn driving and riding from professional instructors.
Instructors = 5***** they are good. Cars are also good, they really make the effort to maintain in good condition with full tank petrol every beginning of day
The main problem with this school is the school administration.
1) you will DEFINITELY take more than 1 year to complete your license. I have a COMPLETELY flexible schedule (i work from home, hardly take vacations) and this is what i am facing now despite all my efforts to plan ahead and check for recent cancelled slots. There are simply not enough slots for test dates, practical classes, traffic police simulator slots etc etc.
as example: i got my membership in may, finished all my theory classes in 2 weeks, then could only do my basic test in july. Only after test complete then i could book my practical classes (limited to 17 bookings at any time): so oct/no, then to be continued in feb/ march. TPDS booked in oct can only get date in march. So by the time i can book test confirm april or may/jun. God help me if got to retest.
2) the booking system is slow as heck. The consultant built so many apis that the system speed is horrible. I have to set aside literally half an hour ++ to rearrange some previously booked slots
Came here for class 2. Instructors and staff are so polite and friendly. You could tell the great lengths they go to impart applicable knowledge. They’re hella funny too. I’m just sad that I didn’t enrol in this driving centre earlier. This coming from someone who’s tried all the driving centres here in sg.

Trainers and patient and well articulated, even translate to Chinese when they notice there are people who can’t understand english. New booking interface is more user friendly as well.

From all the shared experiences with other riders/drivers who learned from other centres. I gotta day, bbdc is simply top 3 (because Singapore only got 3 driving centre lol).
But really….it’s a good place to get your license.

Instructors are all very professional & know what they are doing. My class 3, 2B, 2A license are all taken here. For bike instructors, all are very good. They not only talk but can perform, control the bike really well. Farhan the best. You don’t see him chill but lots of knowledge.
What a lesson journey. I took the 2A lesson for one year, the TP test for 4 times and finally pass! As long as you follow the instruction you are fine

Passed my 2b police test first try. Instructors are good but only downside is the waiting time in between the lessons and tests, quite hard to book for lessons.
Lessons need to be booked very early on. But the instructors are great. Took my 3A here.
